The Definition of Peace (encl.) ALSO applies to those, who write about
 "hardliners," (a term they intentionally do not define),

      it applies ALSO to those who may be "junior," in pay at least,
      to the Associated Press Chief, to Tom Curley,

            who wants people NOT TO FACE EVIL, let alone to HANDLE
            and REMEDY Evil - an obvious intention of his already at
            his visit to South Korea, some years ago.

                  And as he only counts bodies - he tallies dead
                  bodies, really - rather than peace and freedom,

                        however, it is peace and freedom that
                        (Western) soldiers are fighting for, but
                        Tom Curley, an obvious Criminal Mind, does
                        not count that,

                              he only counts bodies,

                  he, the body-tallying Tom Curley, might fit
                  better in the clothes of a Licensed Medical Doctor,
                  or if specializing, then it would be for him to
                  become a coroner.

      It may be - humorously speaking - that the following {HRI
      20070520-V3.3} 'Definition of Peace,' does NOT apply to the
      various United Nations envoys and functionaries,

            wherever they do - or Mr. Ki Moon does - the bidding of
            those they visit, and of any other Evil tyrant,

            because THESE, 'The United Nations,' "have to represent
            the general population of Earth," and

            therefore they are OBLIGED to be AT LEAST AS Insane as
            the average of the population of Earth is, isn't it

            - they have to be, in order to represent the Insanity of
              the average people on Earth,

                  according to what Criminal Minds want people to
                  think or to agree "is democracy,"

                  and these, the people on Earth, are made, and kept,
                  inconceivably Insane indeed -

      they (including those envoys and functionaries) are THAT Insane,
      would you believe it, that they can not conceive of even their
      own condition:

            of the extent and depth of their own (hence it is also
            from THEIR viewpoint 'inconceivable') Insanity

                  - a concept of, a conceiving of the gruesome
                    actuality of their Insanity, is required however,
                    for them to remedy anything of it, at all - and

            in fact, I myself have a very hard time conceiving of and
            describing their 'inconceivable' but nevertheless very
            actual and very pressing, INTENSE Insanity,

                        meaning of the population of Earth in the
                        vast majority,

                       (indeed they are being made and kept THAT -
                        quite unimaginably - Insane, or "normal"
                        as they have been made to see it, that

                        they consider it DESTRUCTIVE, to point out to
                        anyone, let alone having it pointed out to
                        oneself, the INCONCEIVABLE Insanity of Mankind
                        and of themselves)

                              - inconceivable Insanity, which I have
                                had to describe and have described,
                                exactly for that purpose, in great
                                and understandable detail for you -

                                describing the inconceivable,
                                selfdestructive Insanity,

                  that also "THE" journalists vie with each other to
                  maintain, and to deepen: [iJC]

                        They write what Fidel Castro or what
                        Chavez or Putin or Hu Jintao say, or
                        - truth being absolute - any other
                        sociopath, for that matter,

                              but

                        they do NOT write - mostly not at least, or
                        not yet - much of what I say.

                              Truth is absolute, and it is not
                              "whatever is currently acceptable,"

                                    nor "what is agreed upon,"

                              as I think Galileo would be quite
                              happy to point out to you, because

                             "nowadays, the Earth turns around the
                              sun"

                              - which "was not the case" 'before
                                Galileo made it the case.'

            Again: It may be, that what I say below (with {HRI
            20070520-V3.3} Definition of Peace) does - humorously
            speaking - NOT apply to the various United Nations envoys
            and other functionaries,

            because THESE, 'The United Nations,' "have to represent
            the population of Earth," and therefore THESE are obliged
            to be AS Insane as the general population of Earth, isn't
            it - humorously speaking, of course.

Journalists however, even those paid less than Tom Curley of the
 Associated Press, do in fact NOT underlie such actual obligations as
 the United Nations functionaries do. This is obvious.

'

            While it can be argued, that Edith Lederer, writing at
            the United Nations Organization in New York, and writing,
            if I remember correctly, for Tom Curley's Associated
            Press, would NOT underlie such obligations

           (that she) - by association with the UN offices - would
            NOT underlie the intellectual and moral obligation

                  of exerting some responsibility for the well-being
                  of Mankind in general, and for reporting absolute
                  truth in particular,

                        an obligation towards the readers

                  which she is loath to satisfy, as I published
                  earlier about her, anyway,

                        she rather prefers to be Admired by violently
                        Criminal Minds, such as the Russian Sergei
                        Lavrov - so it has appeared by her writing -

                  but that notwithstanding,

IT IS argued, thus, that the following Human Rights Issue, 'Definition
 of Peace,' in fact DOES apply to the AP writers or journalists named,
 to Mr Steven Gutkin and Ms Karin Laub,

      as much as it applies to anyone else (with the exemption,
      humorously speaking, of course, of the functionaries of the
      United Nations Organization):

In order to have peace and to maintain peace, you must define it,
 precisely.

