The countries in Africa,
that the Chinese dictators, including the Criminal Mind and
Chinese Foreign Minister, Li Zhaoxing, now want to establish
their inhumane dictatorship in as well,

"Balance of Power" is one of those "Duh" terms used by
Nixonites, Fox News, and New York ACLU lawyers for Starbucks.
