Democracy DOES NOT include the right to be insane,* which means also,
that it does NOT INCLUDE THE RIGHT TO DESTROY Democracy.
But currently, Criminal Minds have enforced the "right" to be insane,
as a "Democratic value,"
and then they get others, like US Ex-president Jimmy Carter,
to DEFEND those "Democratic values,"
to such an extent, that US president Bush even, and his
right hand (Condoleeza) Rice, can not anymore see through
that insanity, that intention and method of DESTROYING
Democracy,
of exerting the "right to be insane," which is
incompatible with Democracy, and which is an
intention to DESTROY Democracy,
which you see in the "voting" that takes place in the various
United Nations bodies, for instance
...to mention the most flagrant examples of DESTROYING
Democracy, resulting in the continuation of and in the
establishment of oppressive states and their "governments,"
which is taking place under the very eyes of the various
United Nations institutions,
that "vote" to keep Democracy destroyed, or to destroy
Democracy - meaning, Democracy as defined naturally and
correctly, of course -
NOT "Democracy" as "Defined" by Castro or by Kim Il
Sung or by Chavez or by Putin or by Hu Jintao or by
'Che' Guevara or by Mao Zedong -
(respectively: in Cuba, in North Korea,
in Venezuela, in Russia, in China, in Cuba
again, and in China again)
NOT "Democracy" as "Defined" by Criminal Minds.
This means in practice, that all countries are by definition a
member of the United Nations (or World Council) - by the simple
fact of being on Earth - but it means that only countries that
are Democratic,
as defined herein, being the natural way that normal,
non-Criminal Minds live together
when they are not dominated or "educated" by Criminal
Minds,
ONLY countries that follow and protect those Democratic
principles are also having a vote, NATURALLY.

THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR FACING CRIMINAL MINDS,
as I have explained to you in 'The Nature of War,' and in
'Definition of Peace,' and in 'Rights of Criminal Minds,'
and in 'Defining Destructive Coward,' to name a few HRI's.

The biggest OPPONENTS TO FACING Criminal Minds, today
on Earth, are - whether you like it or not:
1. The medical profession.
2. The various cults derived from or based on or in
Hinduism and Buddhism, including New Age, etc..
3."We against the rest of the world"-type groups,
with a tribal sense of hiding and protecting
internal evil, and to maintain the lie and
contempt, that "they are (much) better than
others,"
whether 'religious,' 'ethnic,' or 'scientific'
or 'political' in flavor - however -
always based on (hiding the true nature of, and
instead) promoting their own particular Criminal
Mind(s) or a particular type of Criminal Minds,
as their 'religion,' 'ideology,' or 'science'
dictates they should.
What they have in common, is, the goal to AVOID looking
at some particular, internal Criminal Minds. Or, on top of
that - in the case of the medical profession, and in the
case of Hinduism and Buddhism, New Age, etc. - their
activities and ideas are geared towards avoiding to look
at ALL Criminal Minds.

As these viewpoints are rather new to you: Think about it
- meaning, examine the data that you do have, and put
your knowledge against, or rather, in the light of
these, very widely informed, viewpoints.
You will understand, that if you already had these in mind
and had kept these (viewpoints) in mind, then there would
have been no point in me writing to you about it.

Being insane* and acting insanely is NOT a "Democratic right," but
Criminal Minds USE THAT as if it is a "Democratic right," TO DESTROY
DEMOCRACY,
and they do so, at ALL levels of decision making, also at your
local club or school or political group.

But Democracy DOES NOT include the right to be insane.*
Which means, that you have to understand the definitions
of Sanity and of Insane, *(2)(3)(4)
AND NOT OF COURSE AS THESE ARE "defined" BY
CRIMINAL MINDS, *(1)
because Criminal Minds have everything in reverse,
but
you connect to and consult your own soul, you go and feel,
what's in your own soul.

In practice, those individuals or groups or countries that do want to,
or want to and have already destroyed Democracy - Democracy as
defined correctly - those who want to or already have destroyed it,
are NOT ALLOWED TO VOTE.
This I have already mentioned in earlier HRI's, in connection with
the United Nations Organization.

Defining Democracy:
Democracy is defined as a rational and respectful exchange
of data and of OPEN discussion of various interests and tastes
and decisions to make, based on freedom of development for
everyone and joy of life for all, for everyone EXCEPT for
Criminal Minds per the Definition of Peace.
Democracy DOES NOT include the right to be insane* in "exerting
Democracy," meaning, it does NOT INCLUDE THE RIGHT TO DESTROY
Democracy by asserting the "right to be insane" as if that is
"a fundamental right of Democracy" - it is NOT.

