Where is Scott Bradbury/ Doc Tavish? Anyone know.

I sure enjoyed getting him to chase his tail. What a blast it was
seeing him respond to posts with his cut and pastes?

Hopefully, he's finally caught on that sometimes he was just being
manipulated for other's amusement.

And hopefully, he's found something worthwhile and productive to do.

Try to doa google search and see if you can find him. He has taken measures to
prevent trolls from stalking him to greener pastures where he now has an

See how you just proved you are stalking Tavish? It drives you nuts not being
able to be a complete jerk by finding him and showing up with the rest of the
same trolls who have no new ideas nor anything to add to the thread other than
ad hominem attacks and destroying the integrity of the thread so the lurkers
lose interest in the original theme.

I forgot to mention Tavish has set the parameters of his Agent news poster
to _X-No-Archive: Yes_ for both his original posting and Agent allows the
No-Archive function to be passed on for all the followups as well.

Sorta drives a stalker kook like you nuts doesn't it seeing how you can't show
up where he is currently enjoying himself and starting with your same rude
boorish behavior.

With that said now try and get a life and move on and stop trying to stalk
Tavish and if you do find Tavish and start up with the usual stuff then he would
have a legit complaint against you that you are stalking and harassing him.

The morbidly obese Shame of Belleville made a public offer to pay
anyone who could prove zir morbid obesity $10k. I am prepared to do

And it amuses me to point out that dishonesty and zir obesity anytime

Of course, that the answer has been posted and responded to, and then

You mentioned that it was relevant because I was talking about the

Maybe because it has nothing to do with the topic of this newsgroup?

Maybe because he doesn't think it's any of your business?

Maybe because it's irrelevant?

Maybe because he already answered it?

Maybe because you're an annoying little git?

Hope that helps,

No dodging: the question has been answered and you know this because
you responded to it.

Note to lurkers: you probably have more than one neuron, so can
search Google for the answer already given which chrissy responded to.

Are you wondering what relevance the question has?

The DA denied that. Are you saying that the DA is a liar?

> Only an idiot would drive from Colorado to Houston over a Usenet flamewar.

That may be. I didn't drive from Colorado to Houston over a Usenet flame
war. In fact, I never drove to Houston. I've never been to Houston. It's
not any of your business, but I was visiting friends in Texas, and made
a side-trip to a little town near Houston.

> If I were to go to Colorado and tell your DA that you flamed me in a Usenet

That's because you ARE a nut job. I had an APPOINTMENT with the DA, and
an APPOINTMENT with the Sheriff. It had nothing to do with a flame war,
little baby. It had to do with attempted harassment of my father,
harassment of my children, and Mr Bradbury's complicity.

So once again, you're wrong on everything.

A District Attorney cannot call someone a "nutjob" nor can he call anyone
derogatory names, especially if it is a person attempting to report a
possible crime.

If a District Attorney did call her that derogatory name, then she should
file a federal lawsuit against him, and his employer.

Additionally, calling a person derogatory names while he or she is
attempting to report a possible crime is a federal offense. It's called
intimidation of party/witness, with strict penalties that include jail time.

Any District Attorney who does this should be fired from his job
immediately. America does not allow law enforcement offiicials to call
derogatory names at law abiding citizens.

This citizen can drive anywhere she likes in America, and she can be tired
or exhausted when she arrives. That is fine, the Constitution allows that.
It is totally irrelevent under the law.

If the District Attorney did make that statement, he should be fired
immediately. I don't care who he said it about. A District Attorney in
America does not talk that way about any citizen attempting to report a
possible crime.

Considering no charges were filed, I would tend to believe that is the
correct version of the story.

And they agreed with Bradbury and filed no charges against him. Didn't

Sure he can. Private conservation. Happens all the time. They probably
know each other by first name. I figure in Tavish's small town, everyone
knows everyone. They probably had a huge laugh about it at the local
tavern.

The result was no charges against him were ever filed so I tend to
believe the story were the DA called Salzman a nutjob. Not the first
time a public official has called Salzman a "nutjob"

They do it all the time in private conservations. Especially in small
towns where everybody knows everybody else by first name. I suspect the
DA was giving Salzman and her son professiona courtesy, but then laughed
his ass off once they left.

Doesn't matter. If the DA said that, it's an extremely serious violation of
the Constitution.

Will Bradbury sign an affidavit swearing that the District Attorney did make
that statement about Sara?

See, I don't care who he said it about. It's still illegal. If the District
Attorney said it about Bradbury, I would back him up too. A District
Attorney can't say that about anyone.

If the District Attorney made those statements, Sara should file a federal
lawsuit for $1,000,000.00 on the government.

Will Bradbury sign an affidavit attesting that the District Attorney did in
fact make those statements about Sara?

Not from a District Attorney's mouth it is not allowed. Not in the United
States of America.

The Constitution forbids this kind of intimidation.

It doesn't matter whose name someone knows how to say, or doesn't. The
Constitution doesn't care.

Just like with the Civil rights violation of Kortni Rae
Grimm by the Provo, Utah, police SWAT team in August of 2002. I don't care
who the girl is, or what she looks like. I don't care what her political
beliefs are, and neither does the Constitution. Under US law she is
guaranteed all the rights of the Constitution.

The poorly trained Provo police gunned her down in a motel room. Now the
government has to pay, and I say pay her family $10 million.

The Constitution doesn't care what someone's beliefs are, or who someone is
friends with. The Constitution says all people are equal under the law,
without exception.

It doesn't matter what someone's political beliefs are.

A District Attorney is considered "acting under color of law" when he
speaks.

Forget the nonsense. Let's hear some facts about what may be an extremely
serious violation of the Constitution by the District Attorney's office.

What district this this occur? Where was it, and what was the District
Attorney's name?

A District Attorney is a public official acting "under color of law". He is
not some kid on a newsgroup clowning around.

I didn't ASK them to file charges, Moron. I simply wanted them to know

Well Sara, the police cannot have any special name for him, or for anyone.
The Constitution disallows policemen from namecalling against citizens.

I know a guy who reported to a federal investigator about a local policeman
who made up false, highly derogatory stories claiming law abiding citizens
were engaging in serious crimes, when in fact they were not, and they were
never even charged with any crimes.

The FBI agent replied "What do you care what people say?".

A short time after that, the World Trade towers got knocked down and Anthrax
was being mailed out to Washington DC. This resulted in the government
looking into "a corrupt local policeman who makes up fake stories about
serious crimes".

Since the World Trade Towers were knocked down, FBI agents no longer say
""What do you care what people say?" when a citizen reports a "a corrupt
local policeman who makes up fake stories about serious crimes".
