This newsgroup does seem to bring out the worst in most people...myself
included.
It provides fun and entertainment, and valued political comment....but it
does seem to bring out the worst, the most critical, the most negative
comments and attitudes...sometimes!

So I wholeheartedly appologise if anything (or everything) I have said in
the past, present or future as caused anyone any distress.

I'm hopefully not a bad person....I support the BNP...but I don't have a
racist bone in my body.
I support them due to their nationalist ideals....I don't and won't support
any racist policies...or any racist or thuggish hangers-on that they may
gather.

I detest nu labour....but it's the ideals that I detest, not the individual
players.
I may despise individual members of nu-labour on a political level.....but
this doesn't mean I hate them personally....I don't know any polititians on
a 'personal' level!

And that aside, I recognise the greed and corruption that was endemic in
Thatcher's and Major's governments....and would no doubt eventually come to
dominate Cameron's government also.....but as it's nu labour who are
currently in charge, they get the stick I'm affraid!

So, my appologies once again if any of my views have pissed anyone off...not
intentional, not personal....and I wish you all the very best for 2009.
All we can do at the end of the day is try to go through life, causing
others as little harm as possible.
As the countryside code says...."take only memories...leave only footprints"

God be with you (if you belive in him/her)...and peace be with you whether
you do or not!

And to you.
I guess I've had quite an introspective day...new year and all.
I was at a store earlier, returning a faulty xmas prezzie...I found myself
launching straight into my usual 'never give an inch' mode...demanding my
refund etc.
The poor sod at the customer services desk really didn't need it...looked
like he was already having a crap enough day...having to go into work on a
bank holiday....he looked close to tears when I left.
I got my refund...but I felt really bad.

I just think we're all going to have to start being a bit nicer to each
other if there is to be any hope for us as a society.

I'm not being nice to B&Q anymore. I bought 6 knobs for a dresser - they
came vacuum packed in plastic. I had to shred the plastic casing to get
the knobs out, fitted 5 and the last one would not screw in. (More
Chinese crap I suppose). They were £12 so I took them back with the
receipt and the top of the box which said B7Q on it, plopped them on the
counter and politely said I was returning them. No, says the woman, not
without the original packaging. Uh uh says I - not necessary (I know
full well how the Sale of Goods Act works0. I looked at her and saw I
was possibly in for a fight, so put a stubborn look on.
I suppose you just don't want them, she said - no said I, they are
faulty - this one won't screw on the bolt. We can give you a replacement
she says, but we will have to remove the packaging and give them to you
as you have returned them. And guess what? She actually cut the
packaging up on the new knobs, and put them one by one in my carrier
bag, put the broken set carefully in the packaging and put the package
under the counter.
What an old bat. I shall think twice before going there again. Some
people really aren't worth being nice to, because they simply have no
intention of being nice to you.

Maybe, hopefully, the stubble-burning that is long overdue will happen
in 2009! It is fascinating to observe us British to see how elastic
our tolerance is before it eventually snaps.

I believe the chap concerned had a mania for wrting things abusive to
ladies on buses and on newspapers, in their presence, in a manner
designed to shock them m'lud.

I'm not sure than when you're that loony already banning you from having

Well yes and no. In one way she was being a jobsworth following the
company rules that said all returned goods must be in their original
packaging, completely daft as you point out but common everywhere, but
at least she supplied a solution to the problem by retaining the
packaging to put the old stuff in, thus satisfying the rule, and you
getting your stuff anyway. I'm not sure that would happen everywhere.

good sense. And while we will no doubt now rant and rave at each other

I would think that most of us here who read his post appreciated it,
some said so. Your reply however didn't contain a glimmer of light, not
the slightest postiveness, not a hint of recognition of the sentiment of
the post to which you replied. I found that rather sad and somewhat
hateful.

Back to normal on ukpm then?

Sadly, the rigid conservatism of the British to preserve what is

argue with others over what they perceive!

