Per Price's hilarious affidavit, he heard an unspecified number of
gunshots....he said he heard a "volley of shots" plus "another one"
that came "much later"...get this..."as much as five MINUTES later".

Is it any wonder the Warren Commission never called this guy to
testify? ~grin~

Let's review a few more hunks of hilarity in Mr. Price's "price"-less
(pun-pun) affidavit:

"The cars had proceeded west on Elm and was [sic] just a short
distance from the Tripple [sic] underpass, when I saw Gov. Connelly
[sic] slump over. I did not see the president as his car had gotten
out of my view under the underpass. There was a volley of shots, and
then much later, maybe as much as five minutes [sic??] later, another
one." -- J.C. Price; 11/22/63

the SAME (Knoll) location. Which, again, is just wrong. Plain and

Why didn't these guys hear any of the KNOWN Depository shots? Do you
really think they heard ONLY Knoll shots...and somehow missed hearing
every one of the THREE audible shots that came from the Book
Depository? That's...nutty.

Holland is the ONLY witness you've mentioned who falls into the "2
Directions" category. All others go into a "1 Direction (The Knoll)"
category...which we all know is just plain incorrect.

the shots came from behind, a fact that Mr. Lane does not mention. As
for Mr. Brehm, Eddie Barker discovered that he holds no brief either
for the Grassy Knoll theory or for the use of his words by Mark
Lane." ....

CHARLES BREHM SPEAKING -- "Mark Lane takes very great liberties with
adding to my quotation. I never said that any shot came from here
[pointing toward the Grassy Knoll] like I was quoted by Mr. Lane. Mr.
Lane would like me to have positively identified what I saw fly over
here as skull....although I told him I could not {identify it}....I
did not examine {it}....I thought it was....but I could not. So, he
has added his interpretations to what I said, and consequently that's
where the story comes from that I said that a shot come [sic] from up

It's also very interesting to note the incredibly-tiny pct. of "2
Directional" witnesses (only 4.0%) via the "HSCA" pie chart on this
matter (per J. McAdams' site):

And that's an entity (HSCA) that ENDORSED a second shooting location!

Plus: look how tiny the HSCA's "Knoll" slice is...only 20.2%. And the
HSCA ultimately said a shot had almost certainly originated from that
location.

But, then too, on pg. 40 -- "3.5 seconds" after a Z160 shot HAS to be
Z224. So, yes, VB is inconsistent throughout the manuscript re. the
exact SBT timeline.

But, based on these piecemeal posts re. this-&-that re. VB's SBT
timing, it appears he's got at least 2 variations. Because 210 is
certainly not 3.5 seconds from Z160 (VB's first-shot time). Nor is
Z222 3.5 secs. from 160.

As I said earlier, I attribute it to things being written literally
DECADES apart...with Vince's memory not being what it used to be
(that's obvious from the videos of his book tour). But, to be fair,
he's getting up in years now (73 in mid-August).

Anyway, VB knows an SBT is on that Z-Film someplace...to believe
otherwise is simply "crazy on its face" (in VB parlance). So, whether
it's 222 or 210 or 224, the SBT lives BASED ON ALL THE OTHER EVIDENCE
THAT MAKES IT A FACT.

Live with that...or live with a bulletless CT alternative (if 399 was
"planted", as nearly all CTers advocate). Simple as that.

(Addendum -- Z224 is the correct SBT frame, of course, no matter what
anyone says. That's obvious...to me anyway. YMMV. And shall.)

The "no surgery needed to remove JFK's brain" testimony made by Humes,
Boswell (et al) was merely referring to NO MAJOR SURGERY OF THE SKULL
being required to remove the brain....you silly kook!

This, of course, due to the large exit wound in Kennedy's head on the
right side and top portions of the head.

Where is the testimony by Humes (et al) that says ALL of "17
attachments" were completely severed before the autopsy and,
therefore, no cord-snipping was needed to be done?

Where is that said ANYWHERE...by ANYBODY? Where?

Answer: Nowhere. It can't be said anywhere...because IT'S STUPID!

Humes merely was talking about the shattered SKULL of JFK in the "no
surgery needed" regard.

But just let me get this straight in my own head -- You're claiming
that "17 attachments" to JFK's brain were severed by this group of
idiot plotters, who supposedly had pre-autopsy access to the
President's body, cut all of this "brain wiring", and then PUT
KENNEDY'S LOOSE BRAIN BACK INTO HIS HEAD, HOPING THAT NO DOCTORS WOULD
EVEN BOTHER TO NOTICE THE HANKY-PANKY (or hoping they'd all just shut

label MANY witnesses "wrong" re. certain things. There's just no way
around it.

LNers (like myself) have to label as "wrong" the approx. 33% of the
people who said the shots came from the Knoll.*

And CTers have no choice but to label that enormous percentile of 91%
(approx.) of the witnesses "wrong" with respect to the precise NUMBER
of shots fired.

* = Actually, the CTers have to label this 33% "wrong" too, in some
regard...because those 33% said they heard ALL of the shots from the
Knoll...which everybody knows is "wrong".

So, in the final "witness analysis", the LN side is way, way ahead
(sheer pct.-wise).

And in the "physical evidence" department...it's 'Katie, Bar the
Door!' .... the LN side wins by a score of about 150-0 when it comes
to that ballgame.

You readily admit that you expected Bugliosi's book to be pro-

How could you possibly know it was nothing but a "whitewash" without
reading the first page?

