Former Australian Deputy Prime Minister Tim Fischer criticized
the National Rifle Association and urged his countrymen to avoid
the United States as a way to push for tougher gun laws.

Tourists thinking of going to the USA should think twice,
Fischer told the Herald Sun. I am deeply angry about this
because of the callous attitude of three teenagers, (but) its a
sign of the proliferation of guns on the ground in the USA.
There is a gun for almost every American.

Very cliche, Tim.

Suppose the three niggers had run Christopher Lane down with the
car? Would you still make the same demands, or find another way
to exhibit your rabid hoplophobia?

We're embarrassed about that, actually.

I'm trying to get those numbers up. In the mean time, hope your little
boycott works out, Timmy.

Those at fault blame Bush for what they have done and blame the NRA for the
gun crimes committed by the kind of scum that votes for Obama.

In Chicago, 90-95%, depending on the year, of the homicides are committed by
Blacks and Hispanics ... Obama voters.

When we have the Obama administration in power, it is best for everyone not
to visit, the shit has risen to the top! The shit says it's Bush's fault
and you're a racist!

Obama doesn't know anything about the scandals but the people that should be
fired get promoted or taken care of at taxpayers expense in some form. Just
remember, it's Bush's fault and all the white people are racists, they play
the race card so much it's getting dog eared! They get a lot of mileage
blaming Bush and Racism for their incompetence and outright failure. The
sign on Obama's desk says "The buck's passed here".

Someone needs to make an Obama coin, on one side it says "It's Bush's fault"
the other side says "You're a Racist", flip a coin!

I seriously doubt any more than just a very few of them ever voted in
their lives much less for Obama.

In a leftwing world, if blacks kill whites because they are bored and want
to kill a white person, that's not racism, no big deal.

But if a person is getting their head bashed against concrete and they kill
the person that's assaulting them, that's racist if the attacker is black.

So to leftists, if blacks kill whites because they are whites, no problem.
If a white person defends themselves and kills their black attacker, that's
racism.

In the news this morning I heard about Trayvon and Zimmerman but I didn't
hear about the Australian or the WWII Veteran that were killed by blacks. I
should wonder why but not in this lefttard country.

How about this:

By Hailey Branson-Potts and Matt Pearce

10:07 p.m. EDT, August 21, 2013

DUNCAN, Okla. — Even before his name became known worldwide — before
authorities said he and two other boys killed an Australian college
student because they were "bored" — the boy known as "Bug" had changed.

His sister saw it; so did family friends: His American Eagle clothes and
sweet demeanor were replaced about six months ago by drooping pants, the
do-rags, and a vile stream of braggadocio, sexism and racism the 15-year-
old unleashed over his social media accounts.

In an Oklahoma town of about 23,000 that was 82% white, Bug, who is
black, sometimes tweeted things like "90% of white ppl are nasty. #HATE
THEM."

A female member of Faith Church in Duncan recalled later that he'd told
her, "I can't go to your church anymore because my god is black."

http://www.courant.com/la-na-oklahoma-
shooting-20130822,0,7171106,full.story

And note the very clever move of the posted FAKE photoshopped image of
the white kid (who was NOT charged with murder, by the way...just shows
you "white privilege"!) making him appear to have "black" features so as
to discredit in advance any attempt to portray the racist aspects of this
killing by black teens.

This is just one more example of how liberal influence in the Black
community to induce racism and violence is working to drive a wedge
between conservative blacks and whites.

And of course they are now all screaming that the only answer to killings
like these (done by teens in illegal possession of a handgun) is to
disarm all the honest law-abiding gun owners who had nothing to do with
ANY crimes and never will... Liberal logic for you.

Maybe there should have been "You must be 21 to possess a handgun" signs
posted around town to stop this killing before it began? Or even better
maybe some old fashioned "traditional" Jim Crow laws to make sure no
blacks are allowed to have firearms? I"m sure libs would find that a
"good first step".

