Cherry picking the news to reinforce your crackpot ideology is a sign
of low intelligence and dishonesty. If you were one tenth as smart and
honest as you claim, then any posts about the political persuasion of
criminals would include an unbiased list of all criminals. But then,
you aren't smart or honest, and unbiased discussion is a foreign
concept to your disposition. The time you waste contradicting your
claims about your intelligence and honesty does exactly nothing to
sway political opinion. Instead it only demonstrates how much you
deserve to be spending what should have been your golden years,
sleeping in a van most nights.

Wow so much effort wasted. Why not sit back and enjoy the tall tails. Gunner does not really lie at least about things that matter like how to fix a machine.
On other things I just assume he is being entertaining.

At least he does post about machining. Which seems to be more than all you teenagers with pseudo names do.

Save your arguments for your fellow crackpots. The fact is that you
enjoy the one-sided crazy talk. And don't expect me to post anything
that might be useful to you. It's mostly not worth the effort to
figure out which of you is deserving of any advice I might have to
offer. Except if you take the time to make excuses for lying
deadbeats. That makes it obvious.

*Tales*, you fuckwit, not "tails." No one enjoys them because they're
really shitty, and they're extremely shittily told, and only fuckwits
with no discernment at all would find them enjoyable on any dimension.
But here's something we know about you and the rest of gummer's
fuckwitted right-wing shitty-metal-worker pals here (Gardner, Eastburn,
Jaques, Terrell): you fuckwits don't really think they're tall tales.
You *want* them to be true, and you give gummer the benefit of the
doubt, even though he's been caught lying on nearly a daily basis. You
give him the undeserved benefit of the doubt because you share his
benighted proto-Nazi political views.

The fact of the matter is, because he's such a blatant and shitty liar,
I don't think most of you put much stock in what gummer says about
metalworking, either. The buffoon overstates his knowledge about so
much other stuff, I'm certain you have to think he overstates it about
machining, too. You've seen photos of his "shop", because he's posted
them. It looks like a fucking bomb went off in there. No
right-thinking person would have a shred of confidence in anything that
bullshit artist says about machining and metalworking.

Here's another thing that I know just kills you dumb fat fucks:
whoyakidding writes *extremely* well and wittily, and you plodding fat
fucks know it...and resent it deeply. He cuts your pal gummer into
little bloody strips, and does it with an obvious flair. That just
chaps your doughy flabby asses to no end. You couldn't make it more
obvious.

My current project is a fairly simple concept. A little CAD model
work, some plasma cutting, some turning, milling and welding, and a
lot of hand work. But it's interesting enough to write up, so I'll
post it where I usually do, a moderated forum where the brain-dead
political musings of jackasses like you and Wieber isn't tolerated.
Most likely I'll be asked to make some copies for others. I'm not
interested in that, and will offer the files to anyone who thinks they
might be able to make a few bucks off it. That's not an opportunity
I'd give Wieber or any of his like-minded pals. Now, I know you'll say
I'm making it all up, so when the time comes I'll send a link to Ed
Huntress, and you can call him a liar if you're stupid enough to think
that anyone of consequence will believe it.

Feel free to show some proof of that statement. You can't. Same as
Wieber, you believe that any ill-considered opinion is as valuable as
any well-proven fact, so long as it suits your ideology. Yes, I know
you believe you CAN think clearly, but that's as easy to explain as it
is impossible for you to accept.

To show you how it should be done. To remind all the self-described
conservatives of the transparent phoniness of their ideology. The
facts are that Wieber tells you he's a fellow "conservative" who, on
account of "democrats" <chuckle> can't afford taxes or health care
insurance. Yet he CAN afford cigarettes, soda, cell phones, sailboats,
and sitting around sniveling.

Admit it, you're fine with the phony conservative lifestyle, probably
because you're more like him than different. Gotta' love your defense
of him: "sure he lies, but I'm Ok with it." He must be so proud!

I think that Gunner sometimes posts things just to ring your chain. To me it is obvious that he is stretching the truth. And so I just accept that. If someone posts " Red is Blue ", I am not going to get upset about it. It is obviously not true and probably posted to just get someone upset.

I do apply a different standard to things posted in jest than to things posted as gospel.

