No point in purchasing microshaft badged hardware

I know some IT guys who think buying higher priced
microshaft badged hardware is saving them pennies
in the long run, but time and again, that has never
been the case.
If it has a microshaft logo on the hardware, just
run for it.
The issues start with install CD for simple things
like mouse and keyboard to full blown half day install
exercise for something as simple as a camera.
Tons and tons of crapware gets installed for
a 4k driver file.
So who pays for all those hours that get wasted?
And then tons of updates have to be pulled in.
And then tons of other software either breaks
or kicks into action slowing down the computer
boot time.
And what about simple flash drive interface
that get abused to drop in an exe which then
pulls in whole application suits and leave
tons of open ports and services. Just to drag
and drop a file to a usb flash drive on a phone?
And who pays for all that time that gets
toasted as the crapware strangles your
desktop computer?
Its hopeless watching all this debacle
when Linux desktop PCs running distros
like Ubuntu just boot up in 20 seconds
and auto-recognises all attached devices
and makes them usable within those 20 seconds.
Installing Linux from scratch takes less
than 5 minutes. That not possible with windopws.
There is no point in purchasing microshaft
hardware or the software.

I'd be really pissed.

Generally, Logitech hardware has been better for me.

I've used Logitech keyboards and mice for years. Most recently I began using
a Kensington trackball instead of a mouse - I'll never go back.

Outlook, which he was really using.
He thought he wouldn't get caught.
He did.
Then to make things worse he tried to scramble and recover which just

IT man buys me microshaft keyboard and mouse made
by MBAs (read non-techies) peddling priorities
that has no bearing for the consumer.
The wireless on that was as flakey as hell.
You would think that was highest priority for a wireless
keyboard and mouse than the tons of crapware
and strangleare that came on the CD?
Eventually threw it out and replaced with cheaper Logitech

wear off more quickly than the other keyboards in use (Dell).
I haven't decided whether I like the MS Natural keyboard overall yet, but
it _is_ quite disappointing that the markings don't hold up better
considering the premium price MS charges for these.
