In June when I made a visit to RivHq Oliver & Grant were busy working on this catalog, even though Grant was busy he took time to visit...looking forward to getting my hands on a copy.

IIRC if you were on the Riv email list then there was a sign up for something like the first 5000 then afterwards they would be available for purchase. I may be wrong about the total number, 5000 seems sort of high.
