In order TO ESTABLISH PEACE AND TO MAINTAIN PEACE, you must define it,
precisely.

Natural Definition of Peace:

Sufficient identification of Criminal Minds (Sociopaths), and
sufficient constraint of Criminal impulses.

AS YOU KNOW, this establishes and maintains peace and does so
anywhere.

This is how it always has been, and how it always will be, in order to
establish, and also to maintain Peace. *(1)

The definition is in harmony with the definition of
'The Nature Of War,' as you can see. *[NOW]

So, I have not only restored the proper, ACTUAL definition
of War, but also the proper, ACTUAL Definition Of Peace.
[DOP]

This does away with (it throws out) the "definitions" for 'war' and
for 'peace,' that Criminal Minds (the Sociopaths) have given you,
and that you have taken over from them *[NOW-Q1]

as, what THESE - the Sociopaths - want you to consider "is
peace" and "is war:"

You can see their "definitions" of "peace," and of "war," from
their demands, and in their actions (when THEY 'demand Peace'
and also, when THEY 'demand War')

- you can look at that, and in any newspaper you can see,
what THEY tell you, that YOU should think and YOU
should do

in order "to establish or to maintain peace," and

in order "to end and to avoid war." *[FLOHR][SLOHR]

And thereby you know THEIR "definition" of "peace,"
and THEIR "definition" of "war"

(those "definitions" of "peace" and of "war," that
Criminal Minds (Sociopaths) use, and act upon, and
want others to act upon) -

which do PREVENT peace, and which always will LEAD to war.

THEIR "definitions" are always THE OPPOSITE of the Natural
Definition of Peace.

And you can see that ALSO: that they PREVENT peace and
always bring war back.

Or "conflict," as the Sociopaths want you to call
it

- and you comply (as most journalists do as
well) in order not to anger or offend the
Sociopaths concerned.

The Sociopaths however, WANT "conflict" - they WANT
war:

It is their unalterable nature, it is ingrained within
their soul, to dominate and prey on life, on people:

people, you and I, any people, have no other value
for Sociopaths, THAN TO PREY ON.

They, the Sociopaths, try to bring about
political structures, and science and religion
and philosophies supporting it, so that

THEY, the Sociopaths, can prey on others, on
you,

in such a way, that you don't see it,
or don't protest it, or support it even:

"Suffering is necessary." Or:

Or: "The strongest must survive,
in order to further 'evolution'."

Or: "We must stop our desire to
enjoy life, because 'life is ugly
and painful'."

Etc..

The Sociopaths have managed to insinuate their
'REVERSAL of Life' (reversed ideas "about Life"),
into the society - into your thinking and into the
thinking of all others,

and they have written vast amounts of books,
to promote and "prove"

their in fact 'life-denying' ideas,

as if THEY own 'the truth' and as if THEY tell
or relay "the very truth about life"

"...to 'help' you cope with life and to guide
you."

In some cultures, religions, sciences and
philosophies,

their 'Reversal of Life' is more obviously
present, and is practiced more bluntly,

than in societies or circles,

where the Sociopaths have to be more on their
guard and more 'clever,'

NEVERTHELESS to insert and nevertheless to bring
about, an acceptance

of their 'REVERSAL of the nature of Life,'

with their constant and forceful, Harmful Life
Energy hitting you and anyone, containing as
it does

their LIES "about life," and "about people," and

"about their past," "about their future," and

"about the nature of life forms" as well as "about
physics." [YEI]

And of course, there is also their, equally
constant and FORCEFUL stream of Energy (of
Life Energy Particles) radiating at you and
inflicting on you, their lies about themselves

Their lies hitting at you and at anyone, constantly,
and poisoning the living space or 'atmosphere,' of
life itself, of life forms - and so making you sick
and keeping you sick.

So it is done also, with their ideas "about Peace"
and "about War"

- for instance by the very drugged Sociopath
of the famous Beatles band, John Lennon,

with his song 'Imagine' ("Imagine there's no
War, but Peace"),

WHICH IS THE VERY OPPOSITE of the Natural
Definition of Peace, as you can see.

