Braille keyboard commands for creating a new folder on I-pad Pro

Can someone please let me know what are the commands for creating a new folder on the I-pad Pro? Can you start from when one gets to the "files" app on the device?

one way to do it. tap share on a file.
choose save to files. then your first choice is new folder.
