PTGui Pro - Do I need a New License Number

Hello...

I am wondering what I need to do next to complete the upgrade process from PTGui too PTGui Pro.  I made a payment for the upgrade a few days ago, and today I see the payment cleared my bank.  Should I be getting an email about a license upgrade?   I have been checking my email for the past few days, but there has been nothing from PTGui.  So, I decided to wait until the payment cleared.  Am I forgetting to do something?  What do I do next?

Hi,

I'm sorry....but I don't see it here.  I checked the trash mail.   I don't understand what could have happened.  It is almost certainly something I am doing wrong.    Can you resend it to me please.  Thank you!!

That's strange. Occasionally there are spam filter issues, but not with
GMail. I've just sent it again. I've also sent a copy to your mac.com
address. Don't forget to check your Junk Mail folder.

If it still doesn't get through, could you contact me from another email
address? Please send a mail to support at PTGui.com

I got it.  It arrived at my mac.com address.  Maybe I have a filter of some kind set up on my Gmail account.  I'm going to check into that.  If that's not it, I'll change the email I have registered at PTGui.   Thanks again for your extra help.  I appreciate it very much.  Have a great day!

email issue:  seems to be resolved now.  I found the missing emails in GMail's spam filter.  I think that is fixed now.  Sorry for the email problems.