*Still* nothing to suggest the victim was targeted due to his race.

not one has accepted my offer to allow them to repeat their allegations

**Not all. I've presented my arguments to American gun owners, IN
PERSON, FACE TO FACE and in the US, dozens of times. I bank on several
things:

* MOST American gun owners are decent, responsible people and are happy
to carry on a reasoned discussion about such things.
* Most American gun owners do not carry their guns all the time.

The wankers who insult Australians lack the balls to repeat their claims
to Australians face to face. Typical.

Who the fuck wants to hang out with a bunch of drunk Aussies? Did
that in the early 1970s and even then, they were like
Mexicans..ganging up like dogs on one lad when they believed they
were insulted.

I know a goodly numbers of Aussies..all of whom moved to the US..the
smart ones who left the sheep fuckers behind and moved to America

Say mate..can I borrow your missus for a few hours? Ill treat her well
and after I treat her to a couple good fucks, Ill buy her some new
underwear and maybe a pair of nylons. Sure Ill buy you a couple beers
before we leave.

Thanks mate!

Actually, it isn't. Here are two Gallup polls:

Now, also consider there is much less trust in our government with that
information. That means less people will answer in the affirmative. We
have sold 3.5 million to 6 million guns per year for a long time. Unless
they are sitting on dealer shelves 10 deep, they are in more homes. Our
estimated number of guns in the US is currently about 310 million. At
least that is the most commonly accepted number.

intersting,. Ok I'll accecpt that data because I don't really want to play
my data's better than yours

Anyhow some points:-

1) Gun ownership is well under 50% of the population and decreasing or
increasing depending on the survey, the 2nd showing the decrease is more
modern

2) The % of people wanting stricter gun laws is over 50% and rising

3) the % of the population wanting background checks for all gun purchases
is overwhelming

4) in general there is a move in the other areas of gun/ammunition control
to tighten it

Most of those people don't know really what is legal and what isn't.
After all, the mass media is not gun friendly either.

However, their representatives in Congress didn't feel that way or feel
that the people in their districts did or universal background check
would have passed. It didn't.

Yep, until they find out that it includes their ammo that is used for
hunting. Most folks feel (thanks to our president and a fawning media
that licks on his ass) that AR15s are purely combat weapons of war. They
are also excellent varmint and small game guns but you won't see that on
your local telly or in the newspaper.

As I said, most of them will say that riding on the emotion of a couple
of mass shootings like Newtown. However, I repeat, most of them don't
really have much knowledge on what is legal and what isn't. What may
work and what won't. When I ask what they feel is legal today that they
wish were illegal tomorrow, name something that is already illegal. Most
of the problems in the US and the mass shootings come from two
situations. Mental illness and illegal access to guns.

Perhaps. Bottom line is that congresscritters are usually more incented
by being reelected rather than simply the wishes of their constituency.

The populous areas are the ones that are the most liberal and anti gun.
It is also the population that is more ignorant about guns and their laws
and where most of the gang activity and illegal guns are located. Take
Newtown, for example. Caused a huge uproar nationally....however the
lives lost were a rather typical weekend in Chicago or Detroit.

What I see is new people coming into shooting (not as many as I would

I agree. We need to remove the stigma from mental illness and make it
easier for those who need help to get it. We also need to stiffen the
requirement to pass that information on to the NICS background check for
firearms. That may require some changes to state HIPAA laws.

Look at the following:

Virginia Tech - 32 dead, Cho bought his gun legally, passing background
checks since information that he had been committed for observation never
made it to NICS.

Tucson - 6 dead, 12 injured, Loughner was expelled from Pima Community
College and told he would not be readmitted on campus until a mental
specialist had certified he was not a danger to himself or others. It
never happened. Ergo, no information in NICS. He passed his background
check.

Aurora - 12 dead, 70 injured, Holmes was being seen by a psychiatrist.
That information was not in NICS. Holmes passed his background checks.

