In order to have peace and to maintain peace, you must define it,
 precisely.

Definition of Peace:

        Sufficient identification of Criminal Minds, and sufficient
        constraint of Criminal impulses.

                So, I am not only restoring the proper, ACTUAL definition
                of war, *(1) but also the proper, ACTUAL definition of
                peace.

This does away with the "definitions" for 'war' and for 'peace,' that
 Criminal Minds have given you, *(1a)

        as what THESE - Criminal Minds - want you to consider "is peace"
        and "is war:"

        You can see their "definitions" of it, from their demands, and
        in their actions

                - you can look at that, and in any newspaper you can see,
                  what THEY tell you that you should think and should do
                  *(4)(5)

                        in order "to establish or to maintain peace," and

                        in order "to end and to avoid war,"

                  and thereby you know THEIR "definition" of "peace,"
                  and their "definition" of "war"

                        (those "definitions" of "peace" and of "war," that
                        Criminal Minds use and act upon and want others
                        to act upon) -

        which PREVENT peace and which will always LEAD to war, and

                - anything that mis-identifies or that refuses to
                  recognize Criminal Minds, and

                  that refuses to curb, or on the contrary, does
                  encourage or "legalizes" Criminal impulses -

        WILL AUTOMATICALLY LEAD TO WAR and WILL OF ITSELF WORK, TO END

                This INCLUDES the so-called 'demands for stability,'

                        as currently "wanting not to disturb the 'stability'
                        of the horrible dictatorship of North Korea" *(9)

                                - freeing the people of North Korea, "should
                                  not be brought about or assisted," but
                                  "should be prevented,"

                                        with that "argument," some Criminal
                                        Minds successfully prevented the freeing
                                        of the people of North Korea,

                                  at a time the North Korean population could
                                  have been only too easily freed,

                                        that is, recently, at the time when
                                        their "leader" - Kim Jong Il - went too
                                        wildly insane

                                        (he went that insane as to explode an
                                        atom bomb and firing some missiles
                                        across Japan) -

                "stability" that is "provided" by a repressive regime, *(8)

        WHICH IS THE OPPOSITE OF STABILITY, but they, Criminal Minds,
        CALL it "stability,"

                the current dictators of China, who want the Chinese to
                worship Mao Zedong - they call their own dictatorship
                "necessary" to maintain "social stability"

                                - Criminal Minds have everything in reverse -

                        and you see now Russia's Vladimir Putin - himself a
                        violently Insane and Criminal individual - taking
                        every possible opportunity NOT denied to him by you,

                        to FOMENT WAR and to DESTROY OR PREVENT PEACE,

                                to the delight and joy of Criminal Minds and
                                their slaves the Destructive Cowards:

                        This INCLUDES a so-called "BALANCE OF POWER,"

                                THESE WANT AND SUPPORT A "BALANCE OF POWER,"

                                        so that anyone who wishes - for whatever
                                        reason or unreason - to be supported by

                                        has the opportunity to "go to the other

        Again, the Definition of Peace:

Thus, the following countries can be considered to be at peace:

        The European Union countries,

        United States of America and Canada,

        Australia, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, The Philippines,

        Israel, etc. etc.,

 basically countries where the natural impulse is openly allowed
 and openly encouraged, to identify Criminal Minds and to expose
 and block Criminal impulses,

        and where this is taken into account in the institutions of the
        press, the legal courts, and

                on the level of local and national government, and

                        - certainly by those people, who govern local
                          and national affairs according to the Definition
                          of Peace - they must use that

                ALSO in international relations and in global affairs,
                of course,

                        because one ALSO has to care for the peace in other
                        countries,

                                if already only to ensure peace inside one's
                                own country,

                                        but also from the natural, inborn care
                                        that normal people have for each other,

        as a self-understood matter and that is also actually practiced,
        that is actively brought about, and not only professed in words.

Thus, the following countries can be considered NOT at peace:

        Palestine, Syria, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Cuba, Venezuela, Myanmar,
        Zimbabwe, Sudan, North Korea of course,

        Belarus, Russia, Vietnam, Laos, China, etc.

