in spss, everytime it shows like this, what could be the posiilble reasons?

Dear Jashandeep Sir,

Within the SPSS platform for conducting EFA we go through the following path.

Analyze--Dimension Reduction--Factor

Within the Factor Analysis dialog box after selecting the variables on which EFA has to be conducted we find
5 Menu tabs on the right hand side namely Descriptives, Extraction, Rotation, Scores and Options.

While doing EFA within the Extraction and Rotation menus you will find Maximum Iterations for Convergence = 25
written right at the bottom. You must change the default value of 25 to some large three digit number like 256, 259 etc.
There after if you conduct the EFA, you will get the results without the warning under the Rotated Component Matrix.

Probably, your current EFA results are getting affected by limited number of iterations as I understand.

Regards
Pallab Sikdar

thank you so much pallab sir,  it happened in 96 iterartions,
but is it okay if use this much value for iteration?

You may try generating the EFA output by progressively increasing the maximum iterations number. But as per
the EFA process known to me, taking 250 plus value gives warning-free output in terms of Rotated Comp Mtrx.