'

Definition of Peace:

      Sufficient identification of Criminal Minds, and sufficient
      constraint of Criminal impulses.

            That definition, is in harmony with the definition of
            the Nature Of War, as you can see.  *(1)

            So, I am not only restoring the proper, ACTUAL definition
            of war, *(1) but also the proper, ACTUAL definition of
            peace.

This does away with the "definitions" for 'war' and for 'peace,' that
 Criminal Minds have given you, *(1a)

      as what THESE - Criminal Minds - want you to consider "is peace"
      and "is war:"

      You can see their "definitions" of it, from their demands, and
      in their actions

            - you can look at that, and in any newspaper you can see,
              what THEY tell you that you should think and should do
              *(4)(5)

                  in order "to establish or to maintain peace," and

                  in order "to end and to avoid war,"

              and thereby you know THEIR "definition" of "peace,"
              and their "definition" of "war"

                 (those "definitions" of "peace" and of "war," that
                  Criminal Minds use and act upon and want others
                  to act upon) -

      which PREVENT peace and which will always LEAD to war, and

            - anything that mis-identifies or that refuses to
              recognize Criminal Minds, and

              that refuses to curb, or on the contrary, does
              encourage or "legalizes" Criminal impulses -

      WILL AUTOMATICALLY LEAD TO WAR and WILL OF ITSELF WORK, TO END
      PEACE.  *(4)(5)

            This INCLUDES the so-called 'demands for stability,'

                  as currently "wanting not to disturb the stability
                  of the horrible dictatorship of North Korea," *(9)

                        by which some Criminal Minds successfully
                        prevented the freeing of the people of
                        North Korea,

                              at a time it could have too easily been
                              freed,

                              that is, when their "leader," Kim Jong
                              Il, went too wildly insane (as insane
                              as to explode an atom bomb, and firing
                              some missiles across Japan)

           "stability" that is "provided" by a repressive regime, *(8)

                  of which you see now Russia's Vladimir Putin - a
                  violently Insane and Criminal individual - taking
                  every possible opportunity NOT denied to him by you,
                  *(10)(11)(12)(13)(15)(16)

                  to FOMENT WAR and to DESTROY OR PREVENT PEACE,

                        to the delight and joy of Criminal Minds and
                        their slaves, the Destructive Cowards: *(14)

                  This INCLUDES a so-called "BALANCE OF POWER,"

                        THESE WANT AND SUPPORT A "BALANCE OF POWER,"
                        *(12)(19)(20)

                              so that anyone who wishes - for whatever
                              reason or unreason - to be supported by
                              Criminals,

                              has the opportunity to "go to the other
                              side." *(c)

      Again, the Definition of Peace:

            Sufficient identification of Criminal Minds, and
            sufficient constraint of Criminal impulses.

Thus, the following countries can be considered to be at peace:

      The European Union countries,

      United States of America and Canada,

      Australia, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, The Philippines,

      Israel, etc. etc.,

 basically countries where the natural impulse is openly allowed
 and openly encouraged, to identify Criminal Minds and to expose
 and block Criminal impulses,

      and where this is taken into account in the institutions of the
      press, the legal courts, and

            on the level of local and national government, and

                  by people on the level of local and national
                  government

            ALSO in international relations and in global affairs,
            of course,

                  because one ALSO has to care for the peace in other
                  countries,

                        if already only to ensure peace inside one's
                        own country,

                              but also from the natural, inborn care
                              that normal people have for each other,

      as a self-understood matter and that is also actually practiced,
      that is actively brought about, and not only professed in words.

Thus, the following countries can be considered NOT at peace:

      Palestine, Syria, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Cuba, Venezuela, Myanmar,
      Zimbabwe, Sudan, North Korea of course,

      Belarus, Russia, Vietnam, Laos, China, etc.

