Notice of Annual general meeting

The Annual General meeting will be held on Friday 26th February 2021, at Taipa Sailing Club, Auckland after sailing on the first day of the National Championships.

 

The Committee reserves the right to hold this meeting before sailing on the same day should sailing be significantly deferred by the race officer due to unsuitable sailing conditions.

 

If you are unable to attend you may provide a written proxy to your selected representative.  This should be done in writing, I suggest an email will be the most convenient method.

1. Minutes from the 2020 AGM
2. The Agenda for the 2021 AGM
3. The 2020 Financial/Cashbook Report
