So Tippit remained STANDING after he was shot, huh? LOL.

Here's what very likely happened:

1.) Oswald shoots Tippit.
2.) Tippit falls to pavement (hard).
3.) Tippit, after falling down, is no longer in a vertical, standing
position.
4.) Wallet in Tippit's pocket falls from pocket (since Tippit is no
longer in a standing position).

Nobody can possibly determine such a thing via this awful, blurry

Plus, you can't see every part of the wallet above (quite obviously).

It's probably Tippit's wallet. It's the only scenario that makes any
sense at all.

Tell us exactly how fast or slow Lee Harvey Oswald was walking/running/
jogging/crawling after he left Earlene Roberts' sight on November 22,
1963.

Can you provide the world with that CRITICAL information?

Because that is data that we really DO need in order to make a
definitive judgement about whether or not LEE OSWALD--not John Doe or
James O. or Dr. Doolittle or whoever--could have gotten from 1026 N.
Beckley Avenue to the site of J.D. Tippit's murder in a certain number
of minutes (which is a number of minutes that is also UNKNOWN and
UNVERIFIED).

People failing to "make the walk in time" via re-constructions after
11/22/63 is really pretty much worthless information....seeing as how
the two critical pieces of data (LHO's exact pace and the precise
timeline involved) to make a firm determination about OSWALD'S Nov. 22
movements are not known...and can never be known for certain.

I wonder where the crazy assertion came from that Ellis ACTUALLY DID
put "a pencil" THROUGH a hole in the windshield?

Is that "CT Myth #296" possibly? That'd be my guess (or maybe #297).

And--as I asked earlier in this thread--I've always wondered WHY in
the heck Ellis (or anyone) would have had any desire to stick a pencil
(or any object) through that glass?? Makes no sense to me at all.

In any event, as Al Fuller has been posting here, just about every
last question surrounding this case is tackled with zeal by Vincent
Bugliosi in "Reclaiming History".

Well, Al, et al .... Looks like the ballgame's over. Richard Van Noord
has the goods on the grand conspiracy (in the form of "frosting" on
the windshield in a photograph)! Lovely.

What's so hard to understand about the bullet hitting a skull at about
2000fps (head-on, nose-first!) and then fragmenting inside that human
skull?

It happened. Without a doubt. And CE567/569 pretty much prove that.

Why?

Because JFK's head is the ONLY thing in that car that could have
caused that fragmentation of that bullet (which we KNOW came from
Oswald's gun, which links Saint Lee to BOTH BULLETS that hit any
victims in the limo).

Give me one good, solid alternate scenario (sans the use of the word
"planted") that explains CE567 & 569 in that front seat.

You can't use Connally's wounding....he was hit just one time (via the
preponderance of evidence) and that bullet was positively CE399. Laugh
all you want at that declaration....it's still true all the same.

The "NEW" science (NAA) studies, which ONLY evaluated "bullet lots"
similar to CE399, are NOT proof that 399 and the JBC wrist fragment
are "separate", and where you're getting such definitive-sounding
bullshit regarding Bullet CE399 is anybody's guess. But it's simply
NOT the case at all.

two bullets?

Dr. GUINN - Using the CE numbers, the 399 specimen,
which is the so-called stretcher or pristine bullet--it has various
names-agrees in composition both in its antimony and its silver with
CE-842, which are the fragments reportedly recovered from Governor
Connally's wrist.

Mr. WOLF - Is it your testimony that CE-399 and CE-842, the so called
pristine bullet, and the fragments removed from Governor Connally's
wrist during surgery, both came from the same bullet?

Dr. GUINN - Yes. One, of course, is almost a complete bullet so it
means that the 842 fragments came from, in this case, the base of the
bullet.

When was that 2007 test done on the ACTUAL bullet and fragment? First
I've heard of it. It's certainly not part of the Spiegelman/Tobin (et
al) 2007 NAA article.

In short -- Not a bit of that stuff that you have quoted (from various
2005, 2006, and 2007 articles) debunks the logicality and doability of
the Single-Bullet Theory.

The SBT will live forever, based on common sense ALONE.

Without the SBT, CTers are forced to rely on multiple disappearing
bullets and/or magically-eradicated holes in the limousine's back
seats....plus the CTers must think that multiple bullets put on an
incredible display on 11/22/63, which could be titled: "THIS COULD
HAVE BEEN ONE BULLET DUE TO THE TRAJECTORY AND THE PATH TAKEN THROUGH
THE VICTIMS".

What you're talking about with the newer NAA studies is PROBABILITIES
ONLY. The probability of Guinn's analysis being flawed is increased
(but not totally destroyed by any means) due to the new studies.

And, per Prof. Kenneth Rahn, the error probability is STILL THE SAME
as it was in 1978 -- about 3%.

Using some basic common sense alone will tell any reasonable person
that multiple bullets couldn't have possibly put on that amazing
SINGLE-BULLET-CONSISTENT performance in that limo on Nov. 22, 1963.

But if you cite a few more PROBABILITY studies, filled with lots of
fancy numbers and assorted highbrow bullshit...maybe you'll be able to
convince at least a few more gullible people.

Healy's got me so perplexed about my real identity, when I looked in