Any of THEIR "definitions" of war and of peace

- anything that mis-identifies or that refuses to
recognize Criminal Minds (Sociopaths), and

anything that refuses to curb, or on the contrary,
that does encourage or legalizes Criminal impulses -
[ODE]

WILL AUTOMATICALLY LEAD TO WAR and WILL OF ITSELF WORK, TO END
PEACE. [FLOHR],[SLOHR]

That is not hard to understand. *(2)

("maintaining stability" for the Sociopath leaders)

As part of their false "definitions of peace and war,"
you find their so-called "demands for maintaining
Stability:"

"You must let the murderers mass-murder, and the thieves
steal massively, and the torturers torture unbridled,"
in a country, "else you destroy 'the stability' of the
country and area."

As currently (2007) "wanting not to disturb the
'stability' of the horrible dictatorship of North
Korea" [SRKJI]

- freeing the people of North Korea, "should
not be brought about or assisted," but
"should be prevented" (!)

(with that "argument," some Criminal
Minds - Sociopaths - did successfully
PREVENT the freeing of the people of
North Korea),

at a time, when the North Korean population
could have been only too easily freed -

that is, at the time when their "leader"
- Kim Jong Il - went too wildly insane

(he went that insane as to explode an
underground atom bomb, and to fire some
missiles across Japan).

They want the "stability" maintained, that is "provided"
by a repressive regime of Sociopaths, *[RTII]

to subjugate and repress all decent people in order
to PREVENT these decent people, from opposing and
nullifying the Criminal Impulses of the Sociopaths
and of their helpers or facilitators,

( - and again not hard to understand - )

WHICH IS THE OPPOSITE OF STABILITY. But Criminal Minds, the
Sociopaths, (these, want you to) CALL it "Stability:"

Sociopaths have everything IN REVERSE.

Trusting as they do, that you are lacking the
ability to be Aware of Sociopaths, [AWL-Zero]

the current dictators of China, who want the Chinese to
worship the vicious and violent Mao Zedong - (they) call
their own dictatorship and the repression of the Chinese
people, "necessary" to maintain "social stability"

- Criminal Minds (Sociopaths) have everything
in reverse -

and you see now Russia's Vladimir Putin - himself a
violently Insane and Criminal individual, a true and
very obvious Sociopath - he, Putin, is taking every
possible opportunity

in which you do NOT STOP him, *[VLRP][IJC-pi21]

to FOMENT WAR and to DESTROY OR PREVENT PEACE,

to the delight and joy of Criminal Minds
(of Sociopaths) and of their slaves, the

This INCLUDES their idea of 'maintaining a
so-called "BALANCE OF POWER",'

THESE WANT AND SUPPORT A "BALANCE OF POWER:"
*[BOPR][BOP][FPWPH]

"When two 'enemies' are kept equal in
strength, then that 'balance' ensures
peace for the people on both sides."

Omitting the fact, that ONLY ONE SIDE (the
side of the Sociopaths) is an enemy to life,
to people.

It's like demanding, that Law Enforcement and
crime gangs 'must be equally equipped and have
equal rights to harm others' - "because THAT
will keep our neighborhood safe."

And in that "Balance of Power," anyone
who wishes - for whatever reason or
unreason - to be supported by Criminals,

has the opportunity to "go to the other
side." *(c)

Again:

When the Sociopaths (with their followers, the
Destructive Cowards), do not manage to have
all people under THEIR control to oppress and
to dominate, if they can't conquer ALL, THEN

they claim, that "Peace is ensured by a
Balance of Power," because - in the Criminal
Mind, in the mind and the feelings of the
Sociopath - (not just their side) but "ALL
PEOPLE ARE EVIL AND SELFISH,"

which is very, very far from the truth,
and it indeed only applies to a very
small percentage of the population (the
Sociopaths and their followers, the
Destructive Cowards),

but the Sociopaths "know for a fact,"
that "all people are evil and selfish,"

TOGETHER WITH the claim of these, that "ALL
PEOPLE (ALSO SOCIOPATHS) ARE BASICALLY GOOD,"

which is equally destructive and also
too far from the truth, because that
does NOT apply - unfortunately - to a
small part of the population:

Sociopaths, unfortunately, are BASICALLY
EVIL, but they can PRETEND to be "good:"

BY vampiring on and taking over the Life
Energy of others, of you - and showing
it off, as "their 'own' nature, as their
'own' abilities and talents, etc.",

they can PRETEND to be "good," or at
least, to be "talented."

