This maybe playing baseball or football with a horrible mean streak-yes I will be the first to try to break the linebakers legs any way I can. Or it may be standing in my living room on a Sunday morning and out of the blue I put my hands on my hips and sing "I am woman, hear me roar" with Katherine Hepburn's voice.
Sexually I am gay in the bedroom, but I am Steve first. Being gay does not define who I am, but my life does. I don't belong to one group, nor really care to. I am comfortable with who I am, and would like to surround myself with similar people.

might if she suffered an "accident" during menstruation. Of the five
wounds, the belly wound hurt the most. Her belly felt like it was on
fire, like it would burst, her guts were tied in knots. She realized she
was still standing, and that it might be a good time to fall over.
She was dimly aware that the sergeant was standing over her, cutting
through her wrist ropes with his knife. "The shots were well placed. It
will take you a while to bleed to death, Miss Cox. I hope you won't mind

But this is not an appeal about a personal injury case in the classic sense,
it is an appeal about jurisdiction. It would appear that your appeal has to
do with more with Judge Reibman than it does with Tavish. If you would
happen to be victorious, the judgment would be reinstated and sent back down
to Reibman for further proceedings.

I had no intentions of using you as a "club". My questions were
sincere and I intended no implication of anything of the sort. I
sincerely appreciate your frank answers without insulting me as they
did. I really thought my truce offer would be accepted by everyone
because I really wanted to stop the insult contest.I was very
dissappointed when Sara was the only one to even accept the offer.
Their insults were absolutely unnecessary and their accusations false.

Yes, it's pretty complicated.
If you're having trouble understanding the Ellis/Blakely situation, then you
probably won't understand the Bradbury situation either. It might be best if
you stayed clear of it...if you start giving out opinions without knowing
the facts, then you might offend people again.
Anyway, if you *do* want to get involved with the Bradbury situation, here
are a few things you should know:
I know there's the old saying, "It takes two to have a fight", but Poor Mr.
Bradbury is the exception to that. Mr. Edeiken hasn't posted on the group
for the past few months, but Bradbury's been attacking him all along. He's
also started libelling Mrs. Edeiken, who has never posted here and has never
communicated with him in any way. So if you want to bring peace to the
newsgroup, you'll need to start by figuring out how to convince Bradbury to
shut up.
I also think that "feud" is the wrong word to use; it implies that both
parties are in the wrong. That's not the case here. Personally, I'm hoping
that Mr. Edeiken *doesn't* "make peace"; I'm hoping that he keeps at it
until Bradbury has finally paid for his crimes.

There are ten judges (including senour hudges) sitting in Lehigh County. It

OK. I've always found that the best way to avoid subjects is by avoiding

(So if you're repulsed by discussions of pedophilia, you might not want to

Also, just to clarify Ellis/Blakely's stalking. I think his *primary* motive
is that's he's trying to intimidate Ms. Salzman into silence by posting
veiled threats against her family.
Pedophilia could be one of his *secondary* motives, but right now I don't

This post to which I am responding was perpetrated by a group of neo-nazis
who harass Jews, gays, and those who speak out to expose their bigotry. In
addition to posting material such as this they employ such vicious tactics
as direct criminal harassment of "enemies" and their families, signing them
up for span email, defamation and invasion of privacy and direct workplace
harassment.

This individual is both an anti-Semitic and anti-gay activist. The reason
for his anti-Semitism is unknown but his anti-gay stance is seemingly based
on personal fears about his own sexuality. He has published many of his
fantasies which are homoerotic in nature and fix upon violent or forced
homoerotic acts.
Those who are opposed to such abuses of the internet are encouraged to
