frustrating the efforts of the latest script kiddie to
attack sci.crypt, which is why he's attempting to embarrass
them. It's highly unlikely that they are involved in
promoting these festivities (in spite of appearances to the
contrary).

In addition to his sporgery attack, the fruitcake hit upon
the fairly devious trick of setting follow-ups to sci.crypt,
thus getting hundreds of people like yourself to unwittingly
carry his dirty underwear and help prosecute his attack on
sci.crypt.