            - Iraq is on the way to peace, thanks to care for people
              that the current president of America shows and *(8)

              maintains no matter how MUCH Hate and Treachery is
              thrown at him by the Criminal Minds and by their slaves
              the Destructive Cowards, and that world wide -

            but other countries are definitely NOT on the road to
            peace,

 basically countries, where the natural impulse to identify Criminal
 Minds and to expose and block Criminal impulses, is NOT encouraged,
 or not even tolerated, but hindered, *(7)

      or even forbidden, by inverting the use of the word "law," and
      by inverting the use of the term "police," *(b)

      or where Peace (opposing Criminal Minds and restraining Criminal
      impulses) is punished in other ways

            - often accompanied by the public worship of very severely
              Criminal Minds who destroyed or destroy the country,
              such as in China, North Korea, Cuba, Vietnam, Venezuela,
              Iran, Russia, etc. -

 where Crime and allowing Crime, is openly advocated, yes, even
 worshiped, or promoted - by means of inverting the normal use of
 words, like 'law' and 'police' and 'internal security and stability,'
 *(b)

      and phrases such as "defending or maintaining a religion,"

      or more politically worded, as "demanding 'no interference in
      internal affairs',"

      or pretending 'to fight for "the Independence of the country or
      the people"' (when actually - by terror and deception and by
      extortion of "protection money," or funded by a Criminal head of
      state - they want to dominate the people and the country),

      or claiming "to want to protect possession,"

            as "claiming to 'own' a territory or to rule over
            territory or over people, that one neither possesses
            nor governs,"

            as by refusing to settle a dispute in a civil manner, but
            using it, promoting it, as a pretense IN ORDER to create
            war,

                  all of which WE KNOW that ONLY Criminal heads of
                  state do, or

            as "an insurgence for 'independence'," not actually for
            independence of the population, at all, but in order to
            have (for instance in Africa) a country dominated and
            'ruled' by Criminals; all of *(6)(6a)

 which violates (denies, refuses to understand) The Nature of War,
 *(1)

      because the only war there is, and always has been and always
      will be, is war against Criminal Minds and Criminal impulses,

            for which the definitions of life's activities have to be
            brought back to what they actually were,

                  most of which were already deliberately destroyed
                  thousands of years ago, in India, *(a)

                        where the definition of peace was REVERSED by
                        Criminal Minds, and

                       "defined" as

                             "being made to feel the ILLUSION - or
                              oneself creating the ILLUSION - of
                              'being at peace'," *(a)

                                    to engage in some kind of
                                    'ego-trip,' to feel good and
                                    to not defend others, not even
                                    defending yourself,

                                          because you are "at peace,"

                                    WHILE your village is being
                                    destroyed and your friends
                                    and family, and everything else
                                    you love, is exterminated
                                    by some Criminals

                                          - whose only joy it is, to
                                            do exactly that to people,

                                            no matter what "reasons"
                                            they may and will give for
                                            it:

                                                There IS no reason in
                                                Insanity, by its very
                                                definition already,

                                                but Insane people will
                                                try to find "a reason
                                                behind everything..."
                                                *(2)(3)

                              a state of mind of 'feeling complete
                              and undiminished happiness when seeing
                              others being destroyed,'

                              yes, ultimately to 'feel happy even when
                              one's own life or one's own soul is
                              being destroyed,'

                                   'because "physical life is an
                                    ILLUSION, anyway," and "the soul
                                    is indestructible," as "proven by
                                    the fact of reincarnation,"

                                          notwithstanding the facts
                                          of life, and the horrible
                                          condition that most souls
                                          do actually have, quite
                                          severely destroyed as most
                                          of you (souls) are on Earth,

                                          they ignore all that, all
                                          that is true and actual,
                                          and they are instead

'

                              striving for a feeling of "happiness,"
                              or rather, a euphoric feeling of "being
                              invincible," of not actually feeling,

                              as achieved by not minding - and thus
                              "being undisturbed by" - others OR
                              ONESELF being or having been destroyed,

                                    remaining "at peace," and "undis-
                                    turbed," not only when malice is
                                    hidden from the perception that
                                    photons and sound do provide,
                                    hidden as when it is done behind
                                    a wall, to someone,

                                          meaning, they are NOT ONLY
                                          "undisturbed" and "peaceful"
                                          for example when someone is
                                          being tortured in the cellar
                                          of their own house - out of
                                          sight and earshot, that is -

                                    but, even when it occurs in plain
                                    sight, also then they are main-
                                    taining their euphoric "happiness"

                                          in a PRETENDED strength and
                                          a FAKE "being in control" of
                                          one's own mind, of one's own
                                          thoughts and perceptions,

                                                for instance, when in
                                                real life, their own
                                                village is being
                                                burned down by some
                                                Criminals, they simply
                                                pretend "it is no
                                                different from" being
                                                on a beach party,

                                                because they are
                                                emotionally (that is
                                                Energetically) dis-
                                                connected from Life,

                                                     (they just see
                                                      "moving dots"
                                                      on the screen in
                                                      the cinema, when
                                                      they look at a
                                                      movie that does
                                                      portray emotions
                                                      and beauty, etc.

