Import Failed

Hi Brian,
I've tried several times to import a list of 375 email address and I
keep getting the message "import failed" due to the file format:
"Please check the format of the file you uploaded and make sure it
contains email addresses in CSV format."
My Feed ID is 597

I was trying to transition my website from Feedburner to Feedmailpro.
Last week my newsletter was sent to 103 people of 112 importing.
Today it was sent to ONLY 6 PEOPLE. What is going on? I am wondering
if I should change back to Feedburner as soon as possible. This is

All Newsletters Bouncing?

I recently set up part of my feed and after a few days they are all
bouncing. I wanted to move all of my subscribers from Feedburner,
but need to figure out why they are bouncing. They are all good
addresses that have been subscribers for awhile.

Why does it still show "Importing"

Hi Brian, I recently started a new feed and imported 22 new
subscribers. I've since sent 2 newsletters out, spaced more than 24
hours apart. The 1st newsletter was sent to 12 subscribers and 2nd
newsletter has been sent to all 22 of those subscribers. But it still
says "(22 Importing)" in the feed. Please help.... more »

Hi,
I've tried to import my list a few times, and first it says,
importing.....check back. But then I go back and nothing has changed.
I'm trying to import a .csv file with 375 subscribers. I understand
that they may not receive the posts immediately, but I understood that
they are added, with the status "importing", then later, it switches... more »

Newsletter not sending out

Hi Brian,
My newsletter for The School of Personal Excellence is not sending
out. It's already been over 24 hours (since the post) and the next
mailing is stuck at "Jun 05" (it's already Jun 06 now) while the
newsletter for my other feed The Personal Excellence Blog has already
been sent out. Can you help me check what's wrong?... more »

is there a way to tweak the code so that subscribers get the default
"check your email for confirmation..." and on that form there is a
link to "return to previous page" or whatever...or even the homepage?
Or maybe it could be a popup screen that tells them this that they
could just X out of?... more »
