Didn't take any time at all to put that together. I run a local newsserver
here and have all the posts. The rest was just using basic linux utilities
in very basic ways. Whole post took me maybe two minutes.
grep -rl "^From: ren" > foo
that got all of ren's posts, by server number, into a file
cat `cat foo` > ren
that got copies of all of his posts in a single file
grep -A 10 "Subject:.*Sid" ren > foo1
that got the subject and message ids and some other headers.

that weeded out the other headers
Then I just pasted them into the article.

i have pissed off have the good sense to ignore me rather than make them
selves look foolish in a vain attempt to educate or humiliate me.
Perhaps i simply piss off more intelligent people then would waste their
time in such a meaningless endeavor.
You really have to consider that sometimes the cure is worse than the

You live in SF? I spent the better part of 3 summers in grad school
at SFSU. I used to live in a little town between Sacramento and
Tahoe. It's hard to imagine a slow day there, compared to what I call
a slow day here in rural Oklahoma. *LOL*
What did you decide about dinner? With so many good restaurants
there, I would probably never cook if I lived there. Then again, with
housing costs so high, it might be more likely I would never eat out.

One of my first 'magical' acts occurred in the kitchen, over an
electrical stove heating a cast iron skillet with 5 beef sausages in it.
Which for some reason i kept moving into a pentagram pattern and
invoking mars over.
After the lightning bolt erupted up to the ceiling from the middle of
the 5 pointed star i had formed with the beef, in the iron skillet on
electrical heat i stopped doing that:)
