Bari Weiss and Zaid Jilani: A Neo-Con Racist Marriage Made in Tikvah Tablet Heaven!
When I received Bari Weiss’ Tuesday e-mail, I was not sure which “notes” bucket to put it in – it could have gone into the Anti-Asian Jews notes, but I decided to leave it in the Tikvah Tablet:
For those not following Weiss and her “Common Sense,” she does take outside contributors; so long as they are Straussian Neo-Con racists!

If you thumb through news articles from the past few days or read over statements from leading politicians, you’d imagine that the Ku Klux Klan is responsible for the spree of robberies, assaults and murders of Asian-Americans across the nation. The phrase “white supremacy” is used repeatedly. The Root’s Damon Young, for instance, took the occasion of the shooting to declare that “whiteness is a pandemic.” While it’s true that the shooter in Atlanta was a young white man, there is no evidence that he was a “white supremacist,” as Young writes. The facts we know so far suggest that he was motivated by perverse sexual beliefs, not racial hatred.
Weiss did not have the guts to write her own attack on the Asian activists – so she got a Muslim to do it for her!
The following passage could have been written by Weiss herself:
I suspect that many white liberals — ridden with guilt over American history and biases that still exist among the white majority — believe they are doing minorities like me a favor by denying us the responsibility of addressing our own prejudices. Critical race theorists often argue that the true definition of racism should be prejudice plus power, implying that only whites can be racist But hidden within that construction is the assumption that minorities can never be powerful.
The idea is not only to make White racists like Weiss feel better, but to argue against those fighting their racism.

Boyarin’s inaugural Tikvah Tablet article is written for his fellow academics, as the lay reader will have no real of who Saul Lieberman was or why you should read his monumental studies of Hellenism and Judaism.

Reading the pompous insider tribute to Professor Lieberman, it is clear that his Tikvah Tablet series will be more about his view of the Talmud than that of Lieberman and his JTS peers.

This time we have another of her Neo-Con Pitbulls Lee Smith going nuclear on Biden because of the Trump-Kushner HASBARAH, and in the process manages to carry even more of the Trump water on Russia:
No, “election interference” is a staple of American political discourse. More particularly it is the rhetoric through which the Democratic Party now pushes information operations, like the Russiagate conspiracy theory holding that Russia interfered with the 2016 vote to put Trump in the White House. News of the canceled visit by the Israeli prime minister was eagerly pushed in the press and on social media by Obama’s Israel point man Dan Shapiro through his proprietary Israel wing of the echo chamber.
Putin the Killer could not have said it better!

the article.
His ultimate aim is the HASBARAH:
For decades the professional peace processors warned that there could be no stability in the Middle East unless there was a comprehensive settlement to the Palestinian issue. By giving the Palestinians unbridled veto power, the Beltway establishment also ensured their job security. As long as the Palestinians said no, the peace processors were still in business. Trump and his son-in-law Jared Kushner wondered why the wise men held them in contempt for making peace. What they didn’t understand was that making peace meant the wise men were fired.
And Iran:
The alliance between Israel and the Gulf states is an impediment to the dream of a reempowered, nuclear-armed Iran backed by the United States, which was Obama’s main foreign policy aim—and an affront to peace processors convinced of their own never-ending importance. The Biden administration apparently aims to sink the accords by penalizing Israel and its peace partners for getting too close, and returning the Palestinians to center stage—in order to prepare the ground for reentering the Iran deal.
Get ready for four years of this – it has only just begun.

You may wonder, of course, how wise it is to cheer for disruption when it comes from the direction of a behemoth like Google, which has long forgotten its early, unofficial motto—Don’t Be Evil—and which is now closer to a security state keeping tabs on all of its citizens than it is to a cheerful startup improving online search.
