As you all probably know, Ive been dealing with buffoons making fun of
me for years. <shrug> I finally put a stop... full stop to it. I
apologize to the group for letting it go on so long but after today
you wont see any more garbage posts in my name or any others. It was a
bit of work but well worth the trouble and the huge phone bill that
will be coming. <shrug>

First I had to roll over to Usenet Head Office. It was 700 miles one
way but thats well below my average so it was an easy days ride on my
Super Meteor scooter. Of course I brought along my trusty nym
registration in case any questions were asked. The chick at the
counter was a real babe, Ill call her Foxy from now on. <grin> Shes
probably in her 30s but could pass for 25... easy... very easy. She
listened to my story and then she went off into the bowels of the
office which reminded me of the final scene in Raiders of the Lost
Ark. She came back about 15 minutes later carrying a piece of paper
and smiling. She said there was nothing she could do but she kept
glancing at my crotch and then back to the piece of paper. I was
still wearing my full leathers so it was no surprise when she gave me
her digits. <shrug> Then she walked away leaving the paper on the
counter. I noticed she made a point of bending over at a file cabinet
so I could get a glimpse of her thong under the leopard print mini
skirt. Theres nothing like a fine ass in fish nets and high heels I
always say. <grin> I snatched the paper and Crom what do you know,
it had all the perps info and even the phone number of all their
providers, oh yes!

I rode over to the nearest Mickey Ds and phoned all the providers.
Seventy six (76) accounts cancelled just like that. Seems a nym
registration carries some weight in those parts! <VBG> I also phoned
in the info to some friends of mine. I had to call in some favors but
thats what friends are for. <shrug> Needless to say all the perps
have been handled and I hope to have the videos soon.

Now... I will have... have to make a return trip to visit Foxy and
bang her for a few hours as a reward for "not" helping me. <grin> Its
a tough life but somebody has to live it. <VBG>

far different than mine:

I NEVER use eternal-september.org
Note that its laid out twice? Once in the origin and once in the
complaints to line

And I use Forte Agent 8.0, (fully paid for btw)

One of these days Ill simply do a search on who uses Forte Agent
6.00/32.1186...and compare the two for (2) other data bits that will
ID both the machine it comes from and other data.

But it takes about 15-30 minutes to do and so far..Ive not bothered.
He is a fun playtoy to pull the wings off of, now and then, but he is
nothing more.

Once a week I send a batch of emails attached to a complaint to the
above complaint link. But as we all know...Eternal September is an
outlaws free host. When he ultimately gets blown off ..as he has on
two other paid cites..there are several others he can get free access
to. So either he goes away on his own, or is killed, Im stuck with
having my very own stalker. Of course I simply deal with it. Now the
moment his ID is discovered...all bets are off. Ive got lots of
friends across the US, and we owe each other favors......shrug.

The fingers between a steel pipe and a 16 oz ball pien would simpy be

afterwards. Shrug. Only issue I can think of...curley fries or
crisscut fries.

Is that one of your "bounty hunter" tricks? How many perps did you
catch with it? Come to think of it, since you have bounty hunting
skills, <chuckle> why not put those to work instead of writing posts
about being too broke to pay your rent? Or make some money at ANY of
the other careers you claimed in this post.

Usenet and Facebook! Typical "workaholic." LOL

My spider sense is tingling... it tells me that you're about to write

No. Because as you well know, nobody is going to take complaints
seriously when they come from the author of "the great cull" and a
million other fantasies, including the one about having a nym
"registration!"

>But as we all know...Eternal September is an

Stalking is a crime. The only thing you need to do is call the cops.
They'll conduct an investigation to determine if any laws were broken,
or if you are just a pathetic and hysterically funny liar. They'd
surely go the extra mile for the guy who helped so much in the war
against drugs. "Ive arrested some 2500 or more of them over the
years."
http://groups.google.com/group/misc.survivalism/msg/5587a26b9180b99b
The only small problem you might have is if you're already known to
the cops as a deadbeat waste of time phony "former LEO." And of
course, if they don't know about that lie already, they'll find out
right quick when they read the Wieber Cliff Notes.

>> Now the
>>moment his ID is discovered...all bets are off. Ive got lots of

It's frequently difficult to tell the difference between you and
Parody Wieber. Who is supposed to believe that you have friends who'll
murder for you? How many "favor" murders have you committed? What
happened to the "computer wienies" friends you claimed would be ending
your torment?

Is there anything more impotent than writing these ridiculous threats
when you KNOW it will only result in more mockery?