                - Iraq is on the way to peace, thanks to care for people
                  that the (in 2007) current president of America shows
                  and *(8)

                  maintains no matter how MUCH Hate and Treachery is
                  thrown at him (at George W. "Washington" Bush) by the
                  Criminal Minds and by their slaves, the Destructive
                  Cowards, and that world wide *(e)(see two examples in
                  America)

                  but other countries are definitely NOT on the road to
                  peace -

 basically countries, where the natural impulse to identify Criminal
 Minds and to expose and block Criminal impulses, is NOT encouraged,
 or not even tolerated, but hindered, *(7)

        or even forbidden, by inverting the use of the word "law," and
        by inverting the use of the term "police," *(b)

        or where Peace (opposing Criminal Minds and restraining Criminal
        impulses) is punished in other ways

                - often accompanied by the public worship of very severely
                  Criminal Minds who destroyed or destroy the country,
                  such as in China, North Korea, Cuba, Vietnam, Venezuela,
                  Iran, Russia, etc. -

 where Crime and allowing Crime, is openly advocated, yes, even
 worshiped, or promoted - by means of inverting the normal use of
 words, like 'law' and 'police' and 'internal security and stability,'
 *(b)

        and phrases such as "defending or maintaining a religion,"

        or more politically worded, as "demanding 'no interference in
        internal affairs',"

        or pretending 'to fight for "the Independence of the country or
        the people"'

                (when actually - by terror and deception and by extortion
                of "protection money," or funded by the Criminal head
                of another state - they want to dominate the people and
                the country),

        or claiming "to want to protect 'own' possession or 'own'
        people abroad,"

                as "claiming to 'own' a territory or to rule over
                territory or over people, that one neither possesses
                nor governs,"

                as by refusing to settle a dispute in a civil manner, but
                using it, promoting it, as a pretense IN ORDER to create
                war,

                        all of which WE KNOW that ONLY Criminal heads of
                        state do; or

                as "an insurgence for 'independence'," not actually for
                independence of the population, at all, but only in order
                to have (for instance in Africa) a country dominated and
                'ruled' by Criminals; all of *(6)(6a)

 which violates (denies, refuses to understand) The Nature of War,
 *(1)

        because the only war there is, and always has been and always
        will be, is war against Criminal Minds and Criminal impulses,

                for which the definitions of life's activities have to be
                brought back to what they actually were,

                        most of which were already deliberately destroyed
                        thousands of years ago, in India, *(a)

                                where the definition of peace was REVERSED by
                                Criminal Minds, and

                                "defined" as

                        "being made to feel the ILLUSION - or, oneself
                        creating and feeling the ILLUSION - of 'being at
                        peace'," *(a)

                                                to engage in some kind of
                                                'ego-trip,' to feel good and
                                                to not defend others, not even
                                                defending yourself,

                                                        because you are "at peace,"

                                                WHILE your village is being
                                                destroyed and your friends
                                                and family, and everything else
                                                you love, is exterminated
                                                by some Criminals

                                                        - whose only joy it is, to
                                                          do exactly that to people,

                                                          no matter what "reasons"
                                                          they may and will give for
                                                          it:

                                                                There IS no reason in
                                                                Insanity, by its very
                                                                definition already,

                                                                but Insane people will
                                                                try to find "a reason
                                                                behind everything..."

                                        a state of mind of 'feeling complete
                                        and undiminished happiness despite
                                        seeing others being destroyed,'

                                        yes, ultimately to 'feel happy even when
                                        one's own life or one's own soul is
                                        being destroyed,'

                                                'because "physical life is an
                                                ILLUSION, anyway," and "the soul
                                                is indestructible," as "proven by
                                                the fact of reincarnation,"'

                                                        notwithstanding the facts
                                                        of life, and the horrible
                                                        condition that most souls
                                                        do actually have, quite
                                                        severely destroyed as most
                                                        of you (souls) are on Earth,

                                                        they ignore all that, all
                                                        that is true and actual,
                                                        and they are instead

                                        striving for a feeling of "happiness,"
                                        or rather, for a

                                        euphoric feeling of "being invincible,"

                                                which is not actually feeling life
                                                at all, but it is

                                        achieved by not minding (by NOT feeling)
                                        - and thus "being undisturbed by" - the
                                        fact that others are being or have been
                                        destroyed,

                                                yes, they do not even mind, when
                                                they themselves are getting
                                                destroyed

                                                        - which is the maximum of
                                                          cowardice displayed, but
                                                          they PRETEND it to be
                                                          "maintaining peace," when
                                                          "the strongest gives in" -

                                        remaining "at peace" and "undisturbed."

