I have the same problem. I found old posts about it before (links at the bottom), so I'm sure I'm sure people found a solution, or a way to avoid the problem, but which one ?
Here's what I gather from these discussions on this forum and from my own experience :
- For everyone, at some point Goggle support says it's not on their side
- Some people said it's related to Google's gmail policy : in order to ensure that we're not opening free spaming accounts, they do not allow to send many e mails until we've paid. Google support confirmed it makes sense - however, that did not work for me : payment was yesterday and I still have the same error message
"our IT department says the same thing, that it's an "Office 365 spoof blocking issue."
"Autocrat does not have its own IP address because it makes use of Google's network of IP addresses.(This add-on is built on the Google Platform, using app script and Google mail servers to complete the mailing actions.)
When Autocrat pushes out an email from your spreadsheet it sends the email on behalf of your account but these are emails are run by a script and will use whatever Google server is available at the time to send it out. The server can change from email to email but it is always a Google server. My understanding is that there is not a set list of Google IP addresses' you can whitelist. "
I'm not an IT person, so... I don't really know what to do with that. Has anyone any idea ?