Did it ever occur to you, even briefly, that the most likely way to
stop being ridiculed for lying, would be to stop lying?

Only pussies call the cops about someone in another state over stuff
on Usenet. It should be handled quietly and privately. There is more
enjoyment in handling some things. Do you pay someone to pet your dog

Feel free to review and investigate the above employment data and get
back to all of us. Or would you rather continue in your little
fantasy world where you know everything, can see everything and are
omnipotent?
Need some phone numbers, simply ask and Ill ponder. Now if another
member here asks for them, Id be happy as hell to provide them to
them.
You also seem to have not discovered Facebook, Grayling Michigan,
Class of 1971. Feel free to join and ask about my early years.

Now Im getting ready to go back to LA. See yah!. Well..not this

They didnt pay much, but I got to use the facilities whenever I
wanted. Shrug. Anybody need any 4x5 enlargers? I have two Omega Ds,
plus a color enlarger just collecting dust and going bad
Oh..as a side note...you seemed to have missed some other data about
the organizationis and clubs Ive belonged to and/Or officated at.
President, Sierra Sailing Assoc.
Im currently trying to get enough people interested in sailing to
restart the club again.

Rangemaster, Taft Rifle Club
Instructor, 4H junior shooting program
President, Taft Sillouette Club

Then there is Life Member, NRA
California Rifle and Pistol Assoc
JFPO member for 25 or so years
Instructor, Central Valley Militia
VP, Coalinga Rifle Club, back in the late 70s/early 80s
Assistant Rangemaster, Taft Gun Club..when I have the time.
International Metallic Sillouette shooter and competitor
Combat Handgun association competitor.
As Ive mentioned..I didnt shoot for about 3 yrs after the stroke, both
in fear of my disablity and due to some physical issues after the
stroke, which are now, thankfuly..gone. I cant run very well anymore,
but I can still shoot.

Need some photos of a couple trophys to show the date ranges?
Im not sure if I have my old Camp Perry papers. One of these days Ill
look.
Retired member http://www.uspa.org/
When the back went...I couldnt jump anymore, same with rodeo
http://www.prorodeo.com/
Same with bike racing
http://www.motorcycle-usa.com/motorcycle-racing/flat-track/
http://www.sidecarracers.com/

Ive physically worn myself out, largely having a very good time doing
it..but..Im not the physical beast I used to be. Which is hardly
surprising at the age of 63. My "extreme sports" days are long behind
me. The (2) back surgeries slowed me down a fair amount as did
increasing responsiblity to the companies I managed, ran or
supervised. Lots of dings, busted bones, the odd bullet hole or bit of
shrapnel still floating around inside hasnt helped much either. PTSD
takes many forms. On introspection...what the millenials call
"Extreme Sports" today..was part of my healing. Shrug.

Im sure there are other groups..oh yeah..Professional Archers Assoc,
back in the 60s and 70s. I think its been morphed into another group
now. After the stroke..some..some old details went into deep mental
storage. Like the fact I owned a big assed service van..and forgot it
for a year.
Oh..and Kendo but that was something I simply dabbled at. Shrug. Never
did really get into it, just joined a club and worked on technique and
form.

Now I really..really need to get on the road.

No, you need to get a job. How do you imagine your newest posts will
help with that? I think Sean Spicer's position will be open before

Nope, still no evidence you can come up $100 twice a year. Anyone who
can't pay bills that small is either unqualified to earn a living, or
seriously lazy, or a dirtbag, or all three. Anyway you slice it,
unemployable.

California must be a horrible place. After all, here is this guy with

Think of it. All these skills and still can't make enough to pay his

Or maybe it is the competition. All them there Mexicans rushing out

Wieber insists California is sort of post apocalypse. And yet, all my

working toilets, as opposed to Wieber living it up in a van equipped

Wieber's term for his strategy is "workaholic." :)

>Lord! It must be hell to be a failure.

The worst I've seen on Usenet.

Below are two quotes, one from Wieber and one from Parody Wieber.
Tough to tell the difference.

"I had to call in some favors but thats what friends are for. <shrug>
Needless to say all the perps have been handled and I hope to have the
videos soon."

"Now the moment his ID is discovered...all bets are off. Ive got lots
of friends across the US, and we owe each other favors......shrug."