                                        That seems easy to do, when malice is
                                        inflicted on others with the pretense
                                        that "it is not happening" because it
                                        is hidden from one's view.

                                                So the thousands of concentration
                                                camps in China

                                                        to break the spirit of those
                                                        locked up,

                                                        with "Arbeit Macht Frei"*(f)
                                                        - excuse me - wrong country,
                                                        I mean,

                                                        with "Re-education Through
                                                        Labor,"

                                                are out of sight also, then, of
                                                the cameras of the Olympic Games
                                                in China,

                                        when malice is "hidden,"

                                        FOR WHICH YOU HAVE TO PRETEND, and to
                                        enforce on others,

                                                for instance through current
                                                Medical "Science,"

                                        1. that FEELING (perception IS feeling)
                                           does not exist, and

                                                for instance with the current
                                                "science" of physics,

                                        2. that perception "is done by means of
                                           photons and vibrating air;" that you
                                           are like an 'Artificial Intelligence'
                                           - as Google's Sergei Brin and also
                                           Hollywood's Steven Spielberg want you
                                           to think "life is" - *(nn)(nn)

                                           WHICH HAS NO FEELING perception

                                                (no normal, human perception,
                                                that anyone DOES have no matter
                                                what condition he is in - all
                                                perception does take place by
                                                means of Life Energy Particles).

                                                        Thus, when malice is
                                                        inflicted behind a wall,

                                                        hidden as it is then by
                                                        NON-FEELING "perception,"

                                                        hidden by robotic perception
                                                        that is based on claiming
                                                        'only photons and air-moving
                                                        sound' to exist,

                                                                the way "perception"
                                                                is taught by Criminal
                                                                Minds with their Evil
                                                                "sciences,"

                                                                in High School (in
                                                                physics and in biology
                                                                and in psychology
                                                                classes and textbooks)

                                                                and in University by
                                                                Medical "Science,"
                                                                also, *(21)(22)(23)

                                                        then they can tell people,
                                                        that "nothing is happening,"

                                                        because there is no photon-
                                                        or air-vibration-type of
                                                        perception possible, through
                                                        a wall.

                                                Being that blind - as to only
                                                admit photon-sight - so, that
                                                "only" photon-sight and only
                                                air-vibrating sound "is allowed"

                                                        for the perception of what
                                                        is happening, and for trying
                                                        to figure out, who intends
                                                        what, and

                                                        convincing themselves and
                                                        others, that "that is all,"

                                                they can of course more easily
                                                "maintain their peace of mind,"
                                                and "be in the present..." *(24)

                        However, they do NOT ONLY remain "undisturbed" and
                        "feeling peaceful," when for example someone is
                        raped - or is tortured even worse - OUT OF THEIR
                        EYE-SIGHT AND EAR-HEARING,

                                        like if it would happen in the cellar of
                                        their own house

                                        - without the sight that is determined
                                          by photons,

                                          and without the hearing given by the
                                          vibration of air, that is - but

                        ALSO when it is happening right in front of their
                        eyes, in plain view of daylight,

                                        they strive for a feeling of "peace,"

                                                which is not actually feeling life
                                                at all, but which is

                                        achieved by not minding (by NOT feeling)
                                        it,

                                                and thus "being undisturbed,"

                                        when others are being or have been
                                        destroyed,

'

                        in a PRETENDED strength and with a FAKE "being in
                        control" of one's own mind, of one's thoughts and
                        perceptions

                                - one's own Life Energies, that is, because
                                  thoughts and perceptions ARE Life Energy
                                  Particles -

                        they PRETEND to be in command of these.

