pled insanity and got off with no jail time. He moved to New Jersey. Because
he was found guilty of "insanity" in a court of law, a policeman or District
Attorney in New Jersey can say he is crazy or make similar statements to
that effect.

Anyway Sara, if you want to file a federal lawsuit against anyone, or
against the government, and if you want to save the attorneys fee, you can
file it the lawsuit yourself.
It is called filing the lawsuit "pro se". And, if you write to any federal
court house near you, they will send you a free "Federal pro se kit" that
shows you how to file the federal lawsuit yourself.
Simply send a letter to any federal court house near you, address it to the
clerk, and ask for a free "pro se" lawsuit kit for filing a lawsuit in court
yourself, acting as your own attorney.
And, if your income is somewhat low, you can file a form allowing you to
file your lawsuit for free, at no cost. The form is called "In forma
pauperis", and that form will be in the federal "pro se" kit.
After a person files a lawsuit "pro se" in federal court, it is often easier
for a big law firm to take the case to help with it.

Since I never filed charged against him, there was nothing to re-file.
But since I was planning to be in Texas, I decided to take him up on his
offer, and made it clear, for more than two weeks, that I would be there.
I made an appointment to speak with his local Sheriff and his local DA,
to let them know about what was going on, and perhaps even to facilitate
a meeting to "clear the air."
Bradbury was called, from the county courthouse. Only he was
conveniently "away" that day. Which is interesting, since his attorney
claimed he was an "invalid" and couldn't leave town to appear in a PA
court.
About a year later, Bradbury started taking his medication again, and
realized that he had been played by those on the right, and set up to
look like an even bigger fool than he usually is. At that point, he
decided to become my "friend," and called me, apologized, emailed me,
offered to testify in court FOR me, and even encouraged to me try and
appear with him on the Montel Williams show to talk about the idiots who
had played him.
Then, apparently, he went off his meds again and decided I was a bad
person again.