Tough question. I do not read a lot of threads where that would come up, because in general I am not all that interested in off topic posts. But if truly in calumny, I am against it. I may ignore it, because responding just encourages more of the same. And I may rationalize that it isn't really calumny because Gunner is role playing.

Do you have any examples?

Perhaps if you'd been concerned about him issuing death threats, and
spoken up, we might not be having this discussion now.

> Sometimes it is obvious that it is a tall tale. And can be enjoyed as fiction.

You enjoy him reading his lies about paying off 4 liens in the last
year? You know, it's mean to enjoy a friend's self-destructive
behavior.

Here's what I'd do if I was Wieber's friend and believed any of his
lies. I'd tell him to disprove some major accusations, and thereby add
some reasonable doubt about all the others. The simplest way for him
to do that right now is to post the receipts for the 4 liens and 4 dog
neutering's he recently claimed paid for. That would only take
minutes, and would actually accomplish something. As opposed to what
you're doing, which doesn't help him at all, encourages him to keep
lying, and invites me to post more of what you don't want to read. I
predict that you won't advise him to post those receipts, and won't
admit you know he was lying about the payments.

Correct. But Wieber has worked very hard to present himself as the
ultimate conservative poster boy. I enjoy mocking him in particular,
anyone who takes him seriously, and phony conservatives in general.

Of course I didn't. But if you and a sufficient number of others had
lambasted him as a handful of us did, then he might not have worked so
hard to convince everyone that the cull was for real. Thereby saving
himself his just reward, that he says he enjoys reading! Instead most
participants here sat by while the idiot bragged that he was involved
in a conspiracy to commit thousands of murders. He also insisted,
using his usual cockamamie rhetorical gymnastics, that he could
legally and morally have an arms length involvement. Somewhat like
Wieber, this nutjob is finding out that talking his way out of trouble
is a lot harder than talking his way in.

>I do not remember reading anything about Gunner paying off any liens.

It's a fact. In response to a list of Wieber's tax liens, including 4
new ones in the past year, he wrote: "(VBG). Actually..Ive paid off
that many in the last year. (VBG)" No, he hadn't paid anything at all
in the last *three* years, and his lie was only (approximately) the
fifth to last *recent* example of him telling a preposterous new one
to cover up some old ones. He said the online records were wrong, he'd
fix it with the recorder, etc. All the usual Wieber BS and diversions,
coming from the same deadender who believes his climate change denial
makes more sense than the consensus of scientists.

> It is not something significant to me.

It should be. Conservatives love to complain about government spending
and borrowing. When Wieber puts his self-destructive lifestyle choices
ahead of paying taxes and health care premiums, who do you think picks
up the slack? Obviously he was never going to pay the hundreds of
thousands for the health care he and his family received, but he STILL
won't even pay a few hundred a year for property taxes! But wait, he
also thinks he should be able to get away with making up stories about
how he doesn't really owe any of the health care debts... *after* he
said he'd be working to pay them off. The mind boggles at the
ingratitude and hubris, and at his phony conservative audience's
willingness to shrug about it all.

> My atttude right now is " who cares? Not me "

You'd make a good Trump voter.

>My bewilderment is why do you care?

My bewilderment is at your choice of what to care about.

In truth, I don't think very many of them think it is likely to happen;
however, I think many of them wish it would happen.

By the way, 'cul' is French for 'ass', and 'trou du cul' is 'asshole',
or 'hole of the ass'. There *is* a great cul here, and its name is mark
wieber.

Yeah, no doubt. Ironic that they'd expect the cullers to spare angry
old fart RCM anti-government types, many of whom are collecting
pensions and health care benefits envied by young folks. Nah, nothing
to worry about I guess. If the RCM militia was forced to defend
itself, the cheeky whippper-snapper cullers would be cut down by
handguns the second the militia's power-lift recliners reached their
full up positions. On the other hand, what if the cullers have been
boning up on tactics? I'm picturing a cheeseburger under the shadow of

Only accident I had was in 1970, when I bought my Rambler station
wagon, paid the guy and headed home..and trying to stop at THE
stoplight in Gaylord...found out just how well the copper tubing he
put in as brake lines..worked. Poor bastard I broadsided had just
gotten his Mustang back on the road again that very day. So it was
back luck for the both of us. MSP reamed him a new asshole and he paid
to have the radiator, brakes and headlights fixed, along with a new
hood etc. Never was "right" after that...but it gave me good service
for another year and a bit. Loved Ramblers...ALL the seats folded
flat..turning it into a big playground for teens with high sex drives.
Loved that wagon..loved IN that wagon..and ON that wagon, and so on.