Newtown - 26 dead, He was apparently autistic and suffering from
Asperger's Syndrome. No background check involved, he killed his mother
and took her guns and car to the school.

Chicago - 540 homicides last year. Over 200 already this year.
Illegally possessed firearms. Gang warfare over drugs.

Detroit - Over 200 a year. Most firearms used illegally possessed, gang
warfare over drugs.

Why is that? Most of those are gang or drug related and the guns are
illegally possessed. Take for example, the shootings in the news. The
perps are 14, 15, 16, 17. All are too young to legally purchase
handguns. Chicago has some of the toughest gun control in the country.
So does California but gangs in LA have no problems getting guns. I joke
with in-laws who live there that to get guns in LA, just go out on the
street early in the morning on a weekend and take one or two from the
dead bodies or listen for a drive-by and do the same.

Mark R. Wieber (a.k.a. Gunner) Cliff Notes Version 12

Version 12 adds Wieber's lies about living in the high desert, his new
story about how someone fraudulently made him a PE, and his various
opinions about the Wieber Cliff Notes.

Below is a collection of links and quotes describing infamous Usenet
troll and death warrant issuer Mark. R. Wieber, a.ka. Gunner or Gunner
Asch.

Wieber has been posting to Usenet since the mid '90s, usually
thousands of times per month. (links to some of his profiles)

His habit is to write tall tales to top anyone he's debating. If his
opponent dares dispute any of the delusions then Wieber follows up
with ever more elaboration and exaggeration. He frequently promises to
put his critics on "the list" so that they will be "hung from lamp
posts" during "the great cull" which is perennially just over the
horizon.

"In less than 3 yrs..the People will kill most/all Leftwingers in an
event known as the Great Cull." (2009)

This tactic is usually accompanied by multiple
detailed descriptions of gory deaths.

"When the People drag you out and hang you from a bit of barbed wire
after kicking you off a lawn chair..Ill be very happy. In fact..I hope
the doers send me a video clip of your ending. Knowing you were

knowing that you will be gone into a mass grave somewhere along with

Taxpayers have to save Wieber from the inevitable result of his
lifestyle of heavy smoking, soda and junk food . But he can still do
one handed pullups!

Wieber likes to pretend that he lives on ranch acreage, prepared to
survive the apocalypses he constantly warns everyone to fear.

Wieber's treasures overflow onto neighbor's lot that Wieber previously
claimed to own.

"So this morning..she shows up with 2 deputies and advises me that I
have until 2pm Wed afternoon (24 hrs) to clean the lot off else Id be

Wieber claims to be very skilled at many trades. He also insists he's
a hard worker despite the obvious contradiction with all the posting.

"Ive got hummm...3-4 Associates Degrees"
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.machines.cnc/msg/a526902ea3daeacc

"I repair machinery in machine shops for $75hr, $25hr travel time

"I made $4k in the last two weeks. Net I own my own company"
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.politics.usa.republican/msg/5cf76ac919a364a3

And yet there are a few <ahem> minor contradictions.

"My medical bills? What medical bills? I filed Bankruptcy a couple
months ago. Phoof! All gone!"
http://groups.google.com/group/misc.transport.trucking/msg/f58b373e0c864533

Wieber pretends to be a P.E.

here dont have a degree. Just someone who owns it good enough to pass
the tests."
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.machines.cnc/msg/65ee02118cd78d85

Wieber later decides that his "California advertising" was actually
the result of a mysterious fraud!

"It was fascinating though to backtrack who put PE on my "resume" on a
very obscure engineers registry though. A registry that Id never heard
of before the State of California brought it to my attention. A
registry that promptly corrected some ones attempt at fraud..and
gave me the information visa Avis the IP address of the party who did
it. Which I still have..as does the State of California."

"I was banging my babysitter when I was 11"
http://groups.google.com/group/rec.crafts.metalworking/msg/d26fc90c007efee2

His charming description of one of his secret techniques, wherein he
names his victim.

