In addition to these posts above, he has sent hateful and vulgar
messages filled with extreme profanity to family members and/or
friends on Facebook, including my 13yr old son. He has used words
and phrases that I would not repeat to anyone except a policing
authority. And he has sent me privately death threats in email,
as well as those he posted publicly on my GitHub account, which is
what caused his GitHub account to be deleted.

If you are a Christian I ask you to pray for Peter Cheung. He is
a very troubled soul who is demonstrating an increasingly violent
trend in his recent posts. It is not something that is ebbing,
but is growing.

If you know Peter Cheung personally, please see that he gets some
kind of professional psychiatric help as this tendency he has is
very harmful, self-destructive, and will not serve any aspect of
his life positively, but only his recovery from it will.

I come before you today with a request for each of you. I ask

that there is a real enemy here in this world, responsible for all
that we see wrong here, who seeks to mislead you, trick you, trap
you, and ultimately destroy your soul by leading you away from God,
but if you will give God an ear, and stop hardening your heart
toward Him, that He will guide you not only to safety in this world,
but to the fullest, richest prosperity in Him.

Think about this. Read it a few times. Make sure you get a clear
understanding: You were created specifically by God. You have a
real purpose, and there are two paths before you: one leading to
forgiveness for the wrong you've done, to be a part of God's plan
for your life, one that keeps you unforgiven in the wrong you've
done and is leading away from God and God's plan for your life.

tales and fantasies.

I contacted the Hong Kong Police Department on February 10 after
Peter Cheung made another post calling for killing me:

These followed other death threats sent to me on social media.
This information was conveyed to the Hong Kong Police in a file
outlining the threats, along with references to examples of each
kind of post Peter has given toward me (calling me names, saying
he wishes I would die, insulting my mother in various forms,
saying my son will die, impersonating me online, sending threats
to Muslim groups, and so on), upon request following the initial
complaint.

I provided information about where Peter works, where he lives,
some of his co-workers, places he's been affiliated with and
has given presentations at before. Images of his appearance,
and other information.

I offered to cooperate with them and provide any additional re-
quests for information, to visit my local consulate and provide
a sworn deposition, and so on.

I never received a follow-up response after submitting this
information back on February 12, 2018. And today, I received
this reply about 60 days later:

If you want to threaten someone's life multiple times online, attack
them, their family, their social media contacts in multiple ways, be

Death threats cross the line, as do sending vulgar and obscene messages
to young children, and contacting local Muslim entities sending them
many threats and statements that appear to be issued from me, all
designed to incite violence against me.

It's one thing to oppose my teachings. You oppose them. David
Cooper opposes them. Rod Pemberton opposes them. Melzzzzz opposes
them. And there are many others in other groups who oppose my posts
actively. All of that is to be expected given the subject's nature.

But it's an entirely different thing, a whole new level, to step up and
begin issuing and facilitating physical threats of violence and death
against a person.

I spoke with a local Sheriff about how to proceed. Issuing death
threats crosses the line. If Peter had issued those threats in the
USA, he would've been prosecuted already and likely incarcerated for
a period of time.

You cannot threaten physical violence on people that way. It crosses
the line and moves from being upset by someone's post and responding
to them with your disagreement content, to actually becoming a criminal.

AFAIK, Peter is no citicen of the USA, so the 'if' has no meaning
nor will Peter have to 'fear' other consequences than his deleted
accounts. I also doubt his local authority ever might consider to

You might consider to think about the negative powers growing out

Bernhard, I have no problem with everyone disagreeing with me and

While I second that, it seems that Rick (or whomever he actually
is ...) is somewhat of a psychopath unwilling to accept blame, or
perhaps an autistic unable to accept blame for his actions, or the
results of them. He doesn't seem to grasp that he can do wrong unto
others, even though he preaches to us about sin and salvation. If you
haven't noticed, he doesn't use contractions and almost never uses
apostrophe's for possession, which is usually a sign of an autism
spectrum disorder. He seems to lack compassion and empathy for others
or their perspective, which is usually a sign of psychopathy or
sociopathy.

Well, it crosses the line of our laws, but he is in another country.
You're attempting to hold him accountable to our laws.

Your recourse is rather limited as it doesn't affect U.S. national
security and a crime wasn't committed on U.S. soil by him. I.e., the

Unfortunately, you can threaten violence if you're a representative of a
government, even upon another country's soil. Intimidation and assault
is used by government agents of many countries to repatriate their
citizens, usually falsely deemed to be a criminal in some way, without
actually kidnapping them by force. This is frowned upon by "good"

Your inciting and faux retribution for his threats may have literally
been because his life was already threatened by those to whom he was

In this case it was more than mistranslation. It was a lengthy, purposeful, multi-pronged attack against me and my family.