So Wieber is claiming to have a murder exchange arrangement. Which of
his knuckle dragging "friends" here will own up to being members?
Larry Jacques? Tom Gardner? Calling all members of the Wieber Murder
Exchange - here's your chance to support him with some tough talk.
Let's hear about your preferred methods. Ball pein hammers vs
impalement, etc. LOL

Tough luck for him that I'm in good shape and can afford to burn as
much time as I like. All he can do is lie and whine, same as he does
about all his other problems. Count on Wieber to continue failing at
all the things normal people take for granted, like having toilets
that flush. While claiming that every barely smoked butt he finds on
the ground was on account of Trump, and that every leaky tire is
Hillary's fault. But if you're good with Wieber's brand of BS and his

I can't say as I've not been in California for a lot of years but
Forbes says that the Median Household Income is $61,818, Job Growth
(2016) is 2.6%, and its economy is sixth biggest in the world behind
the United Kingdom. The state represents 14% of the U.S. economy.

From his descriptions of all the fanciful things he is doing I'd not
refer to him as a conservative. His accounts of his heart problems
sounds more like a socialist, i.e., go to the hospital when you are

Without the Cliff Notes, it would have been harder for employers to

listening to his phony list of skills and accomplishments.

You can bet the Cliff Notes made me #1 on his fantasy hit list. And in
case it didn't, I've repeatedly asked him to make me #1. The fact that
I'm still here so many years later tells you all you need to know
about Wieber's laughable claims to be able to kill those who ridicule
him. In reality, he's simply an impotent old gasbag circling the

His fellow losers might pretend to believe some of his fables, but all

I think one of Cliff's posts was the first time I ever read that
Wieber was a crackpot. Wieber's strategy of always increasing the
volume whenever he was confronted with his own BS served him poorly.
He was probably doomed anyway but his Usenet career put one of the
final nails in his coffin. Any hope of saving himself by getting a

He is one of your victims... er, clients. LOL He ratted you out for
failing to honor a deal, and for being a phony troubleshooter.

"He was using it to clean up a piece of junk that I bought from him.
Getting it going was part of the deal if I'd buy brushes for the

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
$500 dollars worth of parts later and the thing is still a rusted out
piece of useless crap.

As for his "prowess" as an electrical trouble shooter, I picked up a
complete service manual with all of the electrical diagrams and his
"Fix" for the failed components was to bypass the fuses - TO THE
CHARGING CIRCUIT - and baste everything in PB Blaster. There wasn't
anything wrong with the charging circuit. The batteries he had cobbled
together were shit. I picked up a set from Big Joe and, miracle of
miracles, the relay's and solenoinds suddenly started working. It was
pretty obvious at that point that his real skill is bull shitting. A
ten year old could have made perfect sense of the electrical drawings
but not Gunner.

What he seemed to have a handled on was smoking my cigarrettes, and
guzzling energy drinks like a speed freak when he wasn't downing
Mountain Dew or beating his dog.

Frankly, I felt sorry for him so I stuck an extra couple hundred in
cash in his hands and bid him on his way. I needed my helper back to
do what I pay him for and it didn't look to me that Gunner would get
his job done regardless the time or money allowed. At that point, he
offered to leave his POS grinder so my guys could finish his work. I
said no, but he persisted and when he agreed to pick the thing up on
one of his trips through the area, I relented. I just wanted the guy
on his way."

It was the real loser Wieber, not Parody Wieber. One of the biggest
"tells" is when he claims to have figured out the real identity of one

Parody Wieber usually gets the real loser Wieber style down pretty well,
but there's one obvious clue as to which as which. The one to whom
you're replying is the bona fide true loser Wieber.

But it's great that he believes his primary tormenter is one of his
(dissatisfied) customers, that the guy lives only a few hours drive
away, and Wieber has already been to the guy's house so he knows where
it is.

Much like this one

"Now the moment his ID is discovered...all bets are off.

an early appatizer, with many hours to go.
https://groups.google.com/d/msg/rec.crafts.metalworking/sfa_u3whX7c/16kQ2noLBQAJ

So:
A. Wieber insists he "knows" the ID of his tormenter.
B. Wieber says the guy is done for.

Now for the burning questions...

1. Is Wieber on his way to the guy's house with a pipe and hammer?
2. Is he too busy digging a desperately needed leach field with his
invisible backhoe?
3. Will he do nothing but BS for the rest of his miserable life and

Wieber has claimed to know my real identity, too, and said that
"friends" of his - presumably other members of the Murder Exchange -
would cruise by on motorcycles in the middle of the night to check out

I made a parody post of his hilarious "repair" efforts, by copying and
pasted some of his quotes over the years. He's asked for fracking
advice for a plastic pipe! He's dumped acid down the dry well. He's
been fishing in the hole with a depth line. But curiously, <chuckle>
he never mentions his imaginary backhoe, _at all._ Any normal person
would call a driller and have a new dry well installed, which would
take mere hours. A dead broke DIYer who owned a backhoe would cobble
up a working pit or field in an afternoon. The same guy without a
backhoe could do the job with a shovel over the course of few
weekends. In fact, I dug about a hundred feet of leach trenches at my
parents place when I was about 12. Only the amazing self-described
"workaholic" Wieber would manage to talk about the problem for 16
years without ever doing anything useful.

