巴馬與中國總理溫家寶的互動更是精彩，兩人你來我往，溫家寶憤而離席，歐巴馬隨之發飆，其間可謂高潮迭起。
溫家寶與歐巴馬首度交手是在十八日中午的峰會，溫家寶表示，中國承諾達成其自動提出的減排目標，但不同意讓國際查證；歐巴馬則表示，假如大家
不分享資訊，確保彼此遵守承諾，他不曉得這要如何達成國際協議。
歐巴馬這番話顯然是針對中國，讓溫家寶覺得其國格受到汙辱，憤而離席回到下榻旅館，並指示由較低階代表繼續談判。歐巴馬這邊則和英國首相布朗
闢室密商，兩人都覺得為了讓會議有更具體成果，必須再一次和中國協商。
但這回歐巴馬面對的中國談判代表卻是階層遠低於溫家寶的外交官于慶泰。據「法新社」報導，這讓歐巴馬忍無可忍，並當場發飆說：「我不要再這樣
胡搞瞎搞下去，我只要跟溫總理談」。
問題是溫家寶這時人不在場，於是歐巴馬決定先和以中國為首的開發中國家其他領袖談，並派屬下去找印度總理辛赫，巴西總統魯拉和南非總統朱瑪。
稍後屬下回報說，辛赫已到機場，魯拉和朱瑪則說，因為辛赫不在，他們也不方便和歐巴馬談。
之後中方這邊通知美方說，溫家寶已準備好和歐巴馬會談，地點是在貝拉會議中心某會議室。歐巴馬的先遣人員前往該會議室做準備，卻發現不得其門
而入，原因是溫家寶、魯拉、辛赫和朱瑪已經在裡面闢室密談了。
據媒體側面打聽來的說法，歐巴馬索性大步闖入該會議室，口中直嚷嚷說：「總理先生，你準備見我了嗎？」白宮幕僚解釋說，歐巴馬並非不請自來，
而是準時來參加與溫家寶的第二次雙邊會談，只是到場後發現還有其他領袖在。
而為了拍攝這難得的畫面，在場的記者差點起衝突。中國記者搶上前去要搶鏡頭，美國記者不甘示弱也蜂擁而上，雙方一度劍拔弩張，連白宮發言人吉