I am autistic myself, so I knew another person sharing an 'out
of normality-desease' (it's not really a desease, more or less
something between a gift and a curse one has to live with). At
least, I was a good detector for autistic ones until now. Most
of us aren't 'deadhearted', we just have a problem to show our
inner feelings to other people (and I for myself hate crowds -
it is quite unpleasing to celebrate feasts with more than five
people hanging around).

The lack of empathy and compassion is a true disease, but it's
not handled as a disease. In our Western Civilisation, it's an
ideal to act like a robot without feelings. With more empathy,
industrialisation never could have replaced skilled crafts and
trades, which was based on social behaviour.

In Rick's case - he is manipulated by a sect that replaced his

I've given my testimony many times. I was an atheist. I grew up
and lived pretty much like everybody else in this world. Saw the
same movies. Listened to the same music. I liked the things people
liked in general. I did the things people did. I was "all in." :-)

At work my cubicle neighbor was a man named Randy Reitzer. He was
an evangelizing Christian who would periodically ask me questions
about the Bible. I was an atheist, so at all points I refuted his
"advances" and held my own in that regard for about a year.

Finally, he got to the point where he was asking me big questions.
I had answers to his questions, but I didn't have any certainty that
I was right. I believed I was right, but I wasn't sure.

I agreed one day to read the Bible with him during our lunch time,
and we started in Genesis 1. My goal was to read the Bible, understand
it correctly, get a full and accurate understanding of each point so
I could dismantle it systematically, pointing to flaw after after flaw,
and thereby "rescue" Randy from his delusion.

What I DID NOT expect was that when I set my sights on understanding
the truth about the Bible rightly, that God opened my spiritual eyes
to see it rightly, and that seeing changed my life.

I am not in any way damaged by this conversion. Rather the reverse.
I have been changed from within, and that change now points me toward
the Lord rather than away from Him. It points me toward the holiness
He calls all people to rather than away from it. It points me to be
willing to step up and lose Earthly things, because in so doing, if I
am doing it rightly, I am gaining Heavenly things, and these endure
for all time and do not fade or diminish even with use.

I trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. I asked Him to forgive my sin on
July 31, 2004. This occurred, by the way, nine months to the day
after I had a dream on October 31/November 1, 2003, where I saw His
eyes. In that dream where I saw the glowing bright eyes of Jesus,
I immediately awoke and sat up in bed and said out loud, "What was
that?!"

It was the Lord calling me. It was nothing I did. It was all Him.
I was going about my life living my life my way. But He called me
out of that darkness, and into His marvelous light.

And here I am now almost 14 years later still amazed at the total
transformation. It didn't come from a book. It wasn't an outside-
in gaining of knowledge when then led to an inside-out push and mass
change in my lifestyle. It was actually an inside-out change that
my own self has pushed back against many times in many ways, but the
change is there rooted deepest within me, and I cannot go back to

It is His Holy Spirit, what the Bible calls "The Comforter," who
comes to all believers to guide them in their life.

It is something all true born again believers have. And it is that
same thing I pray all of you come to know. You'll be amazed at the
change, and it will overwhelm your life toward service for Him. And
it brings such peace with it to weather even torrential storms like
Peter Cheung's multi-month onslaught of over 20 messages per day at
times, and all the spiritual turmoil that goes with it.

Possibly. I have wondered that. Had they issued a warrant to
confiscate his computer and hard drives, and contacted Google,
Facebook and GitHub they could've confirmed the death threats.

That was the name they put on the file. My initial report was
specifically on the death threats and highlighted them primarily.

He forwarded me an email from "rick.c.hodgin...@gmail.com"
this morning showing screenshots taken on his computer (that are 12
hours ahead of where I am), of him filing a complaint on my local
Indiana government website of me "spamming the alt.os.development
group for years" and he gave a URL to the group on Google Groups.

I have not revealed any information about the private emails I have
sent him, but I have told him repeatedly I desire to be his friend,
and to work with him because we have very similar interests. I have
complimented him on his Peter Bochs Debugger, etc. I have asked him
why he is engaging in such attacks when all I have done is write
words? I've asked him why he's been so mean to me, saying horrible
things about my mother and son, and the sheer volume of the attacks.
There are times last October, November, December, when he was post-
ing over 20 messages per day impersonating me, or attacking me.

I have reached out. I'm not sure what to do now. I'll give it some
time and see which way I'm led.

before God Almighty to the point where He was crushed ... yea,
that soul is on the right path because they embraced truth, they
grabbed hold of it with both hands and would not let go.

Based on where you are, you ARE on the right path today. The only
question is ... is the path you're on the right one to be on?

IT IS the right one for where you are, but is it the right one for
where you want to be? Ask yourself that question, and ponder it
when you are alone, in silence, with only you and your thoughts.
Ask yourself if you are on the path you want to be on given the
eternal future ahead of you?

Jesus loves you. It's why He came here to this Earth ... to

It is a false teaching, a teaching of Satan, that we are to have our
"religion" and lives separated, that we are to have "religious things"
over there, and "our lives" in this other area.

