Has anyone tried this? Dr. Mark Hyman strongly recommends it for
controlling BG and insulin resistance. But when I looked it up, it reminded
me of some useless stuff that I took in the 80's. Sounds like it is
basically fiber that swells up once you take it. There is a caution that if
you don't take enough liquid with it, it could swell in your throat and
choke you. This is exactly what that stuff did in the 80's. I choked very
badly on it and it killed some people. It also seems very expensive for a
supplement.

Hunger is simply the ability to eat plus(+) the desire to eat.

Anything that reduces hunger is invariably harmful because we need
this fundamental ability & desire in order to survive.

Be hungrier, which really is wonderfully healthier especially for
diabetics and other heart disease patients:

PolyGlycoplex (GPX) has a fair amount of real research, even some
double blind human studies. The stuff has positive effects, but if
it's much better or any better than other soluble fibers (for me) is
unknowm.

For someone who claims Holy Spirit discernment, the false-christian crackpot
sure changes gears a lot.
His changing gears is based on poorly conducted Google searches and clearly
taking Bible verses out of context.
If he attended regular Bible studies, he might have a better understanding,
but he keeps getting himself evicted from Christian fellowships (see below).

Why does the false-christian crackpot persist staying on this course of
folly? The same reason why he's stayed on every course of folly he's ever
been on. Because of his lack of discernment, being out of touch with reality
and his pride.