Similarly, Aracari finds Margaret Thatcher policies to be very
attractive except for those which even his usual chutzpah means he
cannot defend them in public.

Like you he is conflicted within himself. In his case he hates
New labour so much that he ascribes all ills in modern British
society to it and then sometimes finds he has to defend the same
or more extreme policies implemented by the British right wing in

I suppose it is a case of 'better the devil you know...'. Britain has
had a fairly stable system for a thousand years now, which isn't the
case for most or all of the continent where it can be sometimes as
little as 40 years or so since they adopted their current system. They
thus have less difficulty with change as they are more used to it and
know that good or bad it is likely to change again quite soon anyway?

Dear Chris (Aracari in UPM and othe rnames in other groups),

I use that header when I post to U.P.M. in honor of the views
espoused by a poster who many years ago also used to post to U.P.M.
under my current nym, Hummingbird.

If you're interested then have a look at some of the statements by
Billy and others like him on U.P.M. which I've quote in some recent
posts. Below is a random selection of what I quoted. Google groups
has more examples. Hope this helps.

BTW your Aracari headers have been full of rather insulting
statements about posters in A.C.F. but in thatgroup people know you
are prone to grand exaggeration, well lies actually, so no one much
bothers themselves to question you about them

All for now.

Franklin
(also known as "Hummingbird" in U.P.M.)

------------------- START ------------------
Hello Aracari

Based on what you say there must be another person, called Chris
Millbank, posting as Hummingbird. That must be the Chris Millbank
who got very upset when Jon started a thread in ACF a year or two ago
called "Hummingbird, This Is Your Life".

Then that Chris Millbank said he didn't want his previous messages
reposting because he had foolishly said a lot about himself and since
then he had made very many enemies who would be only too pleased to
know about him.

That's the Hummingbird I'm referring to. Very right wing views which
Billy in U.P.M. pointed out. Holocaust denier, etc. Takes an
interest in BNP affairs and has even reposted their material.
Condoned paedophilia, necrophilia, cannibalism, sadistic, brutality,
masochism and human sacrifice in UP - behaviour which any sane
society would see as dangerously immoral. Then lied about the
condoning!

It is also said about Chris that

"You have been rumbled but still lie in your teeth
without any trace of shame. However, I am glad you
directed me to Google because I have found out how
you achieved your deviousness".

Nice commentary

On that last point about Hummingbird's fundamental dishonesty,
it was that dishonesty which made people run Hummingbird out of
uk.politics.misc. Below are just one poster's comments about
Hummingbird.

In the thread "More On Ken Bigley", poster Billy says this in
Oct 2004:

Notice I got rid of the pest with the tag of
"hummingbird" from this newsgroup. A process which
you deemed as "boring". In this, I was ... persistent
No shying away. No compromises. No giving in. All the
above - even to the point of "boredom". However, the
result proves the value of the effort.

And elsewhere Billy says to Hummingbird/Chris:

What about a person (yourself) who condoned
paedophilia, necrophilia, cannibalism, sadistic
brutality, masochism and human sacrifice - behaviour
which any sane society would see as dangerously
immoral - and then lied about this condoning (when
you realised how it exposed your immoral idiocy)
and also you deviously exclude all your postings from
archiving so that your duplicity cannot be checked out
(or so you hope).

That quote above sounds awfully familiar, doesn't it.
Humminbird's bad behavior just goes on:

This is a good one, folks! The Queer Bird with
the tag "hummingbird" is appealing for 100% honesty!
But he is the person who dishonestly makes sure all
his postings are excluded from archives - such as
Google - so that no-one can check up on him regarding
previous claims or statements he made. Very honest!!!!

And on:

.... can make all sorts of claims about what they did
say and also can deny what they did say - whichever
suits their purpose. This deviousness is an aspect of
the queer bird with the tag of hummingbird. He is
obviously a person unaffected by the normal shame a
person should feel from any act of deceit.

