The same people who take this election rhetoric serious are the same people
who take this newsgroup serious. It is hootable to watch.

Media are in the business of selling hype, same as are the candidates. As
the candidates stretch the truth about themselves and each other, so do
media. At this time, Hillary has one less delegate than does Obama, and I
think Huckleberry and Romney are 24/25, or mebbe 25/24. McCain has about 11
mebbe. It has just begun, and media are acting like it's all over but the
slow walking and low singing.

Super Tuesday looms, and it should be fun.

"When all of the declared superdelegates in the nation are tallied,
Clinton roars into the lead with 183 total delegates to Obama's 78."
So says Darren Abrecht of McClatchy.

Of course, superdelegates can change their collective mind. So it
ain't over until the Democratic National convention casts their
vote.

Actually, it's usually over months before the convention. But you
never know. This convention could be different.