                                        For instance, when in real life, their
                                        own village is being burned down by some
                                        group of Criminals simply because these
                                        ENJOY being unrestrained in Evil,

                                                the others - like the 'Peace'
                                                protester and like the 'Anti-War'
                                                demonstrator -

                                        the "Enlightened souls" simply pretend
                                        to themselves to "be in control of their
                                        own perceptions and feelings,"

                                                        often assisted by drugs, or
                                                        by meditation, or by both,

                                        to "feel," that it is "no different
                                        from" being at a beach party - "just
                                        something they have to experience, to
                                        become more Enlightened," *(n)(n)

                                        and providing more "proof," that "Life
                                        should not be felt," nor desired, "as
                                        it only provides Ugliness and Pain."
                                        *(n)(n)

                                        While PRETENDING to strive for a higher,
                                        "noble" connection to life, they in
                                        actual fact are disconnected from Life;

                                                emotionally (Energetically, that
                                                is, concerning their Energy),

                                                with the Life Energy PARTICLES
                                                that one creates, or uses, in
                                                order to feel and to perceive
                                                life, to remember, and to enjoy
                                                the sight of people and nature:

                                                The Life Energy PARTICLES to see
                                                photons with and to hear sounds
                                                with and to remember with and to
                                                sense others and the intentions
                                                and the feelings of others with,

                                                TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING, to
                                                feel the past and be able to
                                                think rationally too; but

                                        they are disconnected from Life

                                                (they just see "moving dots" on the
                                                screen in the cinema, when they
                                                look at a movie that does portray
                                                emotions and beauty, etc.

                                                - that is how some describe and
                                                  feel their "Enlightenment," or
                                                  whatever term they use *(n) )

                                        whereas

                        ACTUAL strength of mind,

                        would of course be the calmness FROM WHICH TO
                        ACCURATELY PERCEIVE AND EFFICIENTLY TO ACT.

                        And the person who does so,

                                with intensity and clarity

                                        in order correctly to direct one's
                                        Energetic and physical actions,

                                                recognizing correctly the
                                                intentions of people involved,

                                                ACTUAL strength of mind,

                        of course wants to, and does RECOGNIZE malice and
                        does PREVENT malice from being inflicted on people,
                        and on Life in general

                                - the very OPPOSITE of "Peace" demonstrators
                                  and "Anti-War" protesters,

                                        as these want to have Evil hidden and
                                        not felt, and named differently,
                                        "pleasantly."

                                        These want everything "seen" and felt IN
                                        REVERSE.

                                        They "protest against the war in Iraq"

                                        - there WAS NO WAR in Iraq: the violent
                                          and intensely cruel, Evil dictator of
                                          Iraq, Saddam Hussein, was removed by
                                          American troops WITHOUT ANY WAR OR
                                          FIGHT at all,

                                                to the great delight of any sane
                                                and normal person; BUT

                                                Criminal Minds always have
                                                'Double Definitions:' OPPOSING
                                                "definitions" for the same word.
                                                                           {definition}

                                                        That, 'Double Definitions,'
                                                        is the basis of forceful
                                                        hypnosis, which ALL Criminal
                                                        Minds use profusely,

                                                        WHILE they claim, that
                                                        "hypnosis is not a factor,"
                                                        or "will never be used by
                                                        them," or "does not exist."

                                                        They - like Hugo Chavez for
                                                        instance, and Putin and Hu
                                                        Jintao - USE NOTHING BUT
                                                        HYPNOSIS on everyone they
                                                        meet, AND in their speeches,
                                                        but they deny the existence
                                                        of such things.

                                                        Hypnosis, as you might
                                                        agree, is the OPPOSITE of
                                                        Democracy.

                                        Criminal Minds use TWO, more or less
                                        OPPOSITE Definitions for the same word
                                        - 'War,' in this case.

                                        This they do INTENTIONALLY to confuse
                                        you, so "you must assume" they mean
                                        one definition, while in fact they mean
                                        the opposite definition:

'

                                                1. 'War' - the use of force in
                                                   another country

                                                        regardless of whether this
                                                        will restore or maintain
                                                        peace and care for the
                                                        people concerned.

