I'll give it a try. I generally run them between 35 & 40 psi with no issues.

No offense, I'm really good about seating the wheel in the dropouts. Seems that the Synergy rims are a deep well per Jan's Compass article and can be hard to seat. I suspect Eric ' s inflation recommendation will resolve the issue. Or I can add an extra layer of rim tape to make the well shallower.

Not trying to offend or anything like that but I would start by making sure the wheel is properly seated in the dropouts. If that is not the issue then I would raise the psi as mentioned above. Good luck
