453 Old Hope Princeton Way 24 hour Mc Donald's as I exited there last night there was a White pickup truck with 2 ppl in it both Caucasian white bedding hanging out the drivers side window the bed of full of stuff on Corbett St. behind the place along with 4 other trucks and RV's.
The place I am staying at was used as a backdrop for the scene where Rambo (Sylvester Stallone ) yanks a guy off a moving motorcycle they have a pic of that in the lobby though it is in black and white. Various signs remind you of the fact the movie was filmed here saw it 3 times. The 40th anniversary party of the filming of the movie brought one of the actors back though not John Cena or Stallone Global News reported on it.
At the McDonald's some fat guy was with 2 male children one of the children wearing a black shirt loudly said as I waited to pick up my order, "The library will have to get a copy of Mien Kampf." The fatso started telling ppl if they hung out with me or tried they would get lit. I loudly retorted, "Who would be afraid of that old fatso?" The guy kept on talking at one point assuring the two children that I would not be able to find them he also stated that Arthur Topham should not be messed with. As I exited the restaurant having had my meal I told ppl to look up Arthur Topham's court battle over his dead son's estate if they cared. Most intelligent comment of the others, " He is just passing through town." Asian male with child was sitting by fatso he was texting whole paragraphs to someone as he was in front of me for the food order his arm shaking in fear or early Parkinson's.
The Library here is decent 8 computers for public use never all in use. 2 hour time limit but they just extended my time for an hour without my asking the young librarian gave me the middle finger for some reason. Way to go Valley Helicopters for sponsoring the public washroom. The other day a tall young White young man was giving me the gears for threatening to cripple "Joe" I took off my headphones looked him in his dark eyes and said," You want me to repeat it? ". Just 15 minutes later a White guy 50ish with a red wings shoes t shirt grey unkempt hair started getting all upset went red in the face hit the computer monitor twice the 2 female staffers asked him to leave he yelled at them said he was going to trash the computer area they backed off he said he was going to file a report I told him to go ahead but do that elsewhere he fumed said a few things but left. Where was the tall young man concerned about Joe beats me but after the monitor hitter left he appeared 15 minutes later. Tall Indo male RCMP officer came into the library the next day and talked to staff. Been going to libraries for 48 years I guess been in libraries all over the country seen fights in a few (no one went to hospital) but this was the first time I saw someone hit equipment and threaten to trash the place.
The wooden carvings are neat. How many wood carvings are in Hope BC?
In Hope, you will quickly notice the 80 plus chainsaw carvings proudly displayed around the town center. Hope has been appropriately tagged as the Chainsaw Carving Capital. The Owl Laundromat 19855 Owl St across the street is good only $3 for wash and $3 for dry they can do it for you if you want to pay double. Clean and they have a FM radio/CD player you can listen to. My only complaint was I drove right past it at night as I did not see the sign.
Saw last night a White guy 60ish unkempt screaming racist insults at a young turban wearing man who did not engage with him the unkept man did not follow him. Hours later I went to to the grocery store by Field's to buy some tape and the unkempt man was lying on the ground like a dog inside the store. I think it was the same man throwing around a empty plastic bottle
at City Hall earlier in the day the bottle was still there this morning so I put it in the recycling bin.

I donated $750 through the website. Please if possible use the money for the food bank part of your charity. Saw the Lookout van the other day and while doing my laundry at Owl Laundromat today saw a homeless person in a tent at the abandoned house across the street the 3 houses there are all vacant BDS plans to build something there. Saw at least 5 homeless ppl today or at least real poor looking. Former homeless person myself glad I can help out. Read in the Hope Standard that Hope, BC has 6,500 ppl 11 ppl died of fatal overdoses last year and 200 hampers were handed out for Dec. 25. Corbett St. has 5 trucks or RV's on it one had bedding hanging out the driver's side the bed of the truck loaded with stuff last night as I exited McDonald's.

