Your constitutional freedom has absolutely NOT been violated! If you think it has, that is fine, but it IS merely your opinion, unless you have some case law precedents to show us proving otherwise. Next you will have to prove that I MADE you unable to read the materials you claim I did (for it to be your being denied a constitutional right) and while you're at it, perhaps get an actual lawyer to help you out, rather than assuming to know the meaning and interpretations on the law, as well as the limits to those interpretations!
Persecution is just another opinion, and as you have the right to post what you find in the way of plagiarisms, I also have the right to state MY opinion of your conclusions, that right being given to my by YOUR posting them in public in the first place! OOPS!
Now, what about your considerations of MY constitutional rights? One of which IS the freedom of religion, a thing that neither of you actually allow for ANYONE! Sawan was actually initiated by an Agra Sant, and of course he was also an initiator, and never actually claimed to BE a Sant in his entire life, so he can be left out of it, but why is it alright for other people to take from previous religions, and even a number of previous religions, change the interpretations of those teachings, rename it, and continue? See this person's version of "a uanced fact based rational response" where he outlines what his Munchausen's Syndrome means....however, do note that he purposely left out the great many paragraphs that were inconvenient for his BS "definition" which was patently a lie. Of course I was forced to come along and add a few actual facts so as to make the actual definition, and full range of applicable definitions more clear and obvious. It begs the question, "Why did sean leave so much of the actual definition for the term out?"
Why? Fear of course....he has never been able to operate in even the most slightly rational manner unless he is "framing" things the way he wants them to be misunderstood. He has done the exact same thing on the whole "ProtoIndoEuropean" idea. Note that Indo is included in the word. Also note that finding one or even several linguists who disagree with the other theories and ideas in the world means literally nothing, because of the simple fact that all of the world's linguists have NEVER agreed on ANY theory, and they still do not. Of course none of that changes the fact that sean is anything BUT an expert on any linguistics in the world. But his claiming to be one is just another symptom of Munchausen's Syndrome, that anyone can read up on at any number of sites.

Assumptions are not facts, and they are also not necessarily circumstantial evidence. By making that assumption you prove my point, because it is a failure...hmmm...I wonder why??? No one needs to be a rocket scientists to figure that one out...
Now, anything else you would like to prove in a court of law??? You had better hire an attorney before you try, not to mention figuring out exactly which jurisdiction you need to file charges in....the one you are in does not apply to me....have anything else??
So I see that you call me "tough guy." That seems to signify that you either find me threatening and are afraid, or were always seeking an argument. Either way those motivations are worthless and very weak. You had better go back to the drawing board and try again. Sean is the only non-stop liar here...the problem is that literally no one cares what he lies about, such as making reports to the FBI (who wouldn't be concerned anyhow since no American laws have ever been broken here) as well as making reports to Eckankar or to any RESA anywhere in the world...he has gotten used to stalking others for so many years here and getting away with it that he never believes that he can be caught...he fails to understand that the same thing that keeps him "safe" down under also prevents him from doing anything meaningful in any way to anyone in the USA....he is constantly projecting, which is to say accusing anyone he doesn't like with all of the things he is actually guilty of...he is a criminal plain and simple...no one has ever been interested in him enough to stalk him...yet he stalks EVERYONE he speaks with online, and always has.
He keeps everything ever shared with him. And loves to make assumptions based on the very meager facts anyone shares with him about their lives. Then he runs wild with his false accusations which ARE nothing more than lies. This is why he shows IP traces on my, JR, and he has also done a great many on many other people...he has quite the list of enemies these days. So then he makes accusations and mysteriously FAILS to trace any of those IPs (because they will disprove his claim) which is where his stories come apart at the seams.
He has stated that he knows where my ex wife lives, and yet his info is years old and incorrect. He claims I was married to someone named Michelle, and yet cannot show even a single document that states my name on anything...something is extremely strange about that, especially if I had ever been married to that person, because there WOULD be a record of that, but there is none! Just another lie!
He has no clue what my first wife's name is...never knew, and never will know. He has NO idea who the father-in-law I worked for at one time in my life, no clue about the name, or the name of that business, nor even what type of work it was that we did. His claims to the contrary are lies. Strung together with more of these famous assumptions and some fishing line, because he is always fishing for a reaction to anything he says that will tell him something. That is what all cyber-stalkers do! One can truly only pity him. He is a completely lost cause, and has accrued such a karmic deficit, there is no chance left for him in this life to turn that around in any way. He will come back to claim this is not so of course, but everyone that reads here knows all too well the way his own mental problems manifest here.
Sean is the only "abusive creep" here, and his 1st mate Richie is in training, always hoping that they will eventually receive recognition for all of their hard work...but none will ever be forthcoming, not from Eckankar, not from any RESA anywhere in the world, nor from the FBI or even any local police anywhere.
It is a sad story, but it is one he insisted had to play out in public here...it is only unfortunate for him that a modest handful of people ever come around to see it. The actual ECKists that ever do read here choose to not speak because they want nothing to do with these two and their obsessions...the plagiarism thing has run its course. According to sean Eckankar has already settled the charges brought to them out of court, which makes it finalized and completely over. There is no case that is pending and Eckankar goes on gaining new members despite their best and worst efforts to cause the contrary.
Maybe sean ought to go back to robbing people on the grounds of being a Master Psychic the way he once did. Or a "Master Numerologist," which is an equally ridiculous claim for him to make. no one seems to particularly care in any way...it gains him no attention....perhaps someone will go look at his claims about Munchausen's Syndrome, if only to see the way he loves to perpetrate lies of omission...he ALWAYS is framing everything he says to manipulate the perceptions of others into being and accepting just what he wants them to accept. A few years ago he loved to rant and rave about framing, he just never bothered to mention that he has always been using that same thing for his own best interests...there is a golden nugget of truth!
Come along then, call these lies...we all know everything you will do long before the idea occurs to you...tomorrow is the same as today and also the same as yesterday...this one trick pony has no other tricks to use, and he is not the most creative either.