                                                That is based on the medieval,
                                                feudal concept of sovereignty,

                                                used by Criminal Minds then as now
                                                to 'have the right' to destroy
                                                their own country and population

                                                claiming that to be "internal
                                                affairs"

                                                        - Russia, China,

                                                          and the Arab-Muslim *(d)
                                                          and various Communist or
                                                          'Socialist' dictatorial
                                                          countries, for example,

                                                          that Russia's and China's
                                                          Criminal Minds do support
                                                          both openly and secretly,

                                                          both in the Evil of their
                                                          "internal affairs" and in
                                                          their spreading of
                                                          terrorism,

                                                          as their (Russia's and
                                                          China's) foreign but
                                                          secret policy.        *(n)(n)(n)

                                                So Admiral Keating and Ban Ki Moon
                                                (heading the US Pacific Navy, and
                                                heading the United Nations Organi-
                                                zation, respectively) REFUSED also
                                                to help the people of Myanmar (of
                                                Burma)

                                                        when they could and should
                                                        have done so with full
                                                        approval of the whole
                                                        international community *(n)

                                                        when millions of people were
                                                        about to die from a natural
                                                        disaster, there, *(n)

                                                        but using the definition (1)
                                                        of 'war' above, THEY REFUSED

                                                - "because it would constitute an
                                                  act of war" to help people.

                                                        And here, there were NO
                                                        'Peace' demonstrators, and
                                                        NO 'Anti-war' protesters in
                                                        sight, of course,

                                                        to demonstrate against, and
                                                        to protest the very Evil
                                                        acts of homicidal neglect,

                                                        by Keating and by Ban Ki
                                                        Moon, towards the people
                                                        of Myanmar.      *(n)(n)

                                                                As if standard
                                                                criminal law "does
                                                                not apply," suddenly,

                                                                when THE SAME crimes
                                                                are committed not on
                                                                one or two, but on
                                                                thousands or millions
                                                                of people.

                                                        Another definition of 'War,'
                                                        they use:

                                                2. An act of destruction of
                                                   people and property, in order
                                                   to impose one's will on another
                                                   group or country.

                                                        (As you know from Sun Tzu
                                                        and Clausewitz,

                                                        as you know from fascism,
                                                        which is again strongly
                                                        developing now in Russia
                                                        under the sociopath Putin,
                                                        and

                                                        as you know from imperialism
                                                        and from communism, and

                                                        as is particularly obvious
                                                        in terrorism.)

                                                        It is, what Russia (that
                                                        is, what Vladimir Putin) did
                                                        force upon its neighbor, the
                                                        free country of Georgia.

                                                        It was a simple, and long-
                                                        planned, precisely organized
                                                        and indeed very destructive
                                                        act of war

                                                                (micro-managed by the
                                                                current sociopath of
                                                                Russia, Putin himself,

                                                                or Putler as they call
                                                                him in the far East of
                                                                Russia, with a play of
                                                                words on the fascists
                                                                Putin and Hitler)

                                                        to destroy people and
                                                        property, and the economy,
                                                        of its neighbor Georgia,

                                                        as 'war' is defined by the
                                                        second definition, above.

                        Again: ACTUAL strength of mind of course wants to,
                        and does RECOGNIZE malice, and does PREVENT malice
                        from being inflicted on people, and on Life in
                        general.

                        But in their "Enlightened" state of "peace,"

                                as known well from the Criminal Mind from
                                India, called 'Mahatma,' the "Great," the
                                "Man of Peace," named Mohandas Gandhi (1869-
                                1948) - and, like him,

                        they are in fact immersed in a denial of life,

                                a refusal to feel life and people, and

                                        indeed Mr. Mohandas Gandhi had so little
                                        respect for life itself and for the
                                        lives of people, that he found "reasons"
                                        why for instance he did NOT want to
                                        oppose the mass-torture and mass-murder
                                        of those in German Concentration camps,
                                        *(n)(n)

                                thus

                        they are indeed refusing to contribute their
                        Life Energies, to the Love and Beauty, that
                        feeling Life is.        *(2a)

                                And instead they are stuck in a state of
                                spiritual disruption,

                                and self-inflicted or trained-in, vigorously
                                exercised or 'meditated' disability,

                                        often resulting in a collapse of their
                                        viewpoint on life and on people,

                                        they can not anymore see you, nor good
                                        and malice in others, neither can they
                                        see the actual past nor the actual or
                                        likely future

                                                - no matter what they might
                                                  claim, to impress you or
                                                  others -

                                in reality, they suffer a complete collapse of
                                truth.