QUESNEL, B.C. – Convicted B.C. hatemonger Arthur Topham has been sentenced to a 30-day conditional sentence plus three years probation, after failing to comply with the terms of his previous probation.
Friday's sentencing comes a month after Topham had been found guilty of breach of probation, following a prior conviction for wilfully promoting hatred against Jews in 2017.
His conditions include a ban on posting any online content related to Jewish people, the Jewish religion, Israel and Israelis, and/or Zionism.
Topham was first charged in 2012, after he had called for Jews to be forcibly sterilized, claimed that Canada is “controlled by the Zionist Jew lobby,” and described Jewish places of worship as “synagogues of Satan.” He was convicted by a jury in November of 2015.
Topham then launched a failed constitutional challenge to Canada’s hate speech laws, which delayed his sentencing until March of 2017. Though facing a maximum penalty of two years in prison, he received a mere six-month curfew and ban on posting online. B’nai Brith condemned this development at the time as a “mere slap on the wrist,” warning that it failed to establish a deterrent against future offences.
Topham was also ordered not to post “any information about persons of Jewish religion or ethnic origin” to the internet for a period of two years. He proceeded to violate this term of his probation by posting antisemitic material, leading to further charges earlier this year.
“This decision is a positive development in the fight against antisemitism and hate speech in Canada,” said Michael Mostyn, Chief Executive Officer of B’nai Brith Canada. “We need accountability for inciting hatred in this country, and Topham can now serve as an example to remind people that there are real consequences for these sorts of actions against your fellow citizens.”
Both Topham’s original conviction and his re-arrest for breach of probation were made possible through the work of Harry Abrams, a long-time B’nai Brith volunteer based in British Columbia.

I have known Arthur Topham as editor of Radical Press for approximately
15 years and he has always expressed his opinions openly without
prejudice and he has no expectations of persuasion or transference on
behalf of the reader. He often expresses radical assumptions and
provides interesting conjecture through his editorials. His aptly named
former newspaper and website “Radical Press” should indicate to any free
thinking intelligent individual the challenging level of his discourse.
As a person who believes very strongly in the fundamental right of ALL
Canadians to be able to express their opinions and views without fear of
legal repercussions I wish to register my dissatisfaction with the fact
that special lobby groups in Canada are attempting to use the Canadian
Human Rights Act and Sec. 13(1) to stop their fellow Canadians from
expressing their opinions and beliefs on matters of importance to Canada.
I strongly feel that a person’s right to speak their mind in an open,
civil and truthful manner on political, social and religious issues of
the day is crucial to an understanding of how our society and the world
at large works and that a person’s viewpoint should not be censored
merely because it disagrees with either the status quo or the position
of another interest group with differing political views.
Judging from how this Sec. 13(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act has
been used to unfairly penalize free expression in Canada I believe that
this legislation should be removed from the CHR Act and that issue of
“hate crimes” should be dealt with as in the Criminal Code of Canada
where a person thus charged has the right to a fair trial in a court of
law with either a Judge or a Judge and Jury.

This is a copy of the email I recently sent to Kamloops city councillour Denis Walsh regarding his gushing support back in 1998 to now twice convicted Jew hater Arthur Topham. He refuses to repudiate his views expressed in 1998 regarding Arthur Topham. Why is he still on Kamloops City Council? Is Kamloops a hot bed of anti-Semitic behavior and views? I have of course been to your town and I never noticed anything like that. There are of course some very rich billionairre business ppl Jews why would they want to invest in Kamloops with a man like this on city council? I have also emailed the Kamloops Film Society since Mr.Wash's bio says he was or is a member and of course he runs a video store. Jews are throughout the film industry obviously. If you ppl want to endorse Mr.Walsh and Arthur Topham maybe you could hold a
Leni Riefenstahl film festival. Mr.Walsh also was on the human rights Committee at TRU so I am contacting them.

At the McDonald's some fat guy was with 2 male children one of the children wearing a black shirt loudly said as I waited to pick up my order, "The library will have to get a copy of Mien Kampf." The fatso started telling ppl if they hung out with me or tried they would get lit. I loudly retorted, "Who would be afraid of that old fatso?" The guy kept on talking at one point assuring the two children that I would not be able to find them he also stated that Arthur Topham should not be messed with. As I exited the restaurant having had my meal I told ppl to look up Arthur Topham's court battle over his dead son's estate if they cared. Most intelligent comment of the others, " He is just passing through town." Asian male with child was sitting by fatso he was texting whole paragraphs to someone as he was in front of me for the food order his arm shaking in fear or early Parkinson's.
The Library here is decent 8 computers for public use never all in use. 2 hour time limit but they just extended my time for an hour without my asking the young librarian gave me the middle finger for some reason. The other day a tall young White young man was giving me the gears for threatening to cripple "Joe" I took off my headphones looked him in his dark eyes and said," You want me to repeat it? ". Just 15 minutes later a White guy 50ish with a red wings shoes t shirt grey unkempt hair started getting all upset went red in the face hit the computer monitor twice the 2 female staffers asked him to leave he yelled at them said he was going to trash the computer area they backed off he said he was going to file a report I told him to go ahead but do that elsewhere he fumed said a few things but left. Where was the tall young man concerned about Joe beats me but after the monitor hitter left he appeared 15 minutes later. Tall Indo male RCMP officer came into the library the next day and talked to staff. Been going to libraries for 48 years I guess been in libraries all over the country seen fights in a few (no one went to hospital) but this was the first time I saw someone hit equipment and threaten to trash the place.