"Reminds me of Barbara Jenkins. I finally had to teach her the joys
of doing it face down. Then she only clawed the pillows to ragged
debris rather than my back. Ive still got scars 25 yrs later"
http://groups.google.com/group/rec.crafts.metalworking/msg/92cccf38b22d36fb

"My ol lady likes to get fucked in the ass now and then, and my

"The day after I got home from the bypass..I nailed the old lady for 2

Finally, for music lovers, the Wieber theme song
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=waQOS3hKIa8

Talking Hard Work
Words and Music by Woody Guthrie

While we're on the subject of hard work
I just wanted to say that I always was a man to work.

I was born working and I worked my way up by hard work.
I ain't never go nowhere yet but I got there by hard work:
Work of the hardest kind.
I been down and I been out
And I've been busted, disgusted and couldn't be trusted.
I worked my way up and I worked my way down.

I've been drunk and I've been sober. I've had hard times and I got
hijacked
And been robbed for cash and robbed for credit.
Worked my way into jail and outta jail
And I woke up alotta mornings and I didn't even know where I was at.

But the hardest work I ever done is when I was trying to get myself
a worried woman to ease my worried mind.
Now I'm gonna tell you just about how much hard work I had to do to
get this here
women that I'm a-tellin you about.

I shook hands with 97 of her kinfolks and her blood relatives and I
done the same with 86 people that was just her friends and her
neighbors.
Kissed 73 babies and put dry pants on 34 of em' as well as others
And done the same thing several times - as well as a lot of other
things
just about like this.

I held 125 head of wild horses, put saddles and bridles on more that
that,
harnessed some of the craziest, wildest teams in the whole country.
I rode 14 loco broncos to a dead standstill and let 42 hound dogs lick
me all over.
Seven times I was bit by hungry dogs and I was chewed all to pieces by
water moccasins and rattlesnakes on two separate river bottoms.
I chopped and I carried 314 armloads of stove wood, 100 buckets of
coal,
and I carried a gallon of kerosene 18 miles over the mountains, got
lost,
lost a pair of shoes in a mud hole.
And I chopped and I weeded 48 rows of short cotton, 13 acres of bad
corn
and cut sticker weeds out of 11 back yards.
All on accounta' cause I wanted to show her that I was a man a I liked
to work.

I cleaned out 9 barnloads and cranked 31 automobiles, all makes and
models.
Pulled 3 cars out of mud holes and 4 out of snowdrifts.
I dug 5 cisterns of water for some of her friends and neighbors
and run all kinds of errands.

I played the fiddle for 9 churches meetings and I joined 11 separate
denominations.
I signed up and joined up for 7 of the best trade unions I could find
And paid my dues about 6 weeks ahead of time.

Waded 40 miles of swamps, 60 big rivers,
Walked across 2 mountain ranges and crossed three deserts.
I got the fever and I got sunstroke and I got malaria and I got the
flu
and I got moonstruck and skeeter bit, the poison ivy and the 7 year
itch
and the blind staggers.

I was given up for lost and dead about 2 dozen times.
Struck by lightning, struck by Congress, struck by friends and
kinfolks
as well as by three cars on the highways and a lotta times in peoples
hen-houses.
I been hit and run down and run over and walked on and knocked around
And I'm just settin' here now trying to study up what else I can do to
show
that woman that I still ain't afraid of hard work.

What do you think is needed to make background checks tougher? What
would you like them to look for that doesn't interfere with honest, law
abiding people exercising their constitutional right?
It is a valid reason to own guns, but when they have not experienced that
stuff first hand, they tend to dismiss it while living in their guarded
communities.

Dealers (FFLs) already do that. Non dealers don't. There are laws that
a gun cannot be sold to an out of stater but there is no enforcement
ability to do that for non-dealers. The universal background check
requirement that got voted down was to do that.

