AGM notice

The Annual General meeting will be held on Saturday 25th March 2023, at Waiuku Yacht Club, Auckland after sailing on the second day of the National Championships.

 

The Committee reserves the right to hold this meeting before sailing on the same day should sailing be significantly deferred by the race officer due to unsuitable sailing conditions.

 

If you are unable to attend you may provide a written proxy to your selected representative.  This should be done in writing, I suggest an email will be the most convenient method.

2. The Agenda for the 2023 AGM
3. The 2022 Financial/Cashbook Report
