For loss of appetite, costive bowels, pain in the head, a dulling
sensation in your backparts, pains in or about the shoulders blades,
weakknees, never a fullness after eating, no inclination to exert your
body or mind but for perhaps a push up or two to show off, and even a
feeling of neglecting your duty you have been trained for, causing
irritability of temper and as has been seen a feeling of infallibility.
Those minor side effects could happen along with weariness because of
sleep loss, dizziness, and flutteriness of heart and mind. In worse case
worst case scenarios it has been also been noted a yellowing of the
skin, and the uttering of strange dictions while taking self portraits.
Also while on the 32 oz diet I'd watch for highly colored urine, and
large stools that float, which are signs of not following the diet, or
your postage scales are off.
It would be adviced if a person experiences any of the above to see a
real honest to goodness physician.

You should not need to be "shown" these things. You should be able to
deduce by using your logic that you are wrong. Do you believe that wind
exists? It has never been shown to you. You know that wind exists
because you've seen the effects of it and you've used your logic to
realize that there is validity in what you've been told about the
atmosphere.
