Hey everybody,

I have the option of purchasing a Wacom graphire3 4x6 or graphire4 4x6
for about the same price.

I am looking to use it as a replacement for a mouse and to make more
intuitive key commands for internet browsing and document writing. Does

anyone have an opinion on which model would be better for this? I would

like to use it on both PC and Mac, so compatability advice would be
greatly appreciated too.

Thanks

The real difference between the two is the the 4 version includes two
butons on the pad. If that's something you'd find useful then go with
the 4.

I've got both a 3 and a 4 in the 4X5 size. I've used themon my Windows
machines and on friends' Macs with no troubles.

It seems lately that WinTrolls are the only one answering Maccie
requests for help...

Where's Alan Baker, BTW? Just hiding in the tall grass, or is he
scouring Usenet archives until he drops from exhaustion, searching for
a quote of you saying Apple is going out of business?

The Maccies can't figure out howto turn something like that into a
personal attack.

The problems isn't Snit. He's an immature lying twit and everyone
knows it. The problem is that you insist on giving him exactly what he
wants. You're like the wife that keeps making beer runs for her
alcoholic husband and then complains that he's drunk.
Somebody's got to be grownup enough to stop the cycle and it sure
isn't going to be Snit.

I would love to have you support that accusation. I can easily support the
same of Carroll: the fact he has spewed the *same* lie about me over 2000
times shows he is immature and dishonest. He is, undoubtedly, the *most*
dishonest person to ever disgrace the face of CSMA.

> The problem is that you insist on giving him exactly what he wants.

Not fully correct:
I *want* Steve to respond in an honest and honorable way.
I *want* Steve to stop lying about me.
I *want* Steve to stop spewing absurd accusations against me - accusations
he cannot support.

I cannot make Steve do that.

What I can, and do, get Steve to do is freak out and panic. Steve is very
easy to manipulate and control *within* certain parameters. I have been
very clear in the past... and even told Steve how his compulsions will force
him to respond - usually by snipping, lying, running and playing other
immature games. Steve cannot stop himself. I can show examples if you
wish.

> You're like the wife that keeps making beer runs for her alcoholic husband and
> then complains that he's drunk. Somebody's got to be grownup enough to stop

For the most part, though not fully, I generally ignore Steve. Sure, I
sometimes mention his obsession and his deep need to lie about me... he,
however, is the one who has lied about me in *every one* of his last 2000+
posts... there is nothing dishonorable nor dishonest about my commenting on
his doing so.

Steve will not act in a mature way because he cannot, just as Steve was not
only unable to stay true to his unmarried "wife", he was so foolish as to
call himself a moron, an asshole, and and admit to his infidelity. The man
needs more help than anyone in CSMA can give him.

LOL! I'm not complaining about Snit... I'm just pointing out realities

I'm not sure that you really understand the hows and whys of people
like Snit.
He knows he's wrong. He knows he's lying. He does that for the simple
reason that its hard to get the kind of reaction that he wants by
telling the truth and saying what is correct.

>
>> The problem is that you insist on giving him exactly what he

You're wrong. He doesn't care that you point out his lies. He already
knew they were lies. He doesn't care that you call him 'gluehead' and
the like. All he cares about is 'I made Steve Carroll think about me
today'. That's it. That's all he's after. And you give it to him in
spades. He's winning.
The fact is that he's probably pulling it to this post since its all
about him and he managed to make me think about him today.
A friend of mine has a toddler. I went over to her house and
videotaped her kid doing a bunch of cute toddler stuff then burned a
DVD of it for her. While we were watching the DVD her kid got mad. He
got mad because we quit making him the center of attention and made
that kid on the tv the center of attention. He even ran up to the tv
and tried to block our view of it. That's how Snit lives his whole
life.

I welcome you to post some examples of these alleged "lies". By all means,
do try.

My guess: you will not. You have *no* examples.

Please point to examples of Steve pointing out any actual lie on my part.
Sure, he spews accusations, but he cannot and does not point to actual lies.
He does, occasionally, pick nits and miss the overall picture... but his
nits are sometimes correct. I will grant him that - in his obsession to get
revenge against me he does sometimes find nit picky errors in my comments.

I would actually prefer is Steve were able to let go of his obsession. He
cannot, as shown by his lying about me in every one of his last 2000+ posts.
Really, have you *ever* seen anyone do that to anyone else in the history of
CSMA?

Spewing insults about me does not make those insults become true. In the
end, Mayor, you have made accusations against me that you cannot and will
not support. You are lying. It really is that simple.

I do not doubt you find honor and honesty to be irritating.

Steve *is* the show. I occasionally throw him a bone or mention his antics,
but look at the number of posts he has spewed about me just in the last
month... he has lied about me no less than 130 times... in fact, he has done
so in his *every* post... this month... the month before... the month before
that... and before that... for many months now. I simply do not understand
the level of depravity and desperation that Carroll cannot help from
showing... though it is a step up from his spewing off about his infidelity
with his unmarried "wife", I suppose.