                                                      - that is how
                                                        some describe
                                                        and feel their
                                                        "Enlighten-
                                                        ment" or
                                                        whatever term
                                                        they use)

                                          whereas ACTUAL strength of
                                          mind,

                                                would of course be the
                                                calmness FROM WHICH TO
                                                ACCURATELY PERCEIVE
                                                AND TO EFFICIENTLY
                                                ACT, and to do so

                                          with intensity and clarity

                                                in order correctly to
                                                direct one's Energetic
                                                and physical actions,

                                                      recognizing
                                                      correctly the
                                                      intentions of
                                                      people involved,

                                                      ACTUAL strength
                                                      of mind,

                                          of course wants to, and does
                                          RECOGNIZE malice and does
                                          PREVENT malice from being
                                          inflicted on people, on Life
                                          in general,

'

                                    but in their "Enlightened" state
                                    of "peace," they are in fact

                              immersed in a denial of life, with a
                              refusal to feel life and people, and
                              refusing to contribute their Energies
                              to the Love and Beauty, that feeling of
                              Life is, *(2a) instead they are

                              stuck in a state of spiritual disruption
                              and self-inflicted or trained-in,
                              vigorously exercised disability,

                              often resulting in a collapse of their
                              viewpoint on life and on people, on you,
                              on good and on malice, on past and on
                              future - a complete collapse of truth -

                                    as they describe themselves: WHILE
                                    they are completely lacking in
                                    understanding,

                                          or have been made to - and
                                          "educated" entirely falsely
                                          to - "understand" their
                                          "perception" of life and of
                                          people, and their "goals for
                                          life,"

                  as what they call 'Enlightenment,' etc., etc. - and
                  part of that 'Enlightenment' is, to deny the actual
                  condition of one's own soul, to deny the nature and
                  actuality of life itself *(2b)(2a)(2)

                        - indeed - to "withdraw" from it... *(2b)

                  As I may have said before to you: Criminal Minds do
                  have everything in reverse.

                  Not enough with that:

                  In order to achieve their "peace," they want to
                  enforce on others ALSO their 'Enlightenment,' their
                  denial of and withdrawal from life,

                        their state of REFUSING TO DEFEND LIFE from
                        Criminals and refusing to protect people from
                        Criminal Impulses,

                              their irresponsibility forcefully
                              fought for and kept up,

                       "in order to maintain their own 'happiness':"

'

                       "When you are dead spiritually - not caring for
                        life, when you have withdrawn from life's
                        joys, that is - then 'you are invincible'..."

                              ...actually, they do so in order to hide
                              their cowardice (which you can easily
                              test) and more so, to maintain their
                              malice, *(8)

                                    of actively encouraging - or in
                                    fact agreeing with - the evil
                                    acts of others,

                                          malicious acts that then
                                          have to be justified,

                                                which they justify,

                                          also in a 'religious sense'
                                          or on a 'spiritual plane,'

                                         (as you may be familiar with
                                          in particular the 'New Age,'
                                          based on the Hindu and
                                          Buddhist lies about life)
                                          *(9)(2a)(2b)

                                          as follows:

                                         "you need evil in order to
                                          grow or evolve spiritually,"

                                         "without evil you do not know
                                          what is good,"

                                         "without Darkness you can see
                                          no Light,"

                                         "without evil you have no
                                          drive to advance life,"

                                          etc., etc., which are very
                                          strange lies indeed. *(2)

                              I have mentioned it occasionally:

                        Criminal Minds do have everything in reverse.

Thus the definitions based on what life IS, have to be brought back:

 Back to

      what these definitions natively are, as part of your soul;

      and it is my current job - the current step in my work (is) -
      to face all of life well enough, and to use my abilities
      well enough, in order to bring back those definitions,

            so, that you can use these again, which means,
            for you again to speak from your heart - or
            more precisely, from your soul - and

            to speak to the heart, or to the soul, of others.

            unreason - to be supported by Criminals,

            - and, rather than have his own crimes stopped, to seek
              support for these, "from the other side," for unreason,
              that is,

            - or on the other hand, equally to go and be embraced by
              a Criminal regime, for reason of failing to find justice
              in one's own country, and

              going to a Criminal regime, to find "support" there,
              rather than to try defend oneself AGAINST Criminality,

              and in some way or other insist on proper justice within
              one's own country, or in other free countries that are
              willing to help and where they know how important
              justice and protection from Criminality is,

              and to insist that Criminal Minds in one's own country
              are exposed and removed,

                  like removing Henry Kissinger,

                        or other known Criminal Minds, or Criminal
                        organizations,

            that exist within one's own group:

            It is BETTER, to have countries, like Britain or Canada
            for instance, or the USA,

                  and to maintain and INCREASE the number of
                  countries, that are,

                  correctly defined, AT PEACE,

            where you can go and where there IS a justice system in
            place and protection available to any person who is hunted
            down by some dictatorial regime or by some Criminals.