An example of that,

is "talented" Vincent Van Gogh, "caring
and inventive" Benjamin Franklin, and
"intelligent and ethical" Socrates,

that I have had to thoroughly
investigate, and have published
also extensively.

Again, the Definition of Peace:

Sufficient identification of Criminal Minds (Sociopaths),

(peace-loving countries)

Thus, USING (not the Sociopath's "definitions for war and peace," but
using) THE ACTUAL DEFINITION OF PEACE,

the following can be considered to be peaceful (non-aggressive and
peace-loving) countries:

The European Union countries,

United States of America and Canada,

Australia, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, The Philippines,

Israel, etc. etc.,

basically countries where the natural impulse is openly allowed
and openly encouraged, to identify Criminal Minds and to expose
and block Criminal impulses,

and where this is taken into account in the institutions of the
press, of the courts at law, and in government:

On the level of local and national government, and

- certainly by those people, who govern local
and national affairs according to the Natural
Definition of Peace - they must use the definition

ALSO in international relations and in global affairs,
of course, [EFIL][FIL]

because one ALSO has to care for the peace in other
countries,

if already only to ensure peace inside one's
own country,

but also to satisfy the natural, inborn
care that normal people have for each
other,

as a self-understood matter THAT IS ALSO ACTUALLY PRACTICED,
that is actively brought about, and not only professed in words.

(peace-endangering countries)

Thus, the following countries can be considered NOT at peace, not
peaceful, not maintaining peace (also still now in the year 2016, at
revision 4.0 of this Human Rights Issue from 2007):

Palestine, Syria, Iran, Libya [now changing, 20111013], Sudan,
Cuba, Venezuela [hopefully changing when the Chavez supporters
are removed from government], Myanmar [now changing, 2016],
Zimbabwe, Sudan, North Korea of course,

Belarus, Russia, Vietnam, Laos, China, etc.

- Iraq started on the way to peace, by removing the
unspeakably violent and vicious, Muslim-sanctioned
Sociopath Saddam Hussein,

thanks to care for people that (in 2007) the president
of America shows [showed] FOR PEOPLE, and *[RTII]

that he maintains [maintained] no matter how MUCH Hate
and Treachery is [was] thrown at him (at George W.
"Washington" Bush) by the Criminal Minds and by their
slaves, the Destructive Cowards (examples Barbara
Streisand, Michael Moore, etc.). *(e)

Not to mention, now in 2016, the 'anti-peace' nature of
the "we can"-demagogue Obama,

whose interest was merely, to "occupy the seat of
US president" - to be seen as and treated as "the
president of the USA" - WITHOUT the actual love
and care for all people, that is expected to go with
it; instead, Obama was [is still]

destroying the decency, the care and trust, and the
love, that his predecessor Bush, had generated and
breathed into the US government.

...Hate for Bush also generated world wide, orchestrated
as it was by Russia's KGB-FSB and other Kremlin
Sociopaths

- while and after Putin had literally lamed
(blocked, destroyed) president George W. Bush's
spiritual sight to look at and PERCEIVE the soul

(the Life Energy of the nature and intentions,
of the soul)

of Putin.

The countries mentioned in the above section, are definitely
NOT on the road to peace,

until the natural Definition of Peace (this Human Rights
Issue) also does sink in there, and is also enforced
there, internally.

That would ideally be a job for the United Nations,
but with its present and recent Secretaries General
being "Well-Adjusted" Sociopaths, and a candidate
(Bokova) of the same nature, hoping to become soon
the next Secretary General,

there is little to expect from that corner.