You can see 'the right to be insane' - including the
insanity of calling their Dictatorship a "Democracy" -
for instance in the various "Democratic" states that "are
governed for and by the people," with entirely insane
"governments,"
examples of the very OPPOSITE of the definition of
Democracy,
in which Criminal Minds are worshiped and in which
Criminal Minds - inevitably - are in charge of the
decent people:
Imagine a prison where the decent people are
imprisoned and the Criminals are in charge,
such as with Fidel Castro and his "friends," all
of whom ARE Criminal Minds, and
all of whom OF COURSE love to have and keep Criminal
Minds in charge of (preferably, all) countries and
preferably in charge of all United Nations
institutions as well, which they try to do
by the "voting" mechanism, where INSANITY IS ALLOWED AND
ACCEPTED BY THE SHEEPISH "DEMOCRATIC" MEMBERS,
who refuse to define and who refuse to defend
Democracy against those, who would and certainly
WILL destroy Democracy by means of their "votes."

Refusing to publicly treat the Warmongers and Severely Criminal Minds
Putin and Hu Jintao, as what these individuals are, is a severe blow
against Global Security, delivered once again, now, by Merkel, Blair,
Sarkozy, Abe and Bush, at the recent, very widely published G8 Meeting
hosted by Germany's Merkel. *(a)

By their denial and cover up, they delivered a severe blow to all
Russians and to all Chinese, who, by themselves, very obviously can
not stand up to Putin, respectively to Hu Jintao. (see FIL, attached)
Surely - you know by now, that Criminal Minds have it all in reverse:
THEY say, like you know it from Kim Long Ill and from Chavez, that
"opposing them 'MAKES' them evil."
But Criminal Minds have it all in reverse: Opposing them DIMINISHES
and BLOCKS their evil.
On the other hand, when these, Criminal Minds, Putin and Hu Jintao,
are "made to feel at ease," they will create more and more evil,
because THAT IS THEIR NATURE.

Furthermore, driving Hu Jintao around in a carriage through Stockholm,
is something he demands, because he wants TO IMPRESS the Chinese
people, that "he is not a Criminal Mind," or if, then a Criminal Mind
"that can not be removed." But the Swedish Prime Minister does not
care about the Chinese that much at all, nor about Global Security,
but he can pretend to, by "being concerned about the bad human rights
records" - which of course does not close the Concentration Camps in
China.
That action, parading a very severely Criminal Mind around as an
"honored guest of the state," by the way, ALSO drives the Swedish
people more insane, which is not difficult, for the faithful reader,
to understand.
I hope you have gotten used again to the idea, that truth IS
absolute, and not, what some guru or other Criminal Mind claims,
as "whatever is true for you or for another, whatever you
believe or are made to believe, 'is true'."
Truth is that what happened, who did or caused it, and
the intention with it.
And we all know the truth about Hu Jintao, isn't it,
and also the truth about Putin, isn't that too, *(2)
no matter how LOUDLY it is hushed up (it is
not mentioned anymore) *(5)
by the Amoral Parrots (commonly
abbreviated 'AP,' 'Reuters,' 'AFP'
and the like)
with PRETENDED ideals and by PRETENDING
to follow the exalted wording of their
non-profit charters,
when Criminal Minds are PERVERTING what was
meant to ensure decent and caring journalism,
un-biased, and covering all aspects,
PERVERTED by Criminal Minds, "FORBIDDING the
expression of a viewpoint on good or evil,"
yes, forbidding the - most vital - expression
of a viewpoint on whether something is a lie
or is true,
resulting in that form of continuous
and heavy, extremely harmful lying, that
is caused by intentional omission of the
truth of the matter at hand,
as you know it spouted by all
Criminal Minds, including Chavez,
and Castro, and
here, by Putin and Hu Jintao.
Mainly, not exposing and instead "publicly honoring" Hu Jintao, is
indeed intensely evil TO THE CHINESE PEOPLE.
Of course "we HAVE TO BE EVIL," "else the Chinese will not buy any
Volvos and will not manufacture any Ikea (IKEA) products."
Those are nothing but lies - Criminal Minds have everything in reverse
- WITHOUT Hu Jintao, the Chinese will buy many MORE Volvos, and
manufacture MUCH MORE Ikea (IKEA) products.
The same applies to 'Mr. Boeing,' who believes he has to have the
Russian population enslaved and 'dictatored over' by Putin, and "Putin
'protecting the Russian economy,' else they will not buy any Boeings."
Those are nothing but lies - Criminal Minds have everything in reverse
- WITHOUT Putin, the Russians will buy many more Boeings, because
WITHOUT Putin, they are not subject to the mafia that is the Russian
"government," and would produce and develop freely.
You see, that Amnesia International, and Green Sleaze, do not report
about these things: They PRETEND to care - which sells well to the
public at large.

