Thanks Brian, but after trying again several times today, still nothing.
Is there a specific science to doing this or is it really that simple and I am not getting it?

My best,
Rob

    Hi Antonio,

Ahh...I see what happened now. You're right that is our fault. It looked
at that mailing several times now and failed because of it when it should
have only failed once there. Sorry about that and thanks for letting me
know! I should have this fixed by tomorrow.

    Thank you,
    Brian Armstrong

Hi Brian, first of all great product you have here.
Now I tried importing a small test list in CSV format but keep getting
"Import Failed :(" message. My ID is 581.

I have tried several ways but keep getting the same message.

    Any help is much appreciated.
    ciao,
    Rob (Amsterdam, Holland)

    Hi Rob,

You may have encountered the same error as Antonio above if you:

    1. did an import which failed
    2. did a different (valid) import but got the same failure message
    from the first import

Apologies for the trouble. It should be fixed now. If your feed id
is 581 I don't see any imports for it though. Perhaps you deleted the
old feed and started over? If so that's fine. Thanks!

Hi Rob,

Was the error message identical both times?  If so it was probably the previous problem which should be fixed now.  If not, importing is still tricky.  The list has to pass 3 checks for bounces, unsubscribes, and complaints to ensure it passes.  There aren't any tricks to this other than importing a very clean list, and sometimes exporting from an existing provider with bad addresses removed (when possible).  Hope it helps!

Thank you,
Brian Armstrong