Now, keep in mind that that background check will not accomplish much.
Straw purchases (where a person who can pass a background check purchases
firearms for other people who can't) are already are against the law.
Read about Fast and Furious.....wait, never mind, that was run by the ATF
and our Justice Department even though it is illegal as hell.

Secondly, look at our mass shootings. Those folk passed a background
check and bought their firearms "legally". Your idea won't accomplish
anything there. Most of the guns in Chicago and Detroit are illegally
possessed by those killing others. Would you expect that to change
because of *another* law making the same thing illegaller?

However, your idea would be a start, just don't expect it to accomplish
much overall.

The folks committing the homicides above are folks who either passed a
background check at the dealer or who illegally obtained or possessed the
firearms they used in those homicides.

Part of the problem is that our right to keep and bear arms is a
constitutional right. Can it be regulated? To some extent, yes, but not
to anywhere near where the antigunners want it. Of course, they could
always amend the Constitution.....the procedure is in Article V.
However, it is not easy to do.....it has only been done 17 times since
1791.

I have several times in here including just a day or so ago. Change the
stigma on mental illness, ensure that HIPAA laws do not interfere with
that information getting into NICS. Make NICS a real and accurate
source. Currently NICS results end up with only a very few sustainable
preventions.

There is a series of results in papers produced each year. I have the
years 2006 to 2011 laid out in a spreadsheet. It doesn't look good for
our government. Too many false starts.

Bottom line is that most of us will support laws that address the problem
directly....those problems are illegal gun possession, mental illness and
lack of enforcement. The problem is doing that without interfering with
the constitutional rights of the law abiding.
Hard to do for a few reasons.

one....the understanding of right to keep and bear arms has been held by
most people and most courts to be what the Supreme Court ruled it was in
Heller.

two....The whole impetus behind the anti gun group is like the ban on
alcohol....it was a few folks who got the Court behind them for awhile
and they passed the 18th amendment. Wasn't too long before the 21st
amendment repealed it.

three..RKBA (right to keep and bear arms) has been considered by most
historians to have always been a separate subject from militia service.

Four...the actual reading of the Second Amendment is that it is
addressing the state militias and forbids the federal government from
removing RKBA from state citizens so that the states can keep their
soveriegnty by being able to raise their own militias. If you read state
statutes you will see that is true to this day.

Five...the national militia is armed via Article I, section 8 clause 16.

Stare decisis.

I believe that it would take a rewrite of the Second Amendment and
getting it passed and incorporated. That is the process in Article V.

Even with background checks the numbers suck Figure this:

2006 - 8,209,900 applications 124,739 denials 273 referred to prosecution
2007 - 8,159,098 applications 123,269 denials 196 referred to prosecution
2008 - 5,813,249 applications 78,906 denials 147 referred to prosecution
2009 - 6,083,428 applications 71,010 denials 140 referred to prosecution
2010 - 6,037,394 applications 76,142 denials 62 referred to prosecution

Total number of guilty verdicts - 209 - 2006-2010

Not a very good success rate. BTW, if you wish to search out those
reports, the name is Enforcement of the Brady Act and the year.

>> There is a series of results in papers produced each year. I have

That should have read 2006 to 2010. I believe that 2011 is finally out
so I can search for it and add it to my spreadsheet, but that is another
day.
Yep, but the resistance to that is .......rather.....strong. ;)

taxes, and hundreds of thousands in medical bills. Any 12 year old who
has a part time job babysitting or delivering newspapers has a higher
net worth and better prospects than Gunner. His future is already
written: run up more medical bills he can't and won't even try to pay,
and then croak, leaving his family members a big mess to clean up.
Most likely they'll grab anything of value and simply walk away from
the trash pile. That liability, the kid and grandkids on the dole, and
the Usenet posts, will be Gunner's legacy.

Unemployed? California slum? Odd that you are so ignorant and
stupid..well...hardly. You are one of those permanently drunken
Aussies. Did you bring your wife? Can I borrow her for a day? Or are
you simply gay and coming over for the Blue Oyster Bar as I indicated
below?
