Hi Ulrich,
A setting was added for this purpose:
Project Settings -> Template Behavior -> Preserve original orientation
of the panorama. There's a tooltip for more information.
This is available in PTGui Pro since 11.14. The project settings were
not available in the standard version of PTGui 11.
Since version 12 the Project Settings are available in the standard
version as well (including this setting).
