Lets see - we have animals that eat their own young - animals with wings
that don't fly. We have animals with legs that live in water. We have
disease - drought - flood - tsunami - hurricane - earthquakes - volcanos
- and other natural disasters. There have been thousands of wars.
Human children are born with defects - missing limbs - missing parts-
connected to others - with diseases - retardation - autism - and others.
Other animals young are also born with defects as well.
Two thirds of the planet is inhospitable to human life. More than 99% of
the species of animals so far - are extinct (Why create them then?)
There have been hundreds of thousands of religions - will 28 million
different gods being worshiped. The earth is Billions of years older
than the bible claims - among other things that are simply WRONG in the
bible. In fact - we have proof of civilizations that existed before the
hebrew god is claimed to create an earth that was already there. Yet -
no other religion gets the story right either

IT took billions of years for intelligent life to appear on earth - when
non-believers finally evolved from unintelligent theists.

How convienient. Is this by fiat alone or is there any science to support

Look you are making the "watchmakers argument." Everything has to have a
cause, right? To make this argument work, ultimately you have to make a
huge honking exception to its basic premise. You call this "God." I see
this thing you call "God" as a "black box" of things we don't know at the
moment and maybe will never know. I choose to accept that there are things
I don't or can't know. I refuse to make up a silly myth to account for the
unknowns. You might consider that you have simply anthropormorphized and
deified the unknown as silly as that sounds when put that way.

Science relies on observations, formulation of hypotheses based on
obervations, and the subsequent testing of these hypotheses. All
these things are time-dependent thereby rendering science even more
time-dependent.