And the UN "Security Council" agrees to be vetoed by
vicious Dictatorships (Russia and China), and itself
has no education on Security, let alone on Peace,

other than the Sociopaths' "definitions" for it,
including their enablers in the medical profession,
and they are practicing THOSE, the Sociopath's
"definitions" of "peace,"

- acting "to 'alleviate' conflict and suffering..."

(the "war" of Iraq)

The indeed very dangerous Weapon of Mass Destruction
('WMD'), that WAS found and WAS removed from Iraq,

(but the Sociopaths, in their vicious ways of HIDING
each others' nature and intentions, the other
Sociopaths and their "peace-demanding," "anti-war"
helpers too, they are simply IGNORING THAT - that
it)

was Saddam Hussein himself:

indeed a mass murderer who proved to be - even on
your barbaric, merely materialistic level of
"knowledge" on such matters, he proved to be -

a violent 'Weapon of Mass Destruction' or 'WMD,' already
on his OWN people.

The "anti-war" Sociopaths could not care less, in
their constant libel-war against those who love and
protect people. Nevertheless:

His (Saddam Hussein's) removal, complies with the First
International Law [FIL],

and indeed no resistance was met during the implementation
of it by the American troops:

not a shot was fired, and it was welcomed - of course - by
the whole community of people, most of all, those in Iraq,

other than the usual Muslim Sociopaths who want to
destroy civilization. [ODE] But:

Those who value life more than oil, greatly welcomed
the removal of Saddam Hussein by the Americans under
its president George W. Bush.

Not a drop of blood was flowing, in the removal of
the 'Weapon of Mass Destruction' called Saddam
Hussein.

The Sociopaths in the region, did not like that AT
ALL, so they started their campaign of lies, to keep
fomenting their Hate in the very receptive Arab and
Muslim culture.

And the Criminal Minds (Sociopaths) with their
slaves the Destructive Cowards, kept on shouting, it
was an occupation-invasion, with "blood for oil."

(That "it was 'inflicting bloodshed in order
to obtain oil'.")

In this case also, Criminal Minds (Sociopaths) have
it precisely IN REVERSE, they have #ALL_IN_REVERSE:

The very individuals who wanted NOT to invade
Iraq, and NOT to remove the actual, proven
genocidal and utterly vicious Sociopath Saddam
Hussein,

(to mention names: France's Chirac,
Germany's Schroeder, Russia's Putin,
China's 'Jiang Zemin, Spain's Zapatero,
as the main Criminal Minds)

those WERE the ones, who DID PREFER oil and
money from Saddam and Iraq,

AT THE EXPENSE OF THE BLOOD of the Iraqi and
neighboring people,

genocide, blood drawn and torture on a
very large and unchecked scale

- DIRECTLY committed by Iraq's Sociopath
"leader" Saddam Hussein and by his
family, as ordered by him. *(g)

Again: Countries that can be considered NOT to be at peace
- NOT peaceful, NOT peace-loving - are

basically those countries, where the natural impulse is NOT
encouraged,

to identify Criminal Minds (Sociopaths) and expose and block
Criminal impulses,

and, where identification of Sociopaths is not even tolerated, but is
hindered, or even forbidden. *[SFIL]

And that is done in such countries, by INVERTING the use of the
word 'law,' and by INVERTING the use of the term 'police,' *(b)

as in 'complying with the "local laws" of China," of a
country with a repressive regime,

or where PEACE (opposing Sociopaths, and restraining Criminal
impulses) is punished in some way (as in Communist China, or in
Islam-infested Pakistan, for instance)

- often accompanied by the public worship of very severely
Criminal Minds who destroyed or destroy the country,
such as in China (Mao), North Korea (Kim Il Sung), Cuba
(Castro, Chevara), Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh), Venezuela
(Chavez), Iran (Khomeini), Russia (Stalin, Putin), etc..