He let the cat out of the bag when he described how he dealt with one
of his wife's boyfriends.

"I asked why he had not visited her in the hospital. He stated it was
the husbands job. I then asked if that was so.. how come he was
fucking her.. He coughed spit and hung up the phone. He had admitted
knowing full well she was married in all the previous occasions over
the years, and knowing I knew nothing about them for a long time. I
then suggested he had no honor, and he agreed."

This kind of stern talking-to reminds me of a scene from Life of
Brian. #25 here.

11 years ago, while posting under this current nym, Rudy Canoza, we had a
discussion about a revised marketing claim concerning grass-fed beef from
USDA. You claimed that you had written to and received a reply from
William T.
Sessions, Associate Deputy Administrator, Livestock and Seed Program. Here
below is the post you wrote using the nym Rudy Canoza containing your
correspondence with William Sessions.

[start- Jon to me]
Eat shit and bark at the moon, Dreck - the proposed
standard has NOT been adopted. I wrote to William
Sessions, the associate deputy administrator (how's
that for a title) at the Livestock and Seed Program at
USDA that is in charge of writing the standard for the
"meat marketing claims"; his name, title and e-mail
address are at a web page whose URL I gave yesterday,

Here's his reply:

From: "Sessions, William" <William....@usda.gov>

Mr. Ball: Thanks for your message. The marketing claim
standards are still under review by USDA. Accordingly, the
standards have not been published in a final form for use. I
hope this information is helpful.
Please let me know if further information is needed.
Thanks,

I have read about the proposed standards, and I've seen
many of the public comments sent to USDA. I cannot find
anything to indicate if the standards were adopted.
Were the standards as proposed in 2003 adopted?

Thanks in advance.

Ayup. When the toilet gets flushed more than a couple times a day..it
would start backing up. So I had to have it pumped. Now I religiously
put the various bacteria cleaners down it and guess what..its cleaning
up the system pretty well. Took a shower this morning, ran a load of
clothes and made a couple internet trolls in the toilet, still working
fine.

I finally figured out how to keep it working properly.

Ayup, cleaning up nicely. We are never going to get city sewer here.
Shrug. And no leech field, so we have to deal with a dry well. I put
it in in 1987. The ol lady used the wrong detergent for way too many
years and I never thought to check what she was using. Changed the
way she did laundry, finally. Had a bit of resistance over it...but
she found out that if she used the right soap..she could flush the
toilet. Seems to have worked miracles with her..and the septic system.

You don't own the fucking property, you loser. You can't undertake
those kinds of things without the property owner's permission.

If you lived in a civilized place, and paid your fucking rent on time,
that kind of thing is something the property owner would do. But you

gummer. By the caricatured standards of masculinity that gummer seems
to endorse, he is not a man at all. Even by a reasonable and thoughtful
definition of masculinity, gummer is not a man. By any standard, gummer
is a punk - a pussy.

By that time it was too late. The solids had been going straight from
the toilets to the dry well, and it was choked. As YOU told us:

"The tank was pretty full when it was pumped (850gal) and I believe
sludge went into the dry well."

Which was correct except for your term "sludge."

> Now I religiously

Hahahaha! Yes, that junk has a lot in common with religion.

No, that stuff is much like deer whistles and sonic mouse repellers.
Their primary function is to separate fools from their money.
http://www.aero-stream.com/the-absolute-truth-about-septic-tank-additives-they-dont-work/

The system is not "cleaning up," you're merely working around its
limitations in glorious trailer trash style.

> Took a shower this morning, ran a load of
>clothes and made a couple internet trolls in the toilet, still working

LOL No, the dry well needed to be replaced at least 16 years ago.

It isn't "working properly."

No, these things don't fix themselves, moron.

> We are never going to get city sewer here.

Irrelevant. Should sewers ever be installed, you wouldn't be allowed
to connect until you paid your back taxes. Which would make the sewer
connection more expensive than a whole new septic system.