I'd be willing to bet some serious cash that you have never read the
Warren Report all the way through either. Which, as Mr. Bugliosi has
said in his book, is just plain ludicrous for a person who wants to
fairly evaluate both sides of the debate.*

* = If you, Nancy, have indeed read the entire Warren Report, I
apologize in advance. But, if so, you're definitely in the minority

It's known that the DPD did, indeed, receive calls threatening the
life of their famous prisoner (Oswald). So what? In a case this size,
that is bound to occur. And did.

There's no way you can wrap the word "conspiracy" around any such
phone call(s) made to the DPD threatening LHO's life. In fact, as you
sort of pointed out Dean, just the OPPOSITE would really be indicated
-- i.e., why on Earth would any people REALLY involved in some kind of
conspiracy to "rub out the patsy" have WARNED the cops that a hit on
Oz was forthcoming??

Were ALL of the so-called "plotters" snorting large quantities of
cocaine when they did the crazy things that many CT-Kooks think they
did?! All of them??

First, per many CTers (like Ollie Stone & Jimbo Garrison & hundreds of
others who believe this same loony stuff), the conspirators decide to
shoot up Dealey Plaza by using several different guns (all within the
framework of a "Solo Patsy Named Oswald" plot). That's screw-up #1.
Although, per the loony CTers, somehow "they" were able to actually
get away with framing their Patsy in this ultra-stupid pre-arranged
manner.

And then, instead of bumping off the Patsy immediately after JFK's
murder (as the never-named "they" should have done), "they" allow the
Patsy to be captured by the police and live for 2 days to chirp like a
jaybird (even though he decides to clam up and take the full rap by
himself during those 2 days, instead of ratting on anyone else
involved).

This means that the forever-unknown "they" are forced to rub out the
Patsy in the police station on Live TV in front of millions and with
dozens of cops all over the joint.

And as if the above bonehead moves weren't bad enough, somebody on
"their" payroll (right?) decides it'd be wise to call up the DPD on
the phone the night before Oz is killed and warn the "good cops" (the
very few who weren't "in" on the plot themselves) that Oswald would be
murdered the next day.

A wonderful Patsy plot there. (If your name is Gomer Braindead, that

himself from consideration by conspiracy theorists as being a player

Mr. Van Noord needs to take a good, long, hard look at WC Exhibit #903
then....because CE903 is just about PROOF-POSITIVE that the SBT bullet
path is a rock-solid fact (or, at the very very LEAST, certainly a
POSSIBILITY, hence: not "impossible").

Just look at the perfect SBT-like path that Mr. Specter's pointer/rod
is taking (in CE903, linked below)....and the STARTING POINT is NOT up
in JFK's "neck"...it's in the UPPER BACK of the stand-in for JFK in
CE903...just exactly where the autopsy photo shows the real wound to
be on JFK.

And: Specter's pointer is angled downward at 17.43 degrees....and look
where any bullet would be exiting President Kennedy's body, based on
this 17.43-degree downward (back-to-front) angle: A bullet would exit
JFK just exactly where one did exit his body on 11/22/63--right at the
level of the tie knot in the lower part of his THROAT--not chest.

BTW, the end of Specter's pointer/rod in CE903 is being inserted into

by contrast, a conspiracy theorist's anti-SBT theory (ANY anti-SBT

Nor am I likely to ever acquire a copy of that particular hunk of
bound printed matter....especially since I know what Mr. Brown's
underlying assassination theory consists of (circa 1995 at any rate)

closer than another one in time?
Mr. ROMACK. It sounded like to me that they were evenly spaced.

It's not why *I* say; it's what Wesley Frazier vividly spells out in
his WC testimony.

As I said, the "NO LUNCH" scenario is double-strength via Frazier's
testimony. .....

It would still be fairly obvious that LHO had "no lunch" with him on
11/22 when Frazier saw Oswald (based on Frazier seeing only a large
non-lunch-type bag). But the "no lunch" scenario is buttressed to
impossible-to-debunk strength via the Frazier passages I quoted
earlier. Because via the fact that Frazier got Oswald HIMSELF to tell
him that he was "going to buy his lunch" on Nov. 22, the "no lunch"
scenario is therefore proven a fact via Oswald's OWN LIPS.

So, unless you want to make Frazier out to be a rotten liar (and what
for??), then Lee Harvey Oswald HIMSELF told us he took no lunch to
work on 11/22/63.

Without Frazier specifically asking Oswald about his lunch (and
getting the response he did get from Lee Harvey), CTers could use a
loophole re. the "lunch" matter, by contending that Oz's lunch was
inside the one large package Frazier saw. (That's still a pretty tiny
loophole, IMO; but I suppose it's certainly possible that Oz could
have had a sandwich and other lunchables inside the larger bag.)

But Frazier's specific question of asking Oswald where his lunch was
negates that loophole forever.

I know exactly how the fibers got inside the bag. They got there by

type of explanation for the evidence in the case, would rather promote
"extraordinary" theories which don't fit with the sum total of
evidence at all (and which, of course, the kooks who spout them can
never come close to proving, seeing as how these extraordinary things
they dream up never occurred in the first place).

Gil, of course, will never ever tell us WHO it was who "planted" the
blanket fibers inside the paper bag. And that's because he can't do
that, because there is nobody to point a finger of guilt at.

So, we're supposed to believe that some unknown, faceless person (or

supposed to believe this is a rock-solid fact JUST BECAUSE A KOOK WHO

Reasonable and rational people, thankfully, will disregard the outer-

this Earth they determined the bullet was travelling "upward" through