Jesus told us to incorporate Him into all aspects of our lives. We
are to seek Him first, for guidance, for knowledge, for wisdom, for
all things, AND THEN move in this world.

You call me "a sinner in [my] own religion." Have you read and studied
the Bible to be able to make that statement? Or are you going by what
you THINK (1) the Bible says, (2) what society says, and (3) what you
personally think?

The Bible is very clear that we are to bring Jesus Christ into all
aspects of our lives. He is to be constantly with us, before us, in
our prayers, in our thoughts, so that we are living for Him and honor-
ing Him with the full fruit of our lives (all we do, including when

Each of us will face judgment before God. Those who have not had
their sin forgiven will also face condemnation into the eternal lake
of fire. That is a fact that non-believers do not see or recognize.

I am trying to teach people you're racing toward a wall of flames at
full speed, and unless you turn away you will impact that wall and
be forever destroyed in those flames.

Go back to the far left and now you're at creation.

Now picture tiny people standing all along that 2" x 4" board. They
were born at a certain time, lived for a certain time, and are all

Science will tell you we evolved and we don't have a purpose, that
we are "star dust" and the like. But that's a lie from Satan designed
to keep you from recognizing the following fact, as God has revealed
in the Bible, so that we would know and not be without proper knowledge
of who we are:

Each of those people has had their bodies on that 2" x 4" for the
duration of their life. But there is more to them than just their
bodies. They each have lines coming down from Heaven, which is a
spirit of life. That line connects THE TRUE PART of their existence
to their body, which can be thought of as an expression or a projec-
tion of their TRUE PART (their soul).

Their bodies may have died in this world, but their souls remain
off the 2" x 4". From their soul's vantage point, they can see the
entire 2" x 4", but from their body on the 2" x 4" at a certain
point, they can only see the area immediately around them.

God can see back and forth across time (across the 2" x 4" as I am
describing). When He sent His Son into the world, it was to be able
to save us. Jesus was born like one of us, grew up like one of us,
lived in this world like one of us, ate, sang, went to the bathroom,
everything ... except He never sinned.

As a result, He was able to become a sacrifice in our place before
God. That's why He came into the Earth. He came here so that He
could be that sacrifice and save us from our own sin, our own folly,
from the death sentence in the eternal lake of fire that is demaned
by a holy, holy, holy, and righteous God.

None of us could ever have been that way because of Adam's sin, but
on top of Adam's sin we each have our own sin.

Jesus succeeded in His task, and went to the cross condemned by man,
yet innocent before God, and God was able to reach across that full
2" x 4" to all of the people who would be saved, and take their sin
off of them and put it on Jesus. This left every person who believes
in Jesus (or who, from the Jews' point of view, looked forward to the
coming Messiah, and God also has saved various people for His own
reasons) completely free from sin, shiny, glowing, righteous before
God, as we were made before sin entered in.

When the last bit of the 2" x 4" is reached (when the final day comes
and there will be no more delay in who will be saved), the end will
come, and every person along that 2" x 4" will be summoned individually
by name to be judged by their actions. Those who were not saved will
receive condemnation and be cast into Hellfire forever. Those who were
saved will be judged and given rewards for what they did for Christ.

The whole point of this mental exercise is to realize that none of the
people who have lived or died are forever lost, except for those who
rejected Jesus (rejected truth, rejected righteousness, rejected the
love of God poured out in all of the forms it's been presented to
every man, woman, and child).

We do not end when we leave this world. We go on. And what I seek for
all people is for them to go on and be saved and shine and glow and be
filled with life and love in eternity with God, no longer constrained
to the 2" x 4" existence we previously knew, but being able to live in
a form that could go back and forth across the 2" x 4" (living outside
of time) and be a part of that amazing future, which the Bible describes
as a literal paradise (where else would God live?).

We do not end when we leave this world. But all who do not have their
sin forgiven will be in the lake of Hellfire forever. All who have
been forgiven will thrive in eternity like the angels, shining on for-
ever.

I teach you these things because I care about you. As I care about
all people ... even Peter Cheung who is trying to do harm to me.

months on average.

Really? What about all of your email-headers posts from a bunch of
emails Peter supposedly sent to someone else which somehow
magically ended up in your possession. Are they not spam? What about
copies of all the emails you supposedly sent to authorities? Are they

here. I don't know why. He did it from his mche...@gmail.com

My concerns are over the confusion Peter and others are placing
in people's minds and thoughts because he posts using my name.

He Himself has been tricked more than once by replying with his
hateful posts to an impersonation post that wasn't from me. Peter
thought it was me and posted hateful content to that poster.

If it weren't for the confusion and people posting under my name,
there would be no new confirmation system.

As for the cyber-bullying ... no. I reported the ~8th death threat
to me and my family. The Hong Kong Police Department labeled it as
"cyber-bullying." Incorrectly in my view. My guess is they did
not do a proper investigation, or else they would've uncovered the
death threats.
