There are several facebook pages that are easy to find and you will get answers to most of your questions on pages like; Eastern Caribbean Cruisers' Discussions (mostly unmoderated) https://www.facebook.com/groups/132087906871838/

Hi Carolyn,
We now have our US visas and are ready to move on, heading to Rodney Bay. Ant tips for arrival here?

Anchorage off the marina entrance or off Pigeon Island are both good with plenty of space to anchor in 5-6 meters. Several boats came in at night and anchored just beyond the ones already there.
The marina has red and green lights marking the beginning and the end of the channel – there are leading markers but not easy to see at night. The marina opens at 8Am and monitors channel 16 and 10 but is not swift to answer. Tel 758 572 7300. There is lots of space in the marina and also in the mooring field just beyond the marina. Customs was happy with people coming in by dinghy as two of the boats near to us dinghied in to customs with no problem.
Rodney Bay has a cruisers net at 8:30 on channel 68 daily except Sunday.
Any other questions please feel free to contact us and we will try to find the answer – we will be here mooring field for at least two weeks.
