And now, if you want, the group rolls on for its fourth year. If you are planning an independent Atlantic crossing this could be the group for you.

Welcome to a group promoting sharing of ideas and information on crossing the Atlantic east to west.  17 boats moored in Marina di Ragusa on the island of Sicily discovered they had a common purpose and began to share resources for their crossing in 2013.  Some boats had done it before some not. They have now very kindly passed the group on so that boats crossing independently in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 can have the benefit of their experience. 

There are no eligibilty requirements and membership is open to all who are interested.  Rude behaviour or general loutishness will probably lead to your removal from the group.  We are all here to learn and share.  We all know there is NO right way to do this thing but there are a whole lot of wrong ways.  All we want to do is change the odds in our favour.