Saw the Lookout van the other day and while doing my laundry at Owl Laundromat today saw a homeless person in a tent at the abandoned house across the street the 3 houses there are all vacant BDS plans to build something there. Saw at least 5 homeless ppl today or at least real poor looking. Former homeless person myself glad I can help out. Read in the Hope Standard that Hope, BC has 6,500 ppl 11 ppl died of fatal overdoses last year and 200 hampers were handed out for Dec. 25. Corbett St. has 5 trucks or RV's on it one had bedding hanging out the driver's side the bed of the truck loaded with stuff last night as I exited McDonald's.

QUESNEL, B.C. – Convicted B.C. hatemonger Arthur Topham has been sentenced to a 30-day conditional sentence plus three years probation, after failing to comply with the terms of his previous probation.
Friday's sentencing comes a month after Topham had been found guilty of breach of probation, following a prior conviction for wilfully promoting hatred against Jews in 2017.
His conditions include a ban on posting any online content related to Jewish people, the Jewish religion, Israel and Israelis, and/or Zionism.
Topham was first charged in 2012, after he had called for Jews to be forcibly sterilized, claimed that Canada is “controlled by the Zionist Jew lobby,” and described Jewish places of worship as “synagogues of Satan.” He was convicted by a jury in November of 2015.
Topham then launched a failed constitutional challenge to Canada’s hate speech laws, which delayed his sentencing until March of 2017. Though facing a maximum penalty of two years in prison, he received a mere six-month curfew and ban on posting online. B’nai Brith condemned this development at the time as a “mere slap on the wrist,” warning that it failed to establish a deterrent against future offences.
Topham was also ordered not to post “any information about persons of Jewish religion or ethnic origin” to the internet for a period of two years. He proceeded to violate this term of his probation by posting antisemitic material, leading to further charges earlier this year.
“This decision is a positive development in the fight against antisemitism and hate speech in Canada,” said Michael Mostyn, Chief Executive Officer of B’nai Brith Canada. “We need accountability for inciting hatred in this country, and Topham can now serve as an example to remind people that there are real consequences for these sorts of actions against your fellow citizens.”
Both Topham’s original conviction and his re-arrest for breach of probation were made possible through the work of Harry Abrams, a long-time B’nai Brith volunteer based in British Columbia.

15 years and he has always expressed his opinions openly without

former newspaper and website “Radical Press” should indicate to any free
thinking intelligent individual the challenging level of his discourse.
As a person who believes very strongly in the fundamental right of ALL
Canadians to be able to express their opinions and views without fear of
legal repercussions I wish to register my dissatisfaction with the fact
that special lobby groups in Canada are attempting to use the Canadian
Human Rights Act and Sec. 13(1) to stop their fellow Canadians from
expressing their opinions and beliefs on matters of importance to Canada.
I strongly feel that a person’s right to speak their mind in an open,
civil and truthful manner on political, social and religious issues of
the day is crucial to an understanding of how our society and the world
at large works and that a person’s viewpoint should not be censored
merely because it disagrees with either the status quo or the position
of another interest group with differing political views.
Judging from how this Sec. 13(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act has
been used to unfairly penalize free expression in Canada I believe that
this legislation should be removed from the CHR Act and that issue of
“hate crimes” should be dealt with as in the Criminal Code of Canada
where a person thus charged has the right to a fair trial in a court of
law with either a Judge or a Judge and Jury.

This is a copy of the email I recently sent to Kamloops city councillour Denis Walsh regarding his gushing support back in 1998 to now twice convicted Jew hater Arthur Topham. He refuses to repudiate his views expressed in 1998 regarding Arthur Topham. Why is he still on Kamloops City Council? Is Kamloops a hot bed of anti-Semitic behavior and views? I have of course been to your town and I never noticed anything like that. There are of course some very rich billionairre business ppl Jews why would they want to invest in Kamloops with a man like this on city council? I have also emailed the Kamloops Film Society since Mr.Wash's bio says he was or is a member and of course he runs a video store. Jews are throughout the film industry obviously. If you ppl want to endorse Mr.Walsh and Arthur Topham maybe you could hold a
Leni Riefenstahl film festival. Mr.Walsh also was on the human rights Committee at TRU so I am contacting them.