Elsewhere there is more:

This constitutes a deceitful act not worthy of a poster
with any integrity. However, his action seems to echo his
Libertarian belief that anything goes and morality is an
obstruction to "free" behaviour. But worse - and in the
case of the person in question: He is an EVIL BIRD who
should "fly away" in shame (if he has any?) from this and
any other newsgroup - and never return. But if he persists
in staying (because of lack of shame?) then anyone is
entitled to remind him that he is a person who readily
enters into deceit - and is therefore without credibility
and represents a waste of space in any newsgroup.

In "AN EVIL BIRD", Billy sees Hummingbird's stalking tactics:

I notice from your postings that you are making use of
an independent database facility called "ztree" which
can be found on www.ztree.com No doubt by this you are
able to archive all your postings independently in
your "secret cupboard" where no-one can see them - but
you can retrieve them at anytime using keywords....

By making these half-truths you show ou are psychopathic.
You can lie and distort through your teeth - without
shame ...

You are an evil sod - without any shadow of a doubt.
You have been rumbled but still lie in your teeth without
any trace of shame. However, I am glad you directed me to
Google because I have found out how you achieved your
deviousness.

I get a very strong sense of deja vu. All the things we might
get to see here for the first time in Hummingbird turn out to
have been his enduring traits for many years.

I know you're not supportive of my solution to give him a good
thwack but I find it can be tempting to sort all this out in one
go every time I'm reminded about how chronic the problem is.

Which, as we all can guess, probably *wasn't* the real Hummingbird.

Just like you're *not* the real "Kinky" Friedman, as you claim you are.

Nor are you "Ari Silverstein".

Your real name is Frank J. Camper.

Hello Frank J Camper,

You'll have a helluva big job producing evidence of those claims.
But since when did criminal trailer trash ever require evidence?

If such was written by a homo, then it's almost certainly by
Franklin or you. After all, your alter ego did spend time in the
slammer and we all know what goes on in there. Right?

btw - did you know Franklin is a Neo-Nazi?

ROTFL.

Read about Frank J Camper here:

--
Frank J. Camper is a redneck neo-nazi with connections to the
KKK and spent years in jail for a serious crime. He used to run
a mercenary training camp for wannabe terrorists, sometimes
referred to as a "glorified paint-balling training camp".
He was eventually apprehended by the FBI and prosecuted for
a serious crime committed in California...

Frank J. Camper's sordid, criminal life:
http://thegallopingbeaver.blogspot.com/2006/08/terrorist-threat-boys-from-birmingham.html

"Camper was arrested in 1986 and charged with conspiracy
to blow up the cars of three women in California.
He was found guilty and sentenced to nine years in prison.
On appeal, one of the charges was overturned.
That isn't the telling part of that tale though. During the
trial and again during the appeal he claimed to be a high-level
US government intelligence agent. He was invited to prove it.
He could produce no evidence nor a credible witness to verify
his claim and the assertion was dismissed."

I also remember Hummingbird/Chris posting making that post.

On another occasion altogether he lists more news servers. It was
the time he was referring to his *database* of ACF posts that he
uses for stalking posters.

I believe he's also got a database of every post made to U.P.M.
Aracari's posts used to contain the same sort of database indexing
words in their headers.

In <http://preview.tinyurl.com/6unm2t>. Hummingbird/Chris writes:

it automagically merges them to produce a
single list for its own message base. Then
your news client (TB etc) downloads from
that.

In my case, I pull from:

-giganews
-NIN
-motzarella
-news.readfreenews
-aioe

That post's headers contain these keywords and URLs for use in his
stalking database. Google Groups shows them clearly.

Do tell. My altar ego was buttfucked by a priest named Chris Milbank. On
the altar.

I use many posting servers to keep ahead of being detected.
I might use astra. Sometimes I use aioe. I also like individual.

I rarely use plusnet. Often my killfile never works."

You quoted the wrong thing, Frank.