>Shrug. And no leech field, so we have to deal with a dry well. I put

"You" put in nothing.

As usual, you blame someone else. Except you forgot that the last time
you told this fable, it was the "roomates."

"the roommates were using the wrong soap in
the washer"
https://groups.google.com/d/msg/rec.crafts.metalworking/qb8dMbndl6o/NdvfYcTs9-MJ

>So whats the proper fix? Do tell.

New dry well, as you were no doubt told 16 years ago. Given that you
can't afford that, then any sort of new leach pit or trench. Duh.

>And yeah..I do make $75 an hour. The problem is..its not a 9-5 job.

No. You work cheap and seldom.

> If

No. You said you have friends to do these things as a favor.

"Now the moment his ID is discovered...all bets are off. Ive got lots
of friends across the US, and we owe each other favors......shrug."

And yet I'm able to post at will. How is that possible considering all

There will be no "looking." Only more talk talk talk.

You CAN'T go anywhere. No money and no hope. You can't even make water
run into the ground despite 16 years of trying. When you're sitting at
the laundromat, do you ever wonder how many leach systems you could
have dug with the time you waste making death threats?

Eat shit and bark at the moon, Dreck - the proposed

I have read about the proposed standards, and I've seen

anything to indicate if the standards were adopted.
Were the standards as proposed in 2003 adopted?

*Is* the owner, loser. Best Real Estate Solutions LLC.

I already elaborated on how to find it. To repeat:

1. http://assessor.co.kern.ca.us/prop_search.php

2. in Property Search From set the search type to Address,
and key in '326 Olive Ave' in the address box; click Search button

3. in the results page, gummer's dump is the second one listed, with
an ATN/APN number of 039-303-04-00-2. That's a link; click on it

4. at the bottom of the main property information page for
039-303-04-00-2, note the recorded documents. These are listed in
descending date recorded. They are all deeds. The most recent one
is 211112561. Select and copy that into your clipboard.

5. Now go to the Assessor/Recorder Online page for the recorder's
office at http://recorderonline.co.kern.ca.us/ On the menu at left,
click on the Official Documents link, then in the next window under
Select Search Type click on Document Number.

6. Paste the document number you copied above into the From box and
click the Search button. You'll get a summary page of information
about the deed. At the left the document number is listed as a
link; click on it.

7. More information is displayed. You'll see that the grantors are
several trusts along with an investment company, and the grantee
is another real estate investment company.

The grantor names on the deed are:

FISERV ISS & CO
WHIFFEN JOHN TRUST
PENSCO TR CO CUSTDN
HANEY MARALYNN D IRA HAINF TRUST
POTTS ROBERT IRA PO1AK TRUST
HANEY MARALYNN D TR

The grantee - the current owner - is:

You don't own the land, loser. You've already admitted that you rent it.

I'm thinking that your laughable fantasies exist for same reason as
Wieber's - because your personal reality is profoundly unsatisfying,
disgusting, and hopeless. Earth to nutjobs: there's no amount of
daydreaming or high enough mountain of ramen that can make up for
earning a decent living and getting ahead.

You, Wieber. I've been calling you gummer for years, and you answer to

not. Obviously I wasn't too worried about it.

And that is the crux of the matter. Nobody is too worried about
anything that gunner says. Everyone knows that he is just a poor,
unemployed old fellow... with a stopped up toilet.

Can one worry about an old guy that when he has to take a crap carries
a pooper scooper and a doggy bag? Just think of it, the "deadly"
gunner. Armed with a little plastic shovel and a bag of shit wondering
the streets trying to find a garbage can.

The idiot is actually bragging that he found something as harmful and
as big a waste of money as his smokes. And we know he's been sucking
down that crap for at least 8 years.

That's precisely gummer's problem, although it's quite odd given what a
zero he is. Usually hubris is something exhibited by people who have
actually achieved something and then overestimate themselves. gummer
has never achieved anything except a squalid, poverty-stricken life.

True, but especially not worried about the threats.

Looks like no hour was spent earning $75 yesterday, and today appears to
be the same pattern of failure for you.

One wonders what's going on in Wieber's mind. He knows he's not
killing anyone, or having anyone killed. He also knows that he'll
continue to be ridiculed by the very people he said would be long
since dead. And yet he keeps making threats, sometimes very elaborate
ones, which can only make him look worse to any employer at a time
when he desperately needs a job.

Perhaps the Monster and the Dew are doing Wieber's thinking for him.

It's pretty obvious by now that Wieber isn't serious about obtaining
work. It's just more of the empty talk.