Also, the demonstrations against Bush in Rome, are not 'Democracy'
at all, as Bush and Condoleeza claim, BUT the demonstrations against
Bush are pure insanity - as contrasted to the reception of Bush for
instance in the mainly Muslim country of Albania, where he is eagerly
received.
Sanity is not a matter of opinion, but is precisely defined, as
the faithful reader is well aware. And its opposite, being
Insane, is ALSO precisely defined - a vital definition, which
was entirely lacking as well, or
more precisely, it was deliberately destroyed by Criminal
Minds, to such an extent, that I had to dig it up again

Democracy DOES NOT include the right to be insane, meaning, it does
NOT INCLUDE THE RIGHT TO DESTROY Democracy, which (Democracy) is
defined as a rational and respectful exchange of data and of OPEN

Criminal Minds, per the Definition of Peace.
So what Africa DOES NEED - but which the Criminal Minds replace with
"debt relief," with billions of dollars of medical supplies, etc., but
- what Africa DOES NEED, is billions of dollars in the form of service
and assistance, for detecting and removing Criminal Minds in charge of
countries and groups. For this purpose, you will see, that
"sovereignty" and "territorial integrity" are concepts USED BY
CRIMINAL MINDS in order to dominate and destroy the lives of as many
people as they can. Thus you have a medieval, and entirely Criminal
concept of "sovereignty," and "internal affairs" as the Criminals like
to call it.
Equally, there is nothing "democratic" about people shouting "Death to
America," "Death to Britain," "Death to Israel" or the like - it is
just pure insanity.
And because I have defined those terms for you, you can now use them.
Democracy DOES include the activity, the education and the demand,
that it, Democracy, is protected very actively by the group, by the
government, by the army also internationally - Democracy, which you
also know as Human Rights.
Human Rights have to be understood and defined correctly, which also
was never done correctly before - witness the state of affairs, so I -
as Human Rights philosopher, had to do that also.
Thus you have the First International Law.
So what Africa DOES NEED - but which the Criminal Minds replace with
"debt relief," medical supplies, etc. - what Africa DOES NEED, is no
'Bonos' and no 'Geldofs' and no 'Michael Jacksons' and no 'Oprah
Winfreys,' let alone 'Bill Gateses' and NOT billions for drugs that
are manufactured in the rich countries, but
IT IS billions of dollars for detecting and removing Criminal Minds in
charge of countries or regions or armies or towns, or other groups, in
Africa, and to protect people against Criminal Minds on all levels of
the society.
Basically, ARMED FORCES THAT BRING ABOUT, ENFORCE AND MAINTAIN HUMAN
RIGHTS IN ALL AREAS. This is the proper function of any army in the
first place, as the faithful reader knows I pointed out earlier.
It is granting them the Rights of Criminal Minds, which I also have
defined for you. Which is the first step of bringing about any
civilization at all.
I will say it in very, very simple language to you:

Criminal Minds are NOT allowed to govern a people,
a country or state, or federation of states;
that IS the First International Law. {I-01}
It is an INTERNATIONAL Law, because, quite
obviously, the population of the region,
country, state, or federation, failed to
prevent a Criminal Mind from acquiring
such a position of leadership. {I-01-A}
Individuals or groups that can not or do not
want to understand this Law, or who find this
Law unnecessary, are either themselves
Criminal Minds, or they are Destructive Cowards
who protect and hide Criminal Minds. {I-01-B}

Examining and determining whether a head of state,
- regardless of how he came to power -
IS a Criminal Mind, or,
- which amounts to the same condition -
whether he is a puppet to a Criminal Mind,
(that examination and determination)
is done by the World Council, or

In other words, they do not have the right
to be uneducated, or to make irrational
decisions, or to have unspoken motives; and
they must accordingly motivate their decision,

overrides any economic considerations, overrides
any political structures or group interests, or

Comment #1:
The understanding and detection of Criminal Minds now has been
adequately discovered and well described, and so this natural
law can be implemented, following a sufficient amount of people
to have been informed of its existence, as well as people
having been enabled to understand and to identify those who
want to prevent the knowledge, the understanding or the
carrying out of the First International Law.
Comment #2:
To have this knowledge, and thus naturally following it, will
save thousands of trillions of dollars, and will, for the whole
population of Earth, avoid endless and severe suffering, and
herald a new era of prosperity and freedom and health.
This is knowledge of such utmost importance, that no military
commander, no diplomat, and no politician could do without:
To identify actual enemies and actual friends correctly, and
to have an understanding of what they are doing and to predict
what they will do.
