Thanks for the tip. I have only a few hours today, and may be Wednesday.
If your not using a boat i would either go just down river of fletchers where the river narrows down (just be careful about walking on the mud. You sink in!)or you can take the wooded path up stream until you reach a "Sandbar" and stand on some rocks or go more even more upriver to Chainbridge itself where the river narrows down again. If your interested in going again on Tuesday, I would be more than happy to go with you and show you around.Aaron

Hey Brian,
Don't know yet but I am open to the idea. I am off from Thursday to Tuesday this week so I plan to do a lot of fishing during that time. I just have to see how often I can fish without my wife asking for a divorce. ;) I think Saturday might me a hard day since that is her day off, however maybe another day could work for me. I will keep you informed.
not much to report. had to be back home by 6, so I opted for fishing for shore. Walked to the point downstream of fletcher's and could not really cast out in the current. At one point I've got tangled on my backcast, and when I went to retrieve the fly, I was hissed by a goose in her nest. Really did not want to piss her off while standing on slippery rocks in my waders.I fished for about one hour, got tangled on the bottom 30 times, losing 3 or 4 flies.Looking forward to go back this weekend on a boat.I am new to fly fishing and this was the most frustrating experience so far.People on boats did not seem to be doing much better while I was there, only saw a few fish come up.Mauro.