Or are you bitching about the total number of miles? In a later
post..I did some careful calculations..and admitted it was way too
high...it should have been down around 3 million miles.
Thats funny...why did you leave that out? Oh..thats right Jonny
Boi...you are going for maximum damage. Sorry dickweed...didnt hurt
me a bit. I still feel just fine..a bit tired..but just fine. Am I
missing something?

No, you only ever "owned" one tiny, crummy lot covered in crap, with a
run-down doublewide that's allergic to paint or housekeeping. 20 years
ago you promised your wife you'd get her out of that shithole within a
year. "I told her that I would have to work out of town Monday
morning-Friday evening, but I would do this for a year, and in that

"inDIPendent" contractor indeed. That was yet another fantasy. The
facts are that you can't break the suction of that shithole because
you're lazy, and because so much of what little energy you do have is
devoted to besting Walter Mitty. BTW, you should look up the
definition of "negative net worth" before you ever use the word "own"
again.

It's about your preference for using the word "engineer" when you
should be saying "handyman." It's about you wildly exaggerating your
qualifications and experience, such as claiming to have been a
licensed electrician. It's about you making up contradictory excuses
that nobody believes.

> Its quite legal to call my company that.

It's more likely too small an issue to be worth prosecuting a deadbeat
who has other creditors earlier in line. Regardless, there's no
escaping the absurdity of your claims. You're closer to being an
enchilada than an engineer. And your "company" is merely you and your
rubbish. At least Fred Sanford had a company of he and Lamont.

Bwahaha! Why bother with these stupid elaborations when you already

Because of your boasting here, I can well imagine the stories you tell
people when you're hoping to scrounge a few bucks from them. What you

the contradictions between your boasting and the smell of a chain

"He" must have talked you out of all the other legal threats as well!
You're fond of the phrase "my laywer(s)." But you don't have a lawyer,
and have never had a case or damages. For starters, you haven't any
good reputation or income to have lost. Which is nobody's fault but
your own.

> (I couldnt come up with enough money....shrug)

What, the "slander and libel" <chuckle> of Usenet posts ruined your
promising future? Apparently you've forgotten that the archives are
full of you blaming that on "dems," "leftists," various presidents,
your wife, some guy who blackballed you, etc.

Not to mention that your future was never promising anyway.

>Ive taken a course on the matter of suits..online, granted...so when

Another talent of the Amazing Wieber! Ok, I want to be the first

> No idea if Ill win..but Ill be going in with a bunch of citations.

Nope, you know full well you can't win, and won't be suing anyone. You
haven't a scintilla of a case, and anybody you sued would have "a
bunch of citations" to show that you're a pathological liar, addicted
to defending yourself by writing ever more extravagant lies and grade
school taunts, and frequently resorting to death threats. You'd be
laughed out of court, assuming there's one with a strong enough floor
to support the pile of printouts of your written delusions. But
there's nothing stopping you from making your case right here. Start
by showing some receipts. Or perhaps you think you could tell a judge
you won't produce them until he pays! Read Johnny Bonkers' lawsuit
judgment to learn how easily judges can see through gasbags like the
two of you.

No, it isn't three million either, or any of the other numbers you
made up out of thin air. And therein lies your problem: a lack of
sufficient intelligence to make your lies at least slightly credible.
Shit can only be stacked so high before the new turds slide off the
top of the pile and onto your feet. You reached that point so long ago
that now you need a snorkel to breathe.

I was indeed a licensed electrician, and in fact, a RME.."responsible

contacted the State of California. Is there some reason you have

Engineer? Ive never claimed to be an engineer. Can you please provide
the cites for that? Other than your self fixated fantasy world .... I
do engineering indeed. I however..NEVER call myself an engineer. That
would be unlawful here in California. At least..calling myself a

If you did nothing but drive at 70 mph for 8 hours a day, five days a
week, 50 weeks per year, it would take you 21.4 years to drive 3,000,000
miles. You have not driven 3,000,000 miles.

Just one stupid fucking lie piled atop another.

If that 521 mile figure is supposed to prove that you've driven 3 million miles, well, you've missed again, Gummy.

