Paul Twitchell read and remembered as much as he soul-traveled or projected into different realms of consciousness. Publishers often catch simultaneous glimpses by more than one author of the same material word for word.

2) Prove Paul Twitchell violated copyright laws. Show for each plagiarism you claim to be his how it violates US Federal Copyright law limitations on exclusive rights.

So far since you have been cataloging match-ups between Paul Twitchell's writings and the writings of others, you have only proven he has plagiarized himself. Lose your dilettante naivety and demonstrate you comprehend what all the writings have been saying in your own words. Anyone can copy out of an encyclopedia, so why should either of you Sean (KIWI-boy) and you Richard (Duffer)?

Attacks against Eckankar's right to exist? So let me see if I get the straight, according to you Ecknakar is under attack?

The only thing under attack are any fictions that you, Kinpa and others want to try and force people to believe as literal truth and thus imbibe pseudo history and religion.

It's O.K. to believe what you want, but that changes when you make up lies and try to pose them off as the literal truth. That makes you a cultist.

Doug Marman has already admitted that Paul plagiarized. Where have you been? And many other people have researched and found the same result. This was not any of my doing the writings of Paul Twitchell and Eckankar. And I don't have to believe in any fictions when I know otherwise by evidence to the contrary. You have to deal with the fact that people have minds of their own and tools to go and find the truth in spite of what someone wrote, or claimed, in a book. I think Eckankar can do well enough without pretty little lies and people all fighting over who's imagination is correct. All people need do is look at the truth and accept it. This is a big part of Eckankar. The truth. And this is the part of Eckankar you will never be able to destroy.

The fictions and the fabrications that are not truth, these can be destroyed because they had not the integrity of truth to begin with. Not my doing. I did not plant those seeds that cannot last. The good seeds will grow. The ones that are true events in history can be verified.

All those words that Paul twitchell wrote down and claimed that Rebazar Tarzs told him, Kinpa admits that was Paul's doing. So tell me now, Where was the Rebazar Tarzs in all of that? What was his part? Did Rebazar Tarzs convince Paul to copy from multiple books and plagiarize from numerous sources? If that is the case then he, Rebazar Tarzz, is culpable.

Not that just doesn't sound right does it? That a 500-plus-year-old Tibetan Lama from an ancient lineage would need to use the words of New Age and other authors and pretend that they were his?

Bullshit....you have yet to prove even a single thing to be a fiction,including ECK Masters, all while using nothing more than assumption as your so called "evidence." You do not sound right. Can you prove it impossible that a human could live for 500 years? Science is actually literally on the verge of creating that same thing for all of humanity. Sure, though I cannot account for others cognitive dissonance either.

Paul's lectures were "scrappy" to say the least. Eternally ummming and aaaahing
about everything. His memory was atrocious, and not only in lectures.

Questions from the floor he sometimes wouldn't know the answer and would refer
them to another (a hi helper) after the talk. I suspect this was because he had
changing the details so often he just couldn't recall what the latest version
was he had written about.

He often didn't know what sounds for planes, or masters / lords there. Who said
what to him when. he made many mistakes on those taped lectures - and of course
he made many mistakes in his books and discourses too.

He raved on in his TFC book about how significant the phrase "the far country"
was to him, and where he got it from .... a book by Rudyard Kipling he said.
NOPE, RK never wrote anything about a "far country" ... someone else did and we
know who that is.

In another book he couldn't remember right his own favorite female Catholic
Saint ... got her wrong .... one HKs missives in a talk speaks about the "5 to
a thousands years" mythology for Mahanta's appearing - the penciled in bit; well
that makes absolutely NO SENSE, if taken from the source I think it is, that
should have been 500 hundred to 1,000 years == but HK preferred the 5 years as
it means that he too could be the Mahanta, but it wiped all possibility that
Darwin wasn't.

HK "works this out" by going back to Twitchell's own editing of his texts - GEE
how about the new Mahanta LEM just go check the "facts" on the inner at the
Shariyat or check directly with Sugmad, or RT, or Fubbi Q????

Oh no, that's no good, HK has to check Twitchell's TEXT for that is the ONLY
basis for eckankar's "doctrines, laws, beliefs, and practices ... and the ONLY
place anyone will ever find it.

That is why Twitchell's "archive" is so important still today -- has HK had it
destroyed is the big question. In it one will find the discourses he got from
Bernard of England .. and "no time for half truths etc" ; and his discourses
from Bhagat Singh Thind, and from Charles Haanel's group and more ... in it
one will find his 'notebooks' and the original typing up of the texts he copied
from others books stored away in folders.

I that one will find his records of the details he took from Theosophy to
make up his own version of Initiations - only slightly different then them.

In it one will find all his letters written to Kirpal and can cross check
that with the DWTM book, and TTF etc etc -- might even be lucky and dig up his
original TTF manuscript with the notations/redaction he made to it after
getting it back from Kirpal Singh.

You'll see a copy of Schure's the great initiates book thereabouts too ...
which became the backbone for the Spiritual notebook content. A book that has
multiple contradictions of which eck master when, centuries wrong, names wrong,
stuff that simply doesn't and will never add up because it's a another
compilation of texts taken from different books and muddled up by the man who
never had a photographic memory in his life .. and was essentially dyslexic
his whole life and couldn't spell to save himself.

He had no MEMORY worth mentioning - he certainly did not recall his "inner
travels with RT because they never happened. he needed others text in order
to find something to write about.

Of course people can be very forgiving and leap to all kinds of assumptions
when they want to believe someone is trustworthy and an expert and telling the
truth.

Naturally I am not all forgiving of JR and Kinpa ... both non-stop liars
and fanatical BS artists with nothing to offer anyone about truth or
spirituality or on any subject except manipulation and how to be abusive

Not true, actually. Circumstantial evidence IS accepted in a court of law. Any time someone wants to make a case for something, circumstantial evidence is allowed. Circumstantial evidence was all that was available to the prosecution in the O.J. Simpson case, but it wasn't enough to find him guilty. BUT IT WAS LEGAL and ALLOWED.

There is plenty of that in the Eckankar case. Anyone with an operating brain can see that. And I'm sure Eckankar Inc. has the lawyers and the $$$ to defend itself against someone (or ones) who might want to prosecute them for the reams of plagiarizing that It has engaged in.

It seems the only evidence you are going to accept is someone filming the T(witch) actually typing the reams of paragraphs, pages, chapters and books he copied, and him admitting on film that what he was doing was copying the paragraphs, pages, chapters and books he used as sources. You probably wouldn't even accept as evidence T(witch) admitting on a tape recording that he plagiarized from all the books he copied. That would require believing that it was actually his voice; and not someone possessed by the bad old Kal - or one of his minions.

He claims I was married to someone named Michelle, and yet cannot show even a single document that states my name on anything...something is extremely strange about that, especially if I had ever been married to that person, because there WOULD be a record of that, but there is none!