Of course none of that changes the fact that sean is anything BUT an expert on any linguistics in the world. But his claiming to be one is just another symptom of Munchausen's Syndrome, that anyone can read up on at any number of sites.

Sean is the only non-stop liar here...the problem is that literally no one cares what he lies about, such as making reports to the FBI (who wouldn't be concerned anyhow since no American laws have ever been broken here) as well as making reports to Eckankar or to any RESA anywhere in the world...he has gotten used to stalking others for so many years here and getting away with it that he never believes that he can be caught...he fails to understand that the same thing that keeps him "safe" down under also prevents him from doing anything meaningful in any way to anyone in the USA....he is constantly projecting, which is to say accusing anyone he doesn't like with all of the things he is actually guilty of...he is a criminal plain and simple...no one has ever been interested in him enough to stalk him...yet he stalks EVERYONE he speaks with online, and always has.
He keeps everything ever shared with him. And loves to make assumptions based on the very meager facts anyone shares with him about their lives. Then he runs wild with his false accusations which ARE nothing more than lies. This is why he shows IP traces on my, JR, and he has also done a great many on many other people...he has quite the list of enemies these days. So then he makes accusations and mysteriously FAILS to trace any of those IPs (because they will disprove his claim) which is where his stories come apart at the seams.
He has stated that he knows where my ex wife lives, and yet his info is years old and incorrect. He claims I was married to someone named Michelle, and yet cannot show even a single document that states my name on anything...something is extremely strange about that, especially if I had ever been married to that person, because there WOULD be a record of that, but there is none! Just another lie!
He has no clue what my first wife's name is...never knew, and never will know. He has NO idea who the father-in-law I worked for at one time in my life, no clue about the name, or the name of that business, nor even what type of work it was that we did. His claims to the contrary are lies. Strung together with more of these famous assumptions and some fishing line, because he is always fishing for a reaction to anything he says that will tell him something. That is what all cyber-stalkers do! One can truly only pity him. He is a completely lost cause, and has accrued such a karmic deficit, there is no chance left for him in this life to turn that around in any way. He will come back to claim this is not so of course, but everyone that reads here knows all too well the way his own mental problems manifest here.
Sean is the only "abusive creep" here, and his 1st mate Richie is in training, always hoping that they will eventually receive recognition for all of their hard work...but none will ever be forthcoming, not from Eckankar, not from any RESA anywhere in the world, nor from the FBI or even any local police anywhere.
It is a sad story, but it is one he insisted had to play out in public here...it is only unfortunate for him that a modest handful of people ever come around to see it. The actual ECKists that ever do read here choose to not speak because they want nothing to do with these two and their obsessions...the plagiarism thing has run its course. According to sean Eckankar has already settled the charges brought to them out of court, which makes it finalized and completely over. There is no case that is pending and Eckankar goes on gaining new members despite their best and worst efforts to cause the contrary.
Maybe sean ought to go back to robbing people on the grounds of being a Master Psychic the way he once did. Or a "Master Numerologist," which is an equally ridiculous claim for him to make. no one seems to particularly care in any way...it gains him no attention....perhaps someone will go look at his claims about Munchausen's Syndrome, if only to see the way he loves to perpetrate lies of omission...he ALWAYS is framing everything he says to manipulate the perceptions of others into being and accepting just what he wants them to accept. A few years ago he loved to rant and rave about framing, he just never bothered to mention that he has always been using that same thing for his own best interests...there is a golden nugget of truth!
Come along then, call these lies...we all know everything you will do long before the idea occurs to you...tomorrow is the same as today and also the same as yesterday...this one trick pony has no other tricks to use, and he is not the most creative either.