Let's do some math. (3,000,000 / (63-16)) / 365 = 174.87 miles per day. Every Day since you turned 16. Yes, you would have had to have driven nearly 175 miles EVERY FUCKING DAY THAT YOU'VE HAD A LICENSE. 521 miles in roughly 3.5 days is a whopping 148.85 miles a day.

So, even if you had done this exhausting drive every day for 47 years, you still wouldn't have gone 3 million miles.

Math sucks, doesn't it?

Actually, he turned 17 in 1970. (Nov. 11).

But it you want a head-scratcher of a timeline, consider this:

1) Graduated from high school in June, 1971, at age 17.

2) Attended Kirtland Community College, Roscommon, MI, 1971.

3) Enlisted in the army at age 17, 1971, under an assumed name that he
plucked off of a gravestone, and for which he had a birth certificate
made.

4) Turned 18 on Nov. 11, 1971.

5) Sent to Vietnam in 1971.

6) Has a DD-214 with the assumed name in the bottom of a locker at his
parents' home in Michigan.

Impossible? No. But try wrapping your head around why one would do
that when he was going to be fully qualified on Nov. 11, and enlisted
*after* he had attended a community college in the same year, having
graduated from high school in June.

There's another one, regarding claims about the VA that I don't think
Kidding has ever tackled, but it's really the most curious of all.
However, we know where it will lead, and it isn't worth the time to
dig it up.

So readers are supposed to believe that you had permission from the

Then let's see it, as well as the name of the person in CA government

names a secret?

No he won't, because he doesn't exist. "Leftists" aren't "hacking"

came from you. And don't bother pretending that you don't advertise

Right; my mistake.

That's what seems completely implausible. If he graduated from high
school June 1971, then attended the community college for any
appreciable amount of time thereafter, he simply wouldn't have had
enough time to

a) enlist
b) complete basic training
c) complete advanced infantry training
d) complete Ranger training

and still have been sent to Vietnam by the end of the year. And all of
that when the Army already was rapidly withdrawing combat troops from
the country.

Ya' think? <g> These "tales" of Gunners typically are strings of
unlikely events, compounded upon each other.

It certainly is a stretch. I do doubt, though, that he attended
Kirtland for long, if at all.

Remember that his DD-214 supposedly is under an assumed name. On at
least two occassions, Gunner has remarked that he tried VA medical
services, but didn't like it. Then, after his (second?) heart attack,
his answer for not using VA medical services was that it would be too
much of a hassle to correct his military record so that he would be
eligible for the VA...

Hmmm...

Anyway, it's not easy to track that stuff back, but maybe someone has
better resources.

FWIW, my best guess is that he does have a DD-214, and that the name
on it is Mark R. Wieber.

Probably. I think the 10MM miles in 30 years might be just a _little_
exaggerated, though.

That would mean turning in about 912.62 miles every day, 365.25 days per
year, for 30 years continuously -- every freakin' day.

That would be no break for military service. No break for Jr. College.
No break for time working at clients... just driving and gassing-up and
having an 'exchange vehicle' waiting exactly at the breakdown point
whenever one gave up the ghost.

Tough on tires, and nerves, that.

But he seems to think it was me! In his defense though, how could he
possibly keep track of everyone who makes fun of him? Too bad he
didn't think of writing notes in the sidebar of the cull list.

>Of course, I never got any "summins" or anything else from his "lawyers."

Yeah, I'm still waiting to be served as well. Perhaps he keeps losing
his copies of my message headers, which seem to be of great import to
him. What with his online legal training and all. LOL I'm thinking
this training was one of those chat pop-ups, and I can imagine him
asking if it was a good idea to keep saying how much he enjoys reading
the insults of the people he intends to sue for insulting him.

Speaking of his legal training, gotta love that when I ask him to tell
new stories, he always obliges! He's probably scouring obits right now
to come up with some dead folks' names to use in his next opus of
failure. Although I swear, if he cut up a handful of his most often
used non-responses, he could glue them into a magic 8 ball and shake
out his posts.

I Understand that Army Records or perhaps the VA has a site that
allows one to download one's military records so that he doesn't have
to drive all the way to Michigan and root around in his folks
basement. Just download the form and post it.

It might be interesting that Beau Geste, back in 1924, did something
similar, except that he enlisted in the Foreign Legion.

