Hey,

jenkinsci/extended-choice-parameter-plugin#21 was a one time thing[1] as
the plugin had no CI configured at all. I am adding Vimil into the loop
to react.

For the record, there is a pending maintainership request from last year[2].

This is the second public call for maintainer's attention with no reply. I have flagged the plugin up-for-an-adoption.

Vimil, feel free to correct once you are back, but for now, we have to presume this is abandoned.