                        They NEVERTHELESS call themselves 'Enlightened,' or
                        they are convinced, that they are striving for
                        'Enlightenment,' etc. etc.,

                        WHILE they are lacking in understanding, completely,

                                they have been "educated" entirely falsely,

                                entirely falsely to "understand" their
                                "perception" of life and of people,

                                entirely falsely to "understand" their own
                                and other people's "goals for life:"

                                        PART of that 'Enlightenment' is, to DENY
                                        the actual condition of one's own soul,
                                        and so

                        they DENY the nature and actuality of life itself
                        *(2b)(2a)(2)(2c)

                                indeed - to "withdraw" from it... *(2b)

                        As I may have said to you before:

                                Criminal Minds do have everything in reverse.

                        Not enough with that:

                        In order to achieve their "peace," they want to
                        ALSO enforce on others their 'Enlightenment,' their
                        denial of and withdrawal from life;

                                it is their state of REFUSING TO DEFEND LIFE
                                from Criminals,

                                and refusing to protect people from Criminal
                                Impulses;

                                        instead they are fighting IN REVERSE,

                                        and so - according to the Definition of
                                        Peace -

                                they DESTROY peace, they FIGHT to maintain
                                their irresponsibility, their lack of love,

                                "in order to maintain their own 'happiness':"

                                "When you are dead spiritually - not caring for
                                life, when you have withdrawn from life's
                                joys that is - THEN 'you are invincible'..."

                                        ...actually, they do so in order to hide
                                        their cowardice (and you can test that
                                        easily) and more so, they do it in order
                                        to maintain the following malice, *(8)

                                                of actively encouraging - or in
                                                fact agreeing with - the evil
                                                acts of others,

                                                        malicious acts that then
                                                        have to be justified,

                                                                and which they do
                                                                justify,

                                                        also in a 'religious sense'
                                                        or on a 'spiritual plane'

                                                        (as you may be familiar with
                                                        in particular the 'New Age,'
                                                        based on the Hindu and
                                                        Buddhist lies about life)

                                                        as follows:

                                                        "you need evil in order to
                                                        grow or evolve spiritually,"

                                                        "without evil you do not know
                                                        what is good,"

                                                        "without Darkness you can see
                                                        no Light,"

                                                        drive to advance life,"

                                                        etc., etc., which are very
                                                        strange lies indeed.  *(2)

                                Criminal Minds do have everything in reverse.

Thus the definitions based on what life IS, have to be brought back:

 Back to

        what these definitions natively are, as part of your soul;

        and it is my current job - the current step in my work (is) -
        to face all of life well enough, and to use my abilities
        well enough, in order to bring back those definitions,

                so, that you can use these again, which means,
                for you again to speak from your heart - or
                more precisely, from your soul - and

                to speak to the heart, or to the soul, of others.

                  rather than to try defend oneself AGAINST Criminality,

                  one's own country, or in other free countries that are
                  willing to help and where they know how important
                  justice and protection from Criminality is,

                  and to insist that Criminal Minds in one's own country
                  are exposed and removed,

                        like removing Henry Kissinger,

                                or other known Criminal Minds, or Criminal
                                organizations,

                that exist within one's own group:

                It is BETTER, to have countries, like Britain or Canada
                for instance, or the USA,

                        and to maintain and INCREASE the number of
                        countries, that are,

                        correctly defined, AT PEACE,

                where you can go and where there IS a justice system in
                place and protection available to any person who is hunted
                down by some dictatorial regime or by some Criminals.

(e)     Two examples of prominent Destructive Cowards, are the American
        singers Barbara Streisand and Neil Young, who produce intense
        Hate towards courage, and thus towards the actual care, that
        results from the courage to face and stop Evil.

        But their Hate is entirely SELF-serving, it is to "benefit"
        themselves, because it - the Hate Energy they create and spread,
        is supposed to destroy THEIR OWN awareness primarily,

        it is to make THEMSELVES not feel their OWN very intense
        cowardice and their own REFUSAL to face Criminal Minds,

        American president, George W. Bush, who does CONSTANTLY remind
        them (and others) of their - Streisand's and Young's -
        life time(s) of the most despicable cowardice,

        but they do not sing about that, now, do they... nor do they
        campaign to expose, to oppose and to remedy cowardice.