I had purchased the lot behind and across the street before the side
lot. I talked to Don G..the owner about the cargo container..he said
he didnt have any problem with it as long as I kept the lot up. The
"lady" from the County had a problem with it. So I moved it onto my
property. Again she had a problem with that. So I talked to her
boss. He had her drop the issue as he didnt have a problem with that
either. As I mentioned to him..there are at least 3 or 4 others in the
neighborhood, and I took him around to look at them. He shrugged,
said..OK, no problem..it is south Taft afterall..and the issue was
dropped. Now you have a problem with it? You living in Long Beach

I think we all being a little harsh on Gunner. Perhaps it is not
Gunner who is at fault.

After all, we all enjoyed the stories of Peter Pan, the Boy Who
Wouldn't Grow Up, along with Wendy Darling, The Lost Boys, and Tinker
Bell the Fairy and their adventures in Never Never Land.

It wasn't Gunner that changed; it was us.... We grew up.

Perhaps if he changed his cognomen to Peter Pan....

Ok, it's clear. You don't know who I am, which would seem to be a
requirement for lawsuits and killing, and all your threats have been
impotent. But what happened to your "computer wienies?"

I didnt start putting on tons of miles until 1974..prior to that I was
out of the US. Got home, went to work in various industries where I
had to drive as part of my employment. Reserve Deputy in a large rural
county, ran an alarm company in 3 large rural counties, ran the time
clock company in 4 large rural counties, and then as an machine tool
tech...in 3 states. It was not unusual for me to log up to 600 miles
in a single day, though most averaged 275-370 per day. Which is the
reason I have vehicles with 440,000 miles on them. That all changed
of course in 2009, as a result of the economic collapse.

My first year as an Omniturn tech...I logged well over 100,000 miles.
Seriously, no bullshit. I was servicing machines in California,
Arizona, Texas, Washington state, Oregon and had 2 clients in Nevada.
Plus of course I live 150 miles north of Orange County, California,
the center of my current service area. Hell..I killed the drivers
seats in a dozen vehicles in the 40 yrs Ive been doing this. Since
the beginning of the Great Depression 2, Ive had more free time than I
ever had in my life. The first year...drove me absolutely nuts. Didnt
know what to do with the free time..but didnt have any cash to "do
something"

This of course does not include the times Ive flown to clients and
factory schools across the US and other countries. I honestly,
truely, no bullshit, sat down a few years ago and did the best guess
calculations based on logs, and came up with "around" 3 million miles.
Might really have been 2.75, might have been 3.25...shrug. I drove on
vacations too. Motorcycle and cars/trucks. Momma wanted to see the
Grand Canyon. We left after I got off work on a Friday, was standing
on the Rim by Saturday afternoon, was back at work Monday morning. Can
you say "white line fever"? When I think of all the gasoline Ive
burned over the years...brrrrr. Ive been doing this for 40 yrs...and
frankly..Im more than tired of it. Which is one of the reasons I
posted my resume in various places. Id love..love..love to have a job
where I go to one place at the start of my "day", work my shift(s) and
drive home.

You do realize that often when I post here...its not from my desk at
home, but quite often from my laptop via a wifi link out in the Real
World...right? Im home now..been home since early Sunday morning but
will be back on the road at midnight tonight. I really should have
left for So Cal at midnight last night, but said fuckit I got the bug
to clean up my shop, so thats what Ive been doing for 2 days.

Last week, from Tuesday -Sunday..I logged almost 975 miles, which
included a trip down to Diego, up to Tehacapi, back down to Orange
County, over to Ventura, back to OC and then home. A round trip to OC
and straight back to my home...is 324 miles..but its freaking rare
that I can do an up and back. I have to stop and see clients.
And that was an average week with the economy being what it
is..average since 2009 that is.

I dont mind chatting with you in an honest fashion. The other blivits
...I certainly enjoy fucking with them and feeding them shit just to
watch their heads cave in. (Grin)..but the regulars here..I never
bullshit. Larry and Pyotr have been to my home..I consider them good
friends, and I believe that they will tell you what Im telling you is
the truth. Hell...a few months ago, Larry came south from Frisco, and
I met him almost 200 miles north of Taft, just to give him a bunch of
stuff. The wife and I considered it to be a simple Sunday drive for a
friend. That was nearly a 400 mile day..and it was on a day off.