(Sociopaths replace definition of Truth, with Perception)

Truth is absolute, as you might know, and NOT AT
ALL - as the Sociopaths claim it to be and also
practice it, as - "a matter of opinion." [CSTC]

The Sociopaths want you to substitute Truth - that
what actually happened - with 'your Perception:'

And then they mess heavily with your PERCEPTION,
and even deny it to exist at all, leaving you
with photons only, to "Perceive with" rather than
what you DO Perceive with: Life Energy Particles.

So they say 'your Truth' and 'someone else's Truth,
but they MEAN 'your Perception' and 'someone else's
Perception.

(worshiping the biggest Sociopath of the country or religion)

They worship the biggest and worst Criminals (Sociopaths) of the
country

in order not to be detected as being such themselves,

and in order to daze and 'dazzle' the whole population,

as if they (Sociopaths) are "being supported by the people
of the country" and

as if they (Sociopaths) are "executing the will of the
people,"

in order to defend and hide their Criminality, their "Well-
Adjusted" Sociopathy: their HIDDEN HATE of AND CONTEMPT for
people and for life itself.

That is, in a country where Crime and allowing Crime, is openly
advocated, yes, even worshiped, or promoted

- by means of reversing the normal use of words, like 'law' and
'police' and 'internal security and stability,' *(b)

and with phrases such as "defending or maintaining religion"
but with no other ACTUAL (but hidden) purpose, than

to keep severely Criminal Minds (Sociopaths) in charge and
dominating the population, as "leaders," (Iran, Libya,
Malaysia in 2007, etc.).

And with no less venom, it is politically-diplomatically
worded, as 'demanding "no interference in the internal affairs"
of a country,'

but it is with no other ACTUAL purpose, than to keep
severely Criminal Minds (Sociopaths) in charge as
"leaders" (as in China, North Korea, Russia, etc. etc.).

(Sociopaths "fighting for the 'independence' of a people or country")

Or they are pretending 'to fight for "the Independence of the
country and its people",' "against colonialism," with "an
insurgency to gain 'independence',"

which is not actually for independence of the population at all,
but

it has no other purpose than for severely Criminal Minds
to get in charge as "leaders," (Sudan, Zimbabwe, etc.)

actually - by terror and deception, and by extortion of
"protection money," or funded by another country with a
Sociopath head of state -

they merely want to dominate and terrorize the people of their
OWN country, and not at all to free their people.

Or, claiming as a government, as Putin or Hitler did, "the need
to protect 'own' people and 'own' possessions, in another
country,"

a common trick once again tried, by Russia's Putin against
the Georgian provinces at Russia's border, a trick that he
keeps preparing (in 2007) for parts of the Ukraine, too.

Or, 'claiming to "own" territory or claiming to rule over
territory or over people,' that

they neither possess nor govern, (the Mao-worshiping regime of
China, still tries to do so, towards Taiwan - etc.),

and by refusing to settle a possible dispute over territory,
in a civil manner, but

in pretense, promoting it DELIBERATELY as a conflict, IN ORDER
- to have a pretext - to create war,

like, in a possible future, going to war over
the Spratly Islands (above the Philippines),
as these are claimed by several countries,

all actions, which WE KNOW ONLY Criminal heads of state would
and WILL ENGAGE IN;

And by keeping their lies about their hidden intentions NOT
understood and letting journalists just parrot the lies uncommented

the Sociopaths (wanting #ALL_IN_REVERSE, they) PREVENT and INVERT
your understanding of 'The Nature of War.' *[NOW]

They 'paralyze your thinking on it,' and so they BLOCK you from
being able to prevent the war that they planned and WANT TO WAGE
- without you interfering, obviously...

Indeed the only war there is, and always has been and always
will be, is war against Criminal Minds (Sociopaths) and to curb
Criminal impulses,

for which the actual definitions of life's activities,
have to be brought back and are to be restored to what
they actually were BEFORE being perverted and reversed,

most of the natural definitions of life, were
already DELIBERATELY destroyed by Sociopaths,
thousands of years ago, in India - IN ORDER TO
HIDE THE SOCIOPATHS - *(a)

(reversal of definition of peace)

where the definition of peace was REVERSED by
Criminal Minds (Sociopaths), and where it was

"defined" as:

