[CLI-UPDATE] v1.4 Interactive Previews and GitHub Codespaces

A new version 1.4  PreTeXt-CLI for authoring and deploying PreTeXt documents has been released on the Python Package Index at https://pypi.org/project/pretext/ (formerly pretextbook).

Update from a previous 1.x release with:

pip install pretext –upgrade

(To update from a pre-1.0 version, first uninstall the old pretextbook package using `pip unistall pretextbook`).

Users of existing projects may consider comparing their project's configuration files, especially requirements.txt, with the files generated by the following command and make appropriate updates.

pretext init --refresh

This release includes the ability to generate previews (and QR codes) for interactive elements, adds support for setting up a GitHub codespace (use pretext init --refresh to get the .devcontainer), and updates the core PreTeXt functionality.