I dont so much sleep in my truck...as collapse in my truck. Shrug
Im getting way...way too old for this shit, and the rewards are simply
not there any longer. Both financially nor mentally. Chuckle..sigh. I
should have bailed out long time ago. Now Im too fucking old for a
company to want to hire me. Shrug...fact of life Ive learned to
accept..but it was something of a shock to discover. I do the part
time millwright thing because my buddy is 67...and his knees are shot.
So I do the monkey work for him and Im smart enough not to make the
same mistake more than once....and have enough experience to know
Something about what is supposed to be done. Unlike a kid. Am I a
millwright? Fuck no!, but I can wing it. Like I can do a LOT of other
things. My brain never shuts down, though Ill be the first to
admit...since the stroke...it does tend to NOT run like a well
lubricated turbine..not like it used to. More like a 41 L head run on
woodgas. The memory is shot full of holes, so I keep copious notes.
Though the holes are getting smaller and farther apart. I was VERY
lucky...the stroke didnt fuck me up like so many other people Ive met
over the years. But it did..fuck me up. And frankly...Im getting
tired. I did indeed have a goodly amount of money in the bank once
upon a time. Bought Conoco stock low, sold it high...had a good start
on a retirement. Then the kid discovered meth. The rest is history.

Now, I dont have a pot to piss in. Though to be fair..the wife is
responsible for a lot of that. As you are probably aware..over the
years we have split up, gotten back together, split up etc etc...each
time she would live on what I had in the bank..gloriously. And Id
simply get in the truck and head for the next client, and the next,
and the next. Then her heart went (genetic, family issue, killed her
dad and both her brothers) and it finally dawned on her that Ive been
carrying her for all those years...and if I stop..she is toast. Grew
up finally. Thank the god(s). But she screwed me over many many times.
My property taxes arent much. Give her the money, expect her to pay
the taxes, go back on the road. She would piss it away. Never on
herself..but she had lots of "needy friends". Ive paid more rent, more
power bills, bought more groceries for people I only know third
hand...than I want to think about. I locked her out of my bank account
some years ago, about the time the economy went into the toilet..just
in self defense. But the damage was done and playing catchup is a
bitch.
Hell..Ive mentioned that for the past yrs...I was taking care of my
son and his family..and had 4 unpaying roommates. And the rescue dogs.
The last person out (and I threw her out) left me with 11 dogs. Want
one? Take 3(or more)..please!. Paying $60 a week just for dog food is
a pain in the wallet. If I didnt have to pay for her dogs, I could pay
the property taxes, rather than simply fight to keep my head above
water. I buy so little for myself in the course of a year...shrug. I
got into the restoring sailboats thing out of boredom and having a
reason to not sit in the house and pondering my fate, or dealing with
dickheads on Usenet. And dealing with the wife. Shrug again.

Dont get this wrong..Im not crying about my life. Just explaining why
it is as it is. I put myself where I am. I could have, should have,
divorced 30 yrs ago..but I didnt. I could have, should have abandoned
my son to his own mistakes...but I didnt. I could have, should never
have taken in or helped the "helpless"..but I did. For decades. My
fault, no one elses. My mistakes, no one elses. My fuckups to deal
with. For better or worse. The best I have to look forwards to is
dying on a jobsite somewhere and letting the next of kin shovel
through everything. That being said..Im who I am, good bad or
indifferent and its a bit late to change much. I wont be making the
same mistakes the next turn on the cosmic wheel though...hope to tell
ya! Chuckle. So unless I win the lottery...(never play it)..Ill be
here on Usenet, or on one of the boats, or out in the field fixing
machines until I simply fall over dead. Not as good as some folks
futures, a hell of a lot better than others. So. California is the
home of the homeless...see em by the thousands sleeping in parks, on
sidewalks, in the bushes..and pat myself on the back and tell
myself..Doing Good old son!! and head for the next job.

Have a very nice day!

Ive had other similar visons over the years..and made provisions to
avoid doing what I was doing in the vision..and got around em. Plus I
carry a gun wherever I go. I may go down..but Im taking an escort to

Cops? What cops? Cops were never involved other than as an escort the
first time she came by. The deputy told me in an aside that she was
afraid of me..because I had an NRA sticker on my bumper. So Cal
lesbian who was hired by the county. We laughed about it the next

crunches hit and I realized Id spent money (very little) on a pipe
dream. Wanna buy a lot? Naah...the only way Id sell to you, would be

yourself. Wanna buy 4 lots? Ill sell you my place too!!
Cash of course. US greenbacks, Dinero, mas mucho!

it? Am I missing something here?

