In a recent post, the supposed High Priest, "storm",
who is a suffocating elitist snob with a head the
size of Chicago, decided to resort to using what
he thinks is magick to drive me away:

I tell you once.
I tell you twice.
I tell you thrice.

Go away.

This is my will. So mote it be.

-storm

http://groups.google.com/group/alt.religion.wicca/msg/4fe9b7e398185410

What's next? Is he going to make a little doll with my
image on it and stick pins in it?

Sacrifice a rooster to the fictional Wiccan God and Godess on the
stroke of midnight and ask them to smite me?

This is the biggest problem with Wicca: It's membership,
including its clergy, want to learn magick, they want to be
magicians, but they don't want to do any real work and they don't
want to change.

So they just give themselves the equivalent of little badges
that say "I a Magician" and learn a few empty rituals based on
fictional psuedo-magick and buy some paraphernelia and they think
that's it.

They learn to talk the talk but not to walk the walk.

Magick requires real work. Solo work. That work can't be turned
into an evening of social entertainment. And it changes you. You
cannot remain the same person and become a magician.

What we have now in Wicca, is a bunch of people who want to believe
that they can become magicians just by declaring that they are.

Ironically, that _is_ all it takes, because we are all magickal
beings. The only difference between a magician and a normal
person is that the magician knows this great Truth. But it does
no good to say it if you don't understand what it really means.
And this is only the first step. There's a lot of work ahead of
the aspiring magician, and none of it involves playing witches in
the woods with your friends.

The work is very rewarding and fascinating, but it is not
partying.

But the Wiccan ideas of what magick is, how it works, and what
you can and should do with it, are simply absurd. They come
from Gerald Gardner, who had a brief experience with a coven
of witches and read some books on Ceremonial Magick (which is
garbage) and Masonic Magick (which is worse) and cobbled the
psuedo-religion of Wicca together.

And the idea that one can become what most Wiccans _think_ a
magician is by performing a few empty, theatrical rituals and
buying some paraphernelia and learning a weird vocabulary
is absurd.

The wizards (of whatever sex) of legend and lore spent entire
lifetimes in mostly solitary study.

That isn't necesary at all, fortunately. But setting aside maybe
an hour, on most days, in fragments, is necessary.

Or you can just go on pretending that you are a magician
and become like ren and storm, making fools of yourselves
by rendering curses and spells that obviously don't work
at all.

Sidney, much better spelling and trolling here.

Are you sober? This may be the first time you've posted sober here.

None of your facts are correct but that adds to the humor of this
post. It is quite appropriate.

Storm is a kind person. His curses upon your head are probably healing
waters with a bit of food coloring. That is my guess. My guess is that
Storm is attempting to protect you from me by sending you away. But I
forgive my fellow Wiccan storm. Storm is a healer who seeks the
greater good. Blessed be the Storm.

Sidney, do you think you could keep the quality of your posts this
high in the future? I know it is a lot to ask, but you've progressed
so very well in the last few weeks. You're becoming stronger. I can
feel the strength flow through you and out of you now.

On all the other newsgroups you've trolled, you have never
participated as much as you are participating now. I think you're
breaking out of your little shell. It's a miracle.

Blessed be bother Sidney EverGreen Lambe. We love you, Sidney. Giver
of the wellspring of life unto our ancient gods. You are our sweet
fragrant mana which keeps us young and ever lasting. You are our Ever
Green, Sidney.

Sounds more like a 'wiccan killfile' than, say, sid-the-sacrificial-lambe's
pseudo-killfilling.

Poor little ren, still trying to pretend that he's somehow
an authority figure in a position to pass credible judgements
on anything posted here.

This after failing to follow through on his threats to use
his supposed 'magickal powers' to destroy me.

After his failure to demonstrate _any_ of the 'magickal powers'
he claims to have.

Oh my. Aren't you clever?

I rarely drink alcohol. You'd know that if you were the magickal
adept you claim to be.

Because you are charlatan you don't know anything about me.

Because you are an incredibly dishonest person, you tell lies
about me.

You want people to believe that I look to you for approval.

When I think you are a piece of shit of a human being and
wouldn't allow you in my home.

Storm is a vicious creep. His last half-dozen articles to me
have been veiled verbal assaults of notable ugliness.

Anyone can read them, Fool.

All right. I can't take this crap anymore.

Protect me from YOU?!

You are the least threatening person I have ever encountered in
my life.

You are a stupid punk. A chubby little creep with no magickal
knowledge whatsoever trying to convince people that you are a
magickal adept and failing miserably.

Another cowardly loser hiding behind the internet and fake names
and running his big mouth.

Now shut up, you pathetic clown.

I do what I want and you live with it.

mind of ren the ridiculous can read these articles:

Yeah, that's so unlike sidney-sacrificial-lambe pretending to be "an

authority figure in a position to pass credible judgements on anything
posted here."

Crap like this, no doubt:
"sidney-the-sacrificial-lambe" declared:

It must be all part of sidney-the-sacrificial-lambe's 'sooper-sekret'
trolling agenda, which is so well-hidden that even he sometimes can't
remember it.

You'll eat this crap with a tall glass of warm piss, Sidney. And
you'll savor it. This is because you think you're eating hamburger
with a glass of beer.

Indeed. It probably looks that way to sidney-sacrificial-lambe because he
pretended to 'killfile' it ... again.

You're welcome. Such simple concepts as this have proven to be baffling to
sid-sacrificial-lambe, let alone more subtle ones.
