CTer (A CONSPIRACY THEORIST) -- It wasn't his {Lee Oswald's}
jacket...wrong size, wrong color.
DVP (DAVID VON PEIN) -- LOL. This CTer is proving my point more and
more with each passing CT retort he dishes up regarding each piece of
evidence. I.E.: The kooks think EVERY SINGLE THING is suspicious if it
leads down "OSWALD WAS HERE AVENUE".
Hilarious in its "all-encompassing" nature, huh?
Of course, most of the conspiracy nuts fail to examine the "jacket"
evidence with any semblance of logic and reason.....
I.E.:
1.) Oswald leaves his Beckley Avenue roominghouse zipping up a jacket.
2.) Oswald is seen wearing a jacket as he kills Officer J.D. Tippit.
3.) Oswald is next seen by Johnny Brewer on Jefferson Blvd. without a
jacket on.
1 thru 3 = Oswald shed a jacket between 10th Street and Hardy's Shoe
Store.
A jacket is found under a car at the Texaco station along Oswald's
direct line of flight from the Tippit killing.
So, if that wasn't Oswald's jacket....where do you suppose Oswald's
jacket disappeared to between 10th Street and Jefferson Blvd.?
Was it merely a coincidence that a DIFFERENT person's jacket was found
along a flight path that was taken by Lee Oswald? And was it a second
coincidence that Oswald, too, shed his own jacket someplace along that
same flight path from Tippit's slaying?
Is that the CTers' line of reasoning re. the discarded jacket? If
so....it's perfectly consistent with Kook Logic.

CTer -- {The backyard photos were} faked, according to many
photographic experts.
DVP -- Surprise! More "faked" stuff down in Kookland. Even stuff that
is meaningless; and stuff (the backyard pics) that even most
conspiracists admit there would be no need to fake at all...in that
one "real" photo existed in the first place.
The plotters just wanted something to do in the months leading up to
11/22, right? Why else start fabricating junk that exists already?
Plus -- I suppose the many HSCA photo experts who saw "no evidence of
fakery in any of the backyard picture materials" were all rotten,
scheming liars too...right?

just made up all the stuff attributed to Oswald behind closed doors,

How silly of me to forget the "Everybody Wants To Paint Oz In A Bad
Light" rule that you kooks swear by.
Of course, even if you wish to disregard all of the behind-closed-
doors LHO lies, there are still the many lies he told on Live TV.
Lee Oswald lied so many times, it becomes difficult to catalog all of
his falsehoods. But here's a decent-sized Starter List of "39

DVP -- Was the DPD crooked?
CTer -- A few of them, certainly.
DVP -- Name one. And provide proof of that person's crookedness. And
your kooky speculation re. the "crooked cops" ain't gonna make the
cut.

CTer -- {Vince} Palamara demonstrated that beyond any reasonable
person's doubt.
DVP -- LOL. Palamara being used as an ironclad source of USSS
crookedness in the JFK case. Ya gotta love that for hilarity.
Name one single Secret Service agent whom you believe to be "crooked"
re. the JFK affair. Proof required. Your inner feelings (and
Palamara's) don't make this grade either.

DVP -- Was the FBI crooked?
CTer -- Provably so...destroying evidence, for example.
DVP -- Name one FBI agent who intentionally "destroyed evidence" to
cover-up a conspiracy in John F. Kennedy's death. Just one. Your
"Perceived Radar To FBI Involvement" doesn't make this cut either. No
"inklings" permitted. Proof required. Get busy compiling your list.

DVP -- Was the WC crooked?
CTer -- Of course. For example, review their executive session
concerning the autopsy report, or their dealings with Hoover.
DVP -- The early Warren Commission sessions obviously had those men
grappling with the evidence and what it all meant. And they had to
sort out the initial December 9th FBI Report as well (which, as
everyone knows, was absurdly inaccurate in several respects).

Naturally, to all CT-Kooks, this "grappling with the evidence" =
"crookedness" and "hiding the truth" and "cover-up".
Of course, it actually means/proves no such sinister thing. But the
mere POTENTIAL for someone in authority to be crooked in some manner
is enough of a springboard for certain kooks to make the leap-of-faith
judgment that those individuals WERE, in fact, crooked individuals.

DVP -- Was LBJ crooked?
CTer -- He was the *natural* suspect. To deny that is silly.
DVP -- And to jump on the "LBJ Killed JFK" bandwagon is even sillier.
But, like many kooks, you're probably on board that wagon too.

DVP -- More than a dozen witnesses positively IDed Lee Oswald
(counting both the JFK and Tippit murders).
CTer -- Yep...all you need do is to review the lineups, and what
happened to those who tried to deny that Oswald was the man.
DVP -- Name the names of any witness who fits that criteria. And then
go about the task of proving the proverbial "coercion"/"strong-arming"
that you are so obviously implying. Get busy. Proof required (again).
You're high on goofy gas if you think that over a dozen witnesses
would deliberately finger the wrong man as the killer (counting both
murders).

Re. Oswald's fingerprints:
CTer -- He did indeed have fingers.
DVP -- Yep, he sure did. And the evidence shows that those very
fingers touched gobs of stuff that the President's killer almost
certainly touched, including:
1.) The gun used to murder the President.
2.) The paper bag that was almost certainly used to transport that gun
into the TSBD/SN.
3.) And multiple boxes deep inside the SN that the killer almost
certainly touched while constructing his hiding place.
But these prints, in total, mean zilch to the Kook Klan. With some of
the prints even presumed to have been planted by the cops.
A typical CT motto -- If all else fails....just say "It's Planted!"

CTer -- It's hardly likely that ANY jury could convict {Oswald} based
on the doubt of the evidence.
DVP -- It's absolutely remarkable that anyone who has looked into the
John F. Kennedy murder case could utter the above-quoted bullshit.
Because the evidence of Oswald's guilt is so massive in scope....

his back declaring in bold letters 'I Just Murdered President John F.

Lee Harvey Oswald would only have been declared not guilty in a court
of law if the jury had consisted of the twelve O.J. Simpson jurors
(aka: The "I'll Believe In Any Crazy Frame-Up Theory Imaginable"
Jury).