Bullshit. gummer doesn't own *any* property on Olive Ave in Taft, CA,
including his own fucking weed-and-debris-choked dump.

Proof:

1. go to the Kern County Assessor/Record property search page:
http://assessor.co.kern.ca.us/propertysearch/index.php

2. in Property Search From set the search type to Address,
and key in '326 Olive Ave' in the address box; click Search button

3. in the results page, gummer's dump is the first one listed, with
an ATN/APN number of 039-303-04-00-2. That's a link; click on it

4. In the property profile window, click on the View Parcel Map link;
it will prompt you to save or open the .TIF file; open it. gummer's
dump is in the block with '303' in an oval right below the block.
His dump is the second from the bottom in that block, on the left,
with two numbers in circles over it: 04 and 20. Look closely to
the upper right of the 20 in the circle; you'll see the letters
'MH'. That means "manufactured home." gummer's dump is the only
one in that block that has it (there's one other one over to the
west in block 301.)

Here's the property search result for parcel 20 (in the circle):
http://tinyurl.com/zbm3nxg If you look at that, you'll see the
same site address, 326 Olive Av Taft, and then in the Use Code box,
you'll see '9501 - UNSECURED MH IN ANY OTHER ZONE'. In the
assessor/recorder use codes page,
http://recorder.co.kern.ca.us/assessor/FYI.php?page=usecodes
look for 9501 and you'll find:
'9501 - Unsecured manufactured home in any other zone' Indeed,
gummer lives in a shabby double-wide!

5. Back in the main property information page for 039-303-04-00-2, note
the recorded documents. These are listed in descending date
recorded. They are all deeds. The most recent one is 211112561.
Select and copy that into your clipboard.

6. Now go to the Assessor/Recorder Online page for the recorder's
office at http://recorderonline.co.kern.ca.us/ On the menu at left,
click on the Official Documents link, then in the next window under
Select Search Type click on Document Number.

7. Paste the document number you copied above into the From box and
click the Search button. You'll get a summary page of information
about the deed. At the left the document number is listed as a
link; click on it.

8. More information is displayed. You'll see that the grantors are
several trusts along with an investment company, and the grantee
is another real estate investment company.

*gummer does not own the property*

9. Repeat as you wish for each of the other listed documents that you
saw back on the property information page. gummer's name is not
on any of the deeds.

10. Go back to the property search form (step 2, above), and set the
Search Type to APN. In the search value box, key in the parcel
numbers for the properties to the south and north of gummer's dump.
The ending numbers are indicated by the values in circles on the
parcels. The parcel to the south of gummer is 03, and the one to
the north is 05. The parcels have to be entered without hyphens,
so the one to the south is 03930303, and the one to the north is
03930305.

11. Searching for 03930303, we see that the street address is actually
on Wood St, the street that intersects Olive Av south of gummer's
dump. Taking the most recent document number, 201158812 - a deed -
and searching the documents database as in step 7, we find that
the grantor was South Taft Property, Inc, and the grantee is
Carlos Mena. *gummer does not own this property*

12. Searching for 03930305, we see that the street address is 322
Olive Ave, next door to gummer (326). The most recently recorded
document is 208048103 - a deed. Looking at this deed as in
step 7, we find that the grantor was Rosemarie Torres, and the
grantees are Don and Deanna Gooch. *gummer does not own it*

13. Just to be sure, we'll look at the parcels behind these three as
indicated on the parcel map: 03930317, 03930318 and 03930319.

03930317 - gummer is not on any of the deeds associated with parcel
03930318 - gummer is not on any of the deeds associated with parcel
03930319 - gummer is not on any of the deeds assocaited with parcel

*gummer doesn't own any property in the block*

Here's another interesting thing to note, regarding the acreage of the
parcels:

03930303: .14
03930304: .16 (gummer's dump)
03930305: .13
03930317: .14
03930318: .16
03930319: .22

All six parcels together add up to .95 of an acre. So much for gummer's
"ranch".

>
> I had purchased the lot behind and across the street before the side
> lot.