"creating and FEELING a DELUSION of 'being
at peace'," *(a)


which does RESEMBLE the intention, the Energy,
'to INTEND Peace:'

'Look around and "observe," that "there do not
really exist any Sociopaths (Criminal Minds)"

and

'Should there be any Criminal Impulses, then
these generate NO NECESSITY and NO DESIRE in
us, to stop or prevent these because
"Impulses to hinder Life, are part of life,
anyway - but we strive NOT to desire and to
feel NO necessity to protect life." Thus:

(being made to feel 'peaceful')

"Being made to feel (the Life Energy inflicting a
feeling of) the ILLUSION - and, oneself creating
and feeling the ILLUSION - of 'being at peace',"

to engage in some kind of
'ego-trip,' to feel good and
to not defend others, not even
defending yourself,

because you are "at peace,"

WHILE your village is being burnt
down, and your friends and family,
and everything else you love, is
exterminated by some Criminals

- whose only joy it is, to
do exactly that to people,

no matter what "reasons"
they may and will give for
it:

There IS no reason in
Insanity, by its very
definition already,

but Insane people will
try to find "a reason
behind everything..."

(making oneself and others feel 'wisely at peace' with oppression)

It indeed requires the ability to generate quite
some mental force, to create the feeling of the
ILLUSION "being at peace," *(a)

a state of mind of 'feeling complete
and undiminished happiness despite
seeing others being destroyed,'

yes, ultimately to 'feel happy even when
one's own life or one's own soul is
being destroyed.'

And they have of course to JUSTIFY it, with
beautifully "wise" words to HIDE their cowardice
and their antipathy towards life, their Sociopathy
(as we know it also from my ancient-Greek Sociopath-
"friend" Socrates [YEI]):

'Because "physical life is an ILLUSION,
anyway," and

"the soul is indestructible," as "proven by
the fact of reincarnation,"'

notwithstanding the facts of life, the
horrible condition that most souls
actually are in,

quite severely damaged as most, if
not all of you (souls) on Earth
are

they ignore all that, all that is true
and actual, is gleefully IGNORED by the
Sociopaths and their friends, and they
are instead

(striving for being made to feel 'peaceful')

striving for a feeling of "happiness,"
or rather, for a

euphoric feeling of "being invincible,"

which is not feeling life at all,
actually, but it IS

achieved by NOT minding (by NOT feeling)
- and so "being undisturbed by" - the
fact that others are being destroyed and
have been damaged,

yes, they do not even mind it,
when they themselves are (their
soul is) are getting destroyed,

and Sociopaths even seek it, 'in
order to forget all' (to have all
their Life Energy taken away)

- which is the maximum display of
cowardice, I would say, and you don't
want to have such "friends" -

but they PRETEND it is "achieving peace
of mind," and "remaining at peace and
undisturbed by Life." *[LIP]

It requires great mental strength, to create AND to
maintain that cowardly, life-destroying ILLUSION
(feeling-thinking-perceiving an intense illusion
like that).

(denying perception, in order to feel 'peaceful')

That seems easy to do, when malice is
inflicted on others:

by means of the pretense, that 'because
it is hidden from one's view, "it is
not happening".'

So the thousands of concentration
camps in China

to break the spirit of those
locked up,

with "Arbeit Macht Frei"
- excuse me - wrong country
and time, I mean, *(f)

with "Re-education Through
Labor," these

were out of sight of the
international cameras of the
Olympic Games in China then, also,

when malice is "hidden."

(pretending NO perception, in order to feel 'peaceful')

Then YOU HAVE TO PRETEND, and to enforce
on others (with great mental force, with
elaborate "science" and social pressure)

for instance through current
Medical "Science"

1. that a FEELING Perception "does not
exist;" and

for instance with the current
"science" of physics,

2. that Perception "is done by means of
photons and by vibrating air;" that
"you are an 'Artificial Intelligence'
- as Google's Sergei Brin and also
Hollywood's Steven Spielberg want you
to think "life is" - *(nn)(nn)

WHICH "HAS NO FEELING Perception:"

No normal, human Perception, that
