Jesus Christ did not rebuke HIS disciple Thomas for saying:
"My LORD and my GOD ! " -- disciple "doubting" Thomas upon seeing the risen LORD Jesus Christ (John 20:28).
Therefore, Jesus Christ is both Thomas' LORD and his GOD.
