Received a "Messaged Blocked/Rejected" notification whenever trying to send e-certificates using Gsuite

Hello, 

I've been using Autocrat in tandem with Google Forms, Slides and Sheets to create free e-certificates for students. 

However whenever a students fills their details, although autocrat does the job successfully, there is an issue with their certificates not being able to be received in their email. From my end, I get the notification at the attached. 

However, when I re-forward the email, it seems to be sent successfully and the kids were able to receive the email. 

I am in close contact with Google Support team and after endless troubleshooting, they mentioned that the issue is with Autocrat not being able to share the file to the receiver. 

I don't mind forwarding the email however automation would be the ultimate convenience since I will be sending certificates to 600 students per day.
