Quick reference: conversions.ccL170 on "// ES6 18.2.5 parseInt(string, radix) " points to the correct section in the spec, but scrolling down to L370 "ParseInternal", there are the comments referring to section 15.1.2.2 (i.e., "if R is not 2, 4, 6, 8, 10..."). This spec is now in 18.2.5.13 for ECMA2018 (and for the ECMA2020 draft)
