IMPORTANT! One would think a major threat as such would be documented and/or
reported to law enforcement BUT neither has been done simply because I never
said such to Sara Salzman via a web page, an e-mail, United States Parcel
Service mail, USENET posting etc. One would think if I had replied to a Sara
Salzman post with such threats then attorney Edeiken would have been able to
present the document to court complete with all headers with References and
Message IDs and one would expect numerous other people would have jumped on my
post and those would have been proofs too!

ISP were presented and shown to be a forgery as well! I happened to run across a
Pennsylvania State Legal web site on about February 10, 2005 that had a PDF file
showing all the subpoena forms and they were quite elaborate with scrolling
artwork on them like one finds on money and stock certificates! The copy of
Yale's subpoena to my ISP is plain and simple and it had no artwork, no stamp,
nor signature other than Yale F. Edeiken's! IOW his "subpoena" looks homemade
and it is no wonder why he didn't turn it over to the court as required by law!
Care to explain that discrepancy?