Let's examine these lies:

1. Across the street is parcel 039-302-19.

2. Following the methodology above, we find the most recent deed
document is 205158879

3. Document search shows the grantee to be Isidro Garcia Camargo

*gummer does not own this parcel*

4. Just to be safe, we repeat for parcels to the south and to the
north of "across the street" from gummer. South is 039-302-20,
and north is 039-302-18. The most recent deed for 039-302-18 is
206313436, while that for 039-302-20 is 205348126.

5. These reveal the grantees for these parcels to be "Shea Estates
Development Inc." and John Ashcraft, respectively.

*gummer does not own these parcels*

You haven't driven 3,000,000 miles - period. It is all but
mathematically impossible.

Once again, gummer has his flabby doughy ass handed to him.

I don't; you do.

We have shown that it is mathematically impossible for you to have
driven 3,000,000 miles, *and* done all the other crazy bullshit you
claim to have done. There's your "cite": indisputable arithmetic.

Actually it is, in this thread, and it's inconsequential as well.
Yeah, chronic lying - and *stupid* lying - is the defining
characteristic of your lifestyle.

It wasn't that, either as we have shown. 3,000,000 miles at an average
of 70 mph would take over 21 years if you drove eight hours a day, five
days a week, 50 weeks a year. You didn't average 70 mph, so that amount
of distance would have consumed even more time - if we generously say
you averaged 50 mph, then it would have taken you 30 years.

3,000,000 miles of driving - just another stupid lie piled atop the
towering stinking pile of them.

See my other post in the thread. gummer doesn't own *any* lot,
including the one that houses the global HQ of Wieber Salvage & Hauling.

Stop lying. You didn't buy it. The day you scrape up $5,000 to buy a
property, when you couldn't scrape together a few hundred to get your
shitty trucks running, is the day I've bought out Donald Trump.

Stop lying. Gooch's name is still on the deed, because he is still the
owner.

322 Olive Ave, Taft:
"Last sold: Mar 2008 for $14,000"
http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/322-Olive-Ave-Taft-CA-93268/18907160_zpid/

Well, whaddya know! That's the *same* month/year as appears on the most
recent deed to the property, the one that shows Don and Deanna Gooch as
the owners: http://tinyurl.com/h7ko73f

You don't own the property. Stop lying.

Not in the least. I wouldn't say I'm proud to be better than you,
because I know of two convicted sex offenders languishing in prison who
are nonetheless better than you, so being better than you isn't much of
a hurdle, is it?

But I do "own" my own house with a few hundred thousand equity and not
much longer to pay off the mortgage, and I earn enough to send my kid to
a private school at $15K a year, and my car is running and I've never
had to come sobbing to rec.crafts.metalworking for ideas on how to get a
vehicle on the road, and I've never incurred tens of thousands in
medical expenses that either the taxpayer picked up or I duffed out of
in bankruptcy, so yeah, I'm better than you.

The arithmetic, blowjob - that's the cite.

The Kern County Assessor / Recorder documents showing that you aren't on

cites. Your posts claiming "a few", "3", "5" and "8" years as a "cop on
the street". Those are the cites.

Given all the other stupid lies, "machine tool modification" and the

"Cite!", squealed in a high-pitch nasal soprano whine, is what gummer
imagines to be an all-purpose trump card.

Example:

Let's suppose gummer likes nuoc mam flavored haggis.

gummer's opponent (and better): "I don't like nuoc mam flavored
haggis."

gummer: "Cite!"

That's how gummer plays it. It's very comical.

> A strange world you live in.

gummer - a multiply rehabbed meth-head - lives in a very strange world
indeed.

But perhaps it is not Gunner who is at fault.

We all, as children enjoyed the stories of Peter Pan, the Boy Who
Wouldn't Grow Up, along with Wendy Darling, The Lost Boys, and Tinker
Bell the Fairy and their adventures in Never Land.

It wasn't Gunner that changed; it was us.... We grew up.

It's still gummer's fault - he *chose* not to grow up.

The visions are almost certainly just another story, but if there's
anything to it then it was probably caused by breathing fungus. Clean
up your living spaces as if they were crime scenes, and see if
symptoms abate.

That's right, because it's worthless. When you croak the owner of your

Those numbers are still BS. Worse is that you started with an

implausible number when challenged. Considered in the context of all
